The first time I step foot into ths Carls, I noticed the prices were high. I came to realize it was a frnachise. If people let the restaurant go that back, why own a franchise? I ordered a big cheeseburger and I got the burger and it had no cheese. Really??? So you charge me extra for something you didn’t even add? Hence $ 1.30 more to add xheese. I think it was the manager I spoke to, he was nice about it and got me a new burger no questions asked. The second time I went in, they took literally 30 minutes to attend me. From what I was told, drive thru has a timer however people in the fine also should have a timer. It’s all customer service, just because I didn’t want to be lazy and go through the drive thru I now have to wait till they’re done with drive tbru? Pretty ridiculous. Anyway, I had asked for the chicken tender combo and they asked me 29272o37e times what kind of dipping sause when I told her I wanted ranch. There was no focus. The bathrooms are old and falling apart, go elsewhere if possible. Hope the customer service improves, it’s lacking a lot of organization, patience, and priorities. Anyway, try it for yourself.

What happened?!! Maybe it’s named Carl’s Jr after Carl from the Walking Dead because the burger tasted like zombie. I used to love Carl’s Jr. I haven’t been there in years but I always see commercials for their new burgers. My girlfriend and I decided to stop by. I got the steakhouse thick burger and it was thick but it wasn’t burger. The tasteless patty surely wasn’t beef, maybe a teenage boy’s science project consisting of some gray material and rubbery substances. It was suppose to have blue cheese crumble, I saw two pieces. What a let down. If you want a good burger spend a buck more and get a real burger at the Stand or actually save a buck or two and get a delicious burger from The Habit. As far as Carl Jr, he needs to ask his father how to make a real burger.

Terrible customer service. They take forever to just get orders. Why even have this place open 24⁄7 if they are just gonna pay attention to the drive through?

These jerks made me pay $ 7 for a breakfast combo and after I paid and strted driving away I see a sign of the window that says if I bought 2 of the same sandwich with a combo I would have gotten money back… idiots!!! You owe me money!!!

This is one of the worst Carl’s Jr I’ve been to. Instead of having 2 separate restrooms for men and women, they should make them unisex. So if one is being used by a homeless person who didn’t buy a single damn thing on his visit, a paying customer such as myself who travelled a long distance and needs to use the restroom immediately can use the other damned empty restroom instead of waiting while in urgent need to take care of business! Had to cancel my order and get a refund because this is ridiculous!

The guy who gave me my order isnpretty cool. I think his name is Juan. He is short and talks low. He seems pretty humble as well. Great service from him! :)

The girl at the drive-through mumbled and talk so fast I couldn’t understand her. When I asked to talk to somebody else they asked me to come to the front. I did and that person was confused. I just drove away. I would give them no stars if I could

Another Fine example of horrible customer service. Went to Carl JR just ordered Ice Tea unsweetened extra ice. These people could not even get this right.

Extremely disappointing menu. A couple years ago, I had a grilled chicken sandwich on honey oat wheat bun with jack cheese and a chile pepper which was DYNAMITE delicious. The only«healthy» thing on the menu now seems to be a grilled chicken salad. Everything else just looked nasty. They now have hamburgers/cheeseburgers with hot dog slices. You have to pump your own ketchup and if you want mayo or barbecue sauce, you have to ask for it and the counter staff are usually too busy preparing the drive-thru orders so they will not freely give it to you. I had to kinda shout out for it. I don’t go to Carl’s much, usually I only go if I have to meet someone in a convenient location and nothing else is around. I’d probably go there as much as I go to Wendy’s if they actually had some healthy stuff on the menu but I don’t foresee that.

Got my order wrong, then manager gave me a dirty look after they had to fix the order. Pretty typical experience at Carls, will avoid in the future.

20+ minutes in the drive thru to make 3 sandwiches around 2am and when I asked if we could have our drinks the employee was very rude and told me to order less. Very unsatisfied.

This is a nice place for a quick pick me up. The first time I was here their raspberry iced tea was watered down, I called the nearest employee to let them know and he quickly apologized for the inconvenience and filled my cup with my drink from the machine at the back while the manager came to fix the watered down tea and the front. I really appreciate their effort. The place does need to be remodeled though. The ceiling looks like it could come down any second. That’s just me though. Aside from that this location is good when you go to school near by and need a quick bite or a place to eat and study in peace.

The night crew has to be reviewed by management. They are rude, slow, and careless. It’s fast food but they are representing the franchise

Perks: Discount for CSUN students Large seating area Parking available Cons: Food looks like it’s prepared in a rush(even when they’re not busy) Burgers are not up to par compared to other locations They can be a bit stingy with handing out extra sauce Service isn’t all that great. I can hear their hatred for their jobs when they ask me for my order

Carls Jr NEW Double stack biscuit is not what you see in the picture or advertise Comercials. For 3.79 plus tax you get half of what the pictures show it to be. With a medium coffee and a Double stack for the first time cost me over $ 7 dollar’s This is a one time purchase only Not a return costumer for this item. Carl’s jr has a lot of good sandwiches but this is not one of them very over priced. For me $ 2.50 would be top dollar. SEEPICTURE I POSTEDIT’S EXACTLYTHEITWASWHEN I UNWRAPPEDIT. A MESS! I was pretty surprised with their new chicken sandwich, not bad when made right. This product should be made to order, and being held in a MPH holding unit. They also now make their own buns.(large buns) For the most part the sandwich had some taste to it. I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy this sandwich tho, anyways the service was good, the wait about 4 minutes. Store look clean.
