My house had an issue with the heating control board (whatever that means), so even though the pilot light was on and working (again, whatever that means), there wouldn’t be any heat in the house.
Mike K. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he fix the issue, he explained what he did in a thoughtful and friendly manner. He also provided an alternate option to make it cheaper to fix the issue. I could tell he took pride in his work. A consummate professional through and through.

The technician (Andre) fixed my AC (replaced a starter) the day after I called and fixed it FAST, in the middle of a heat wave!
