I order their top shelf and they brought me 3 canisters full of stems and leaves, their was maybe a nug that was smokable… that’s not top shelf, they shouldn’t say it is cause that’s just a scam. Such a rip off will never call them again, you shouldn’t either… I was actually looking forward to having a relaxing night, very upset my night went bad cause of you MMJ.

Typical delivery service… customer service was ok called to make sure my order was correct reason is i ordered 0.5 grams of el chapo only to see that 1 0.5 gram was darker and had a differnt odor then the other 0.5 gram that i got the young lady that answered never let me explain my self she was always interrupting me. Ive been in the customer service for about 4 years and last time i checked you never interupt a customer while he/​she is making sure there order is correct never let me explain myself therefor ive expirenced better customer service and better delivery service. And i still strongly belive that it wasnt the same strain one smelled like top shelf wax while the other looked like black tar looking low shelf wax i might have been cheated or maybe they were out of stock and threw in a random pack of wax who knows… might never order from them again.

When my favorite local dispensary moved across the city I didn’t know what I was going to do! After several mediocre delivery services, thank god I found Mercury mmj. They hooked up a gram of bomb sour diesel any other assorted goodies my first time, not to mention fast, friendly, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, inexpensive! No hidden delivery fees, taxes, or jacked up prices. I’ve never been dissatisfied. On one occasion, there was heavy traffic so the driver was running later than usual, so they showed up with a free gram of top shelf added to my order. These guys kick ass and take names. Thank Mercury, you have my business as long as you keep up the great service! Oh, did I mention you earn points for every order, which basically translate into $$$ to be used towards future purchases. Rock n roll.

I just moved to Las Angeles and when I found out there were Marijuana Delivery services… I had to see what the hype was about. I ordered from Mercury MMJ and was not disappointed. Their selection was top notch, and they have a gratuitous amount of product on their menu from edibles to waxes. They were very courteous on the phone and in person and the delivery was very timely. I got a very good amount for the price I paid and their first time patient deals are fantastic. I would definitely reccoment this delivery service to anyone looking for quality product, and I cannot wait until it is time for my next order.

These guys are stupid fast, very reasonable, courteous and open late. I know… I know… there are a lot of choices in this game, but to me there’s serious value in the fact that your delivery will actually arrive when they say it will (and not an hour later or some other b.s.)

Membership verification is as easy as it gets. I simply took a pic of my ID and med certificate, emailed it, boom, DONE. I had to show it on first delivery but all good because it was valid! The gal taking care of me was highly communicative and polite (she called me ma’am!!! awww) and kept me posted on every step of the way.
Delivery is prompt and efficient. I have ordered 4x so far and it’s been the same, smiley face guy each time! I usually make my order via text and if I pay with my debit card (what a great perk — which means its a LEGIT BUSINESS) they always call to get the #.
They have a lot of choices, and the prices are fair. I’ve inquired via text to Samus (the awesome polite worker) of her recommendations of strains from time to time, and she keeps it real and informative. If you check their menu, they have daily specials and also a rewards system that you accumulate discounts from how much you order over time. Today I recieved a cute surprise of 2x little edible treats to try — what a pleasant surprise!
Again, I recommend this spot to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Polite, prompt, and potent strains at an on-​par price ~ how ya like that?!

Boy, did I have high hopes (no pun intended).
It’s not bad, but the experience didn’t take my breath away. I found out about this company through the site for Absolutextracts. I became very interested in the purity of their products without the smoke or formaldehyde (normal byproduct of vape pens).
This company carries the product and at a great price. I called on a Saturday afternoon. They sent me a text message to submit my information and they’ll call me when they’ve verified my documents.
4 days later, on a Wednesday morning, I finally submitted my documents around 10 am. Later on, around 3 pm, no call or email. I decided to respond to the text message I received on Saturday.
«Did you review and verify my documents? I didn’t get a phone call.»
It was like an afterthought… «Ohhhhh, that was you.»
To me, that’s terrible customer service off the bat. It’s not anyone’s fault, but their business practices seem to vary day-​to-​day.
Shopping and ordering is the fun part. A male from the service called me to give me a run down on how the service works since I was sending over a lot of text messages with questions. I really appreciated that.
He said, «I’ll send you a link to our weedmaps menu. It’s the most up-​to-​date.»
He sent over the link. I browsed and text my order in. It was super easy and friendly.
Five minutes goes by and I get a response that something I ordered was not available (I thought weedmaps was up-​to-​date?) so I switched it up and actually ordered more items because of the unavailable item.
Another 5 minutes goes by and I get a text with an ETA and purchase total.
The delivery arrived on time but something quite awkward happened. My phone rang…
«Hello?»
“Hi. This is Mercury. I’m here.”
«Ohhh, that’s great. Do you usually come to the door or are you expecting me to come outside?»
«I usually have everyone come outside. Bring your rec and ID.»
I was a bit annoyed. Nothing wrong with going outside but I obviously don’t want all of Beverly Hills to know the eagle has landed. I ended up not tipping because of this too (isn’t the whole point delivery to your door?). Call it a douche move, but I expect quality customer service in this day in age (especially with social media around), and certainly when I’m spending over $ 100 on my first purchase. Also, I’m sick… I’ve been battling the flu for the last week and it sucks to have to go outside in the cold.
I opened up my delivery bag and was quite impressed with the packaging. Everything was tightly packed in a brown paper bag with the receipt over the neck, stapled shut.
I checked the contents and received some goodies for being a new customer but have to say I was put off by the red rubber-​band bracelet (useless tchotchkes that only adds more waste to the landfills) but thoroughly appreciate the quality grinder they sent.
Another disappointment in my experience is that the incorrect rolling machine size was sent. Online it said the 79 mm rolling machine was available (I guess weedmaps isn’t really up-​to-​date).
I sent a text message over to discuss the matter.
«Ohhh, yeah. That’s my bad. We’re out of 79 mm but I can have the driver come pick it up and refund you.»
No way; he’s undoubtedly annoyed because I shortchanged him a tip. I don’t want to see him and I’ll likely never use this service again. Unless of course, the Absolutextracts cartridge is as amazing as they say. I wish you happy shopping. Send me a text message when these loose ends are tightened up.

Later on in the evening I received a text from the staff about the rolling machine. They told the manager about the delivery and the manager wanted to turn the wrong into a right. The manager drove out to their storage facility to grab more rolling machines and then drove it out to my home the same night.
From the start of the customer service recovery, MMJ was on point. ETA time updates and they worked really hard to bring me satisfaction. The manager delivered the care package himself (and huge shoutout since dude had on a cast and was walking on crutches). I have to say, I’m really impressed and will definitely give this place a star upgrade (3-​stars now). The manager was sincere and apologetic about the mixup. The fact that so much effort was put to make everything right is greatly appreciated.
Hopefully this experience will be the last for me or any other customer (especially from MMJ).

⁹⁄₁₀ you get the time down like you said. It’s an easy ¹⁰⁄₁₀. Prices are good. Quality is definitely there. Everything you want in your meds. The Mercury for $ 59 an ¹⁄₈ is worth it! You like wax? Get a homegrown vape pen with cartridge ! Great high, convenient, easy nice.
