This subway is the only one I go too(unless I’m not in Northridge). The food always taste fresh and perfect, only time there are long lines is at night, even so it’s not long where it’s an inconvenience and the staff are always friendly. They always remember me and never get my order wrong. Their is not one bad thing about this Subway. :)

It’s your typical Subway restaurant. The service is fast and the staff friendly. This particular location is close to home and convenient, especially with it being open 24 hours. However, sometimes you feel a little rushed, maybe it’s because it’s by the university and students come in and out, but the staff seems to work very fast, which is not a bad thing, but you tend to feel rushed. For example…“do you want toasted, any cheese, what kind of veggies?” All in the same sentence. Ok slow down, yes, toasted, Provolone and there’s a lot of veggies I want so slow down! I give it three stars for that and sometimes they run out of the veggies I want so I only get a small number of my faves.

I always forget this location is here, but I’ve been at this location twice and have had the Veggie Delite 6″. I must say they do a great job! The location is always clean, never over-crowded, and the employees are courteous. The sandwhich is healthy at 230 calories and the price is a deal! I would reccomend this to anyone in the area!

They are good employees, but something funny happened to me last night, I got 12 inches flat bread with turkey, and I asked him to toast 6 inch and don’t toast the other one, so I have 12″ same bread, same meats, the cashier charged me $ 9.36! I asked him why is that, he told me because you toasted one of the 6″ and he had to charge me for two 6″ sandwiches instead of one 12″ !!! I asked him«r u serious?» He said YES. If I have just asked him to toast both, he will not charge me anything because it is FREE. That’s weird and unacceptable.

Why have I not made a review to this place before? What can I say, I love the remodeling they did, makes the place look so much more inviting. Subway is subway, same food served at each location and I always get the same thing anyways. Haha! I’m particularly fond if this place since it’s right next to school and just convenient to get lunch here after class. The staff members are nice and funand they all seem to really enjoy working with each other which in turn makes them provide awesome service whenever I go. IL definitely continue being a loyal customer here until I graduate.

Fellow students, DON’T EVER go to this place. This is most likely owned by an Indian whose family also works there. Having observed that, they want to minimize their serving so as to maximize their profit. They hide their olives. VERYSTINGYON veggies. We were told they can only give a maximum of three pieces of tomatoes for a six inches. We then asked about olives, the server said they have been generous as it should be three pieces too. WELAUGHED but the dude says he’s serious. As what others have said, its not fresh at night! GOTOSUBWAYINSIDETHECAMPUS. There is no tax for students and you can have as much add ons as you want. AGAIN, NOTAX for students.

This location is good in the day but try avoiding going at night. I’ve gotten sick from eating here at night for the past 3 days. I thought it was a fluke but 2 others have gotten sick as well

THEWORST location I’ve ever been so far. on the 14th of May, I ordered the 6 inch footlong sandwiches. there were 3 – 5 workers at that time and it wasn’t even that busy. after he toasted my bread, I told him I wanted Everything except cucumber and cilantro. and this was how our conversation went. me: can I have everything except cucumber and cilantro? him: ok. olives? me: yea, everything. him: spinach? me: yes please, everything him: …tomatoes? me: um yea. I just said… him: cucumber? me: I said except cucumber. him: ok… … … pickles also??? me: …(the ffff) Well, I’m a peacekeeper so I just smiled at him and said thank you. when i unwrapped my sandwiches, I was actually pretty pissed.(you should see the picture I posted. I even instagramed it) I just realized how trained and professional workers are at other locations… never going back again. nuffsaid I should’ve remembered his name though

I love this place! The staff is super friendly especially jass and erica whom always seem to be in a good mood when they serve their clients. They have a conversion with you while they prepare your sandwich and are patient when you can’t make up your mind, which is me most if the time. They give you suggestions on what to rry and if you are a regular erica will remember what you usually get and confirms with you. I. recommend coming here I’ve never had a problem and I believe the place has changed managers because she is hispanic, the reviews day she or he was indian. Dont let your experience with the old manager and employees ruin this new staff. Give then another chance and believe me you will not be disappointed.

I used to work for this subway and let me tell you something, The owner Pardeep is such an asshole. He hired me and he seemed like a cool guy until i started making sandwiches. I was supposedly making sandwiches too hefty. He told me to use only a very miniscule amount of veggies on the sandwiches and if a customer wanted more of certain veggies he would make me charge them for it. Btw there is no extra charge for more veggies he is just a very Cheap guy who only cares about profit and doesnt care about the customer. Now after working there for a month i received only one check and it was for only two weeks of work and i kept nagging at Pardeep to pay me for the first two weeks. well he told me «subway doesnt pay for training» keep in mind i worked 30 – 40 hours the first two weeks, so i looked up if subway paid for training and i found out that they pay for training, i also looked into legal issues regarding paid and unpaid training and i contacted a lawyer and he told me that unless i signed a document stating i know im not being compensated for training then i had to be payed for every hour of work. So i contacted Pardeep and told him the about the law and he told me that«oh ok that what the law says then take it to the law» so i took him to court basically and he tried to settle with only paying me half of what i worked and i told him«NO Your gonna pay me for every hour i worked» he realized i meant business and after we actually made a court date he sent me a check through the mail with the full amount i had asked for finally two months later i got my 300 i was owed. Basically i do not recommend giving this bastard any business he owns two subways and both of them need to go outta business he owns this subway and one at the winnetka movie theaters. Just thought i would let you all know how bad the owner«PARDEEP» of this subway really is.

This is just like any other Subway you go to. The only thing special about its is that it’s open 24 hours. I didn’t see an Orange Bang machine though. That might have gotten it 4 stars.

I like Subway, but this location is just terrible. I’m not one to get all bent out of shape with how nice or courteous employees treat me, but over here, it seems like everyone has a huge chip on their shoulder. On top of that, they prepare your sandwiches as if they were serving slop to a pig. don’t even get me started on how know one here seems to understand that leaving the bread in the oven after it stops STILL cooks it. If you really want Subway don’t go to this one, head over to the one inside CSUN or to the one on Devonshire & Reseda.

Subway is meh at best so I felt like I should not be too hostile detailing the woes of my awful, ridic bad and dripping wet/moist roast beef sandwich. The broodwich and all other monsters of the affiliated sandwich world would not be pleased with this experience. I’m not even sure what did it, there was no «dip my bun in water» option and there was no wet mayo or any dressings smeared on it either. I suppose the tomatoes and onions got really liquored up and liquidated their assets all over the place. Or maybe the roast beef started sweating to the oldies. Who knows. Near the CSUN campus. But like the Mcdonalds also nearby: this one is def worth skipping.

For some reason, I get a hankering for Subway around 11pm and this location is one of the few 24 hour Subway Restaurants in the SF Valley. I am not the biggest Subway fan, but when I get a good coupon, I go just to get a cheap meal. The staff is pretty friendly and it’s usually pretty crowded since this location is a stone throw away from CSUN’s campus.
