I was working with a dentist prior to Dr. Dani out of convenience but was not happy with her work. I hate going to the dentist but decided it was time to find someone I really trust! Even though I have insurance I was a bit intimidate of cost because I knew I had so much work to do. Also, I was just embarrassed because I knew my teeth were not in the best condition. When I went in for my for first visit I was very pleased by the professionalism from the receptionist to Dr. Dani. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Dani and his team have the best bedside manners! He is very honest and direct with what I need! I really appreciate it because I don’t have time or money to waste. They all genuinely follow up with me after each appointment which is a plus. I’m not afraid to go to the dentist anymore and feel confident with dr. Dani!

Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Dr. Benyaminy is an expert in his field and worked with me to fix a chipped tooth. It looks as if nothing ever happened and feels very natural. His table side manner is professional and he’s fun too! His rates are unbelievable reasonable and his location in West LA makes it an easy drive. Five starts for him and his staff as well as his practice altogether. Also, great set up as the office, exam rooms, and waiting area is well maintained and quite posh.

Dr. Benyaminy and his staff were amazing. The level of service is unparalleled at this office and stands out with respect to 1) use of technology 2) thoroughness of educational demonstration and 3) bedside manner of the entire staff.
I signed up for the appointment via ZocDoc and completed all scheduling, paperwork, and confirmation online or by text which was a huge convenience. Once I showed up at my appointment, my hygienist Yvonne did an outstanding job describing why people grind, its effect on the TMJ muscle, and what happens with plaque build up as she was cleaning my teeth. She also went through a thorough periodontal gum depth measurement during my initial consultation to form a baseline set of data to measure how well my gums do after I floss more regularly.
Later Dr. Benyaminy came and looked over the x-​rays, suggested a new crown for my upper molars because it was getting older and wasn’t smoothly aligned w/​my teeth, and offered multiple pricing and insurance options for transparent decision making.
The day after my appointment the staff texted me to check in on how I was doing. Overall the office is extremely professional, everyone is super personable, and I’ve been raving about them to my friends and classmates. Come try them out and you won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Dani and his team are friendly, accommodating and excellent at what they do. I am in fantastic shape when I leave, they talk to me about everything they’re doing/​next steps, they’ve figured out insurance issues in the past and they always text to make sure I’m feeling alright after a visit. I had not had a dentist to call my own in a few years in LA, and I feel such relief having found this office. So much so I’ve now sent two roommates as new patients. Bonus: the chairs have a lovely view of the Los Angeles California temple :)

The best dentist I have been to in my life. I recently changed my dentist a little over a year ago and have finally found the one. Dr. Dani is honestly the best out there. I have been coming to him for a little over a year now and couldn’t be happier with the work he has done on my teeth. He is awesome and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. A year later and Dr. Benyaminy and his staff are still the most professional and attentive offices I’ve experienced. I’ve needed a lot of work done and both Dr. Benyaminy and the staff have made this process both informative and comfortable. They do not take shortcuts and put your long term health first. They deserve the highest recommendation.

HANDS DOWN — THE BEST DENTIST! PAINLESS AND PEACFUL EXPERIENCE!
I was complimenting my friend’s fiancé before they took their engagement photos — his teeth were perfectly white (and I rarely compliment people’s teeth !)
That’s when I first learned of Dr. Dani and his team. I went in for a root canal and I felt pampered like I was at a spa! They knew exactly how to sooth my fear of needles and metals in my mouth. As I was getting my gums numbed, Dr. Dani asked me to lift my left leg while pointing my toes. The injections weren’t so bad after doing that! Even the chair I was seated on felt so comfortable that I actually fell asleep (5min) during my root canal session until someone checked on me. One of the girls massaged my leg and feet to relax my visit. I had a pleasant scenic view as I gazed out the window panes while waiting for my mouth to get numb. The dental assistant also put Pandora (my own) on and let me use a nice headset. He/​she also gave me a choice of colors (purple) clear goggles to put on while I relaxed prior to the operation.
The entire operation was painless. His attention to detail was on point — clean, no lidocaine/​medicine odor, etc. I’m really impressed and happy only because the past family dentist injured my mouth permanently and traumatized me over the years. Now that I found my go-​to dentist for all future procedures, I am at ease.
Just last week, I got my wisdom tooth pulled, and the procedure only took 5 minutes or less! My headache and neck pain — gone! Throat/​jaw unlocked. Bleeding was minimal as compared to past experiences.
All I can say is — you’re missing out!

I found Dr. Dani through ZocDoc because he took my insurance and got good reviews, but mainly because it said he was a «sedation dentist.» I have avoided the dentist for years now because of my phobia, so the only way I could talk myself into going was if they had that tagline.
Because of my avoidance, I developed a pretty messed up mouth of teeth and gums :-/​I knew this. Hence the reason I avoided it even longer (I knew it would be a painful path back to a healthy mouth). Well, I didn’t end up needing the sedation because the dental hygienist was incredibly gentle and the doctor numbed me very well. It wasn’t a careless experience like previous dentists I had been to, they take their time. They don’t rush things here.
Anyway, my mouth is on the path back to health… getting there, it’s a process. But Dr. Dani and his team take their time to explain everything to you– the science behind the issues (like TMJ for me), which I appreciate because you should be in the know when it’s a piece of your body that is falling a part.
Also, it’s very convenient that they correspond via text message. Makes my life so much easier than a multitude of voicemails and return calls.

Dr. Dani is great, as you can already tell from all of the reviews. I was lucky enough to pick him as my dentist based on research online, and he’s been the best dentist I’ve ever had. During my first appointment, he caught a dead nerve that I have and has helped me throughout the entire process, referring me to specialists and occasionally getting me an appointment on super short notice. I’ve called sometimes with issues I’m having and he’s always been accommodating and found time to get me in the same day. I called today while he and his staff were at lunch, and he took time from his lunch break to call me 10 minutes later. He also did a fantastic job filling a particularly deep cavity that I had, and I’ve had no pain at all following the filling.
He’s, attentive, helpful, and you can tell he’s a pro at what he does. His new office is great and his staff is top-​notch. I honestly have nothing bad to say about him. I usually don’t write reviews, but writing a positive one for Dr. Dani is the least I can do. Highly recommended.

I’ve been coming to see Dr. Dani for about 3 years now. I go to him for my routine teeth cleanings, got Invisalign with him, and also had him refer me to a different dentist for getting my wisdom teeth taken out.
Starting off with my first visit for a cleaning and X-​ray, I immediately thought Dr. Dani and his assistants were super welcoming and friendly. I was especially surprised when the team takes the time to text if I am okay after the visit.
I am very pleased with my Invisalign here. Dr. Dani made sure my teeth were moving just as planned and made necessary adjustments along the way to make sure I was happy with the results. Due to my busy work schedule, I don’t always make it to my appointments. Yet, if I suddenly have an hour or two open up and am able to stop by, Dr. Dani always takes me in, even on his days off. Of course, this makes me feel guilty because he doesn’t disclose it is his day off until after he’s finished with me, but I definitely appreciate it.
I didn’t get my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Dani himself, but I went to a dentist who specialized in the procedure. I still remember how miserable I felt the very night after this procedure: I was at home, in pain, hangry, and upset at life. Then I received a text from Dr. Dani asking how I was doing. It instantly put a smile on my face to know that although he didn’t perform the procedure himself, he still kept track of which day my procedure was performed and followed up with me. Now that’s a doctor who truly cares for his job and patients– which goes hand in hand. (By the way, thanks for listening to my complaints, as I’m sure you probably never hear anything positive or cheery from someone after getting 2 wisdoms pulled out.)
There is one catch to all these amazing praises– the cost. Dr. Dani is not cheap. However, I am a firm believer in getting what you pay for. From the overall experience to the physical results, I’ve never been less than happy with my visits. Dr. Dani definitely goes above and beyond the tasks of a dentist. I never even had a dentist, doctor, hair dresser, hell-​waiter know me by name. Plus, if I were to pay my way through dental school, start my own practice, dedicate my life to caring for people, and am located in such a nice office, I will damn charge what it takes too! With that said, I continue to come here for all my dental needs.
I also want to note that he has had the same friendly assistants since the first day I visited him and they are awesome! They remember me by name, know my stories, and always greet me with nothing less than genuine smiles.

I went to Platt dental in 2011 and was told I had 12 cavities. I got another opinion and found out I had 0.
Want to know what is similar to that dentist and this one?
I purchased a groupon deal. Here I thought I was getting a great deal and now it’s crystal clear that these groupon dentists will sell a low prices groupon but will try and gauge you when you’re in their chair.
I love that that’s all the dentist had to say.
It’s pretty pitiful that he had to search through my reviews, to either find out what dentist I am going to now or search for something to say in my reviews because he knows he really doesn’t have anything else to say.

I’m paying full price for cleaning and x-​Rays now and I would pay double what I’m paying because going to an HONEST dentist is worth it.

Clearly, the five star rating speaks for itself– but here it goes.
I have never in my life had such an outstanding experience in any healthcare setting, and definitely not at the dentist ;)
Dr. Dani, Jennifer and Maria are tremendous– not only in their professionalism and level of care, they are truly wonderful people.
I am grateful to this team beyond words– they’ve helped me in making sure any work I’ve had done is affordable, definitely a first. After visits they always text to check in and see how I am doing, also a first. When my appointments go over time and my meter is about to expire they put money in for me, another first (you get the picture).
Doc and his team have perfected the art of dentistry– I fall asleep every time I’m in the chair, I’m talking in the middle of some serious tooth drilling.
I never imagined myself gushing over a dental experience, but a visit to this office and you’ll easily understand why. Good people who are great at what they do.
I am moving to the Bay Area, and am quite serious when I say the trip to LA will be worth it for all my future dental visits with Dr. Dani and team. I love these folks!

Back in February I was visiting Los Angeles when I was blessed with the misfortune of a car rear-​ending mine on a Friday night. I was riding shotgun and using GPS to direct the driver, so upon impact my phone decided to, you know, reasonably obey inertial law, so it flew up and struck me in the face, chipping my front tooth considerably. Because I’m not from the area, I pulled up Unilocal to find an ‘emergency dentist,’ which I wasn’t even aware that existed until I found Dr. Dani’s page. I called him at around 9pm on that Friday night and to my surprise, he picked up the phone– he was unable to meet me that very night, but he told me to come in first thing on Saturday morning (coincidentally, Valentine’s Day).
Luckily, I found the piece of tooth that had chipped off and saved it, so at my visit, Dr. Dani reattached my tooth with the most fastidious attention and perfectionist attitude to exactly match the color. He was utmost concerned with my comfort, being very careful to work around my swollen lip and making sure that I was satisfied with his work. Overall it took almost an hour and a half for the whole process because he wanted it to be as perfect as possible.
It’s also important to note here that the reattachment of my tooth is supposed to be a temporary fix. In the long term I’ll need a veneer or a crown to truly retain the structural integrity, but my regular dentist said that I could hold off on getting a veneer for the near present until the tooth chips again. However, any dentist that strives for that sort of perfection for a temporary fix is one that you can count on to really help you in whatever situation you might be in. My orthodontist and regular dentist have all commented on how seamless and natural his work turned out. He called me the next day to check up on how I was doing. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more caring and empathetic experience after the traumatic events of Friday night.
Dr. Dani was supremely helpful in providing very detailed notes on the process that he took to repair my tooth for insurance purposes. The price for his services was astronomically lower than what I was expecting (though at the time it wasn’t my first priority). I don’t believe he even charged me for what the full price would have been.
I think it’s pretty unusual for Unilocal to host reviews for something like a dentist, but the feedback doesn’t lie, and I’m forever grateful that I trusted in this source to find Dr. Dani. I’m sorry it took so long for me to write this review, but were I living in the LA area, I would definitely choose him as my primary dentist! Thanks so much Dr. Dani.

Dr Dani and staff are wonderful! They are not only knowledgable but provide excellent customer service! He also just opened his new location which is top notch. I highly recommend him and his staff. Dr. Dani is a great guy and very honest! Im sure if you work with him, you will be completely satisfied with the excellent work he performs.

I had to get a porcelain filling done and yes the process was long and I had to come back a couple times more than normal because that little porcelain thing is fragile and broke so another one had to be made and I had to come back a couple times. But I didn’t care because he wanted that cap to be just right before he cemented it in.
I actually respect Dr. Dany even more for making me wait for the perfect porcelain piece for my filling because I mean, I’m paying a good amount of money for it so I liked that not only did I want perfect work done on my teeth, but he wanted it to be perfect too.
And for those who think doctors having NORMAL conversations with their clients like maybe what they had for breakfast that day or what kind of car they’re looking to buy is unprofessional, are mental. Um if I’m about to have my mouth drilled, I would really appreciate a normal conversation to lighten the mood a little bit. Just saying.
One more thing that I absolutely love is that he will ask over and over again if I’m ok. That’s being attentive and actually cares for his patients.

Just got my teeth cleaned, they were super gentle! I’ve been here twice, everyone is nice, and the new office has a great view. I am usually afraid of getting my teeth worked on but I felt very comfortable. I got a tooth varnish to protect my gums and prevent cavities.

I honestly believe that being a great Doctor is not a job or a profession it is an Art and when it comes to Dentists there is no greater ones in my opinion than DR. Dani, a true Artist.: Gentle, Calming and Extremely Effective.
I am the guy that doesn’t go to any doctor unless he’s dying and of all the types of doctors around… dentists are the ones I truly avoid. That until I found DR. Dani: He surrounds you with a fantastic, friendly and professional staff, makes you feel instantaneously relaxed and at home, makes sure you are well taken care of in detail and that you walk out with the best of the best in results.

YOU THE MAN, DOC!

Dr. Dani is the man! I can’t even begin to explain the miracles this man worked on my teeth. I had a beautiful smile until I was playing basketball and had my front tooth broken in half. I thought my days of posting photos on Instagram were over. That is until Dr. Dani put his magic hands into my mouth and fixed my tooth, my smile, and honestly my life. Might I add that the time turn around on all of this was 8 hours. He answered my call at 10:30 at night! The «best in the west» is the only fitting title for Dr. Dani.

I have a slight phobia of dentists, and being that I’m not originally from LA, I was definitely hesitant on trying ANY dentist out regardless of their reviews.
After getting crowns done back home (a year ago), my gums just weren’t properly healing. I had visited a dentist repeatedly, and all he did was clean the area around it, and said it’ll heal. Heal, it did not. My gums were extremely sensitive to the touch (floss touch), and constantly bled. I figured there was something wrong with my mouth, but thanks to Dr. Dani’s expertise, he knew right away that something was wrong with my crowns. The problem was fixed on the spot, and my gums healed in less than a week. All smiles now!
After finding a great dentist, having a beautiful and clean office is only the icing on the cake.

I came in to get an old filling replaced. Alright! Alright! To get a cavity filled. Sigh. But it WAS under an old filling and Dr. Dani assured me that there was nothing I could have done about it, showing just how kind Dr. Dani is.
Once again, I was notified via text a week in advance and then two hours before so that I wouldn’t forget my appointment. I love this service! The staff is cheerful, friendly and accommodating. The office is still sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and has a nice, relaxing feel to it.
Dr. Dani asked frequently how I was doing, if I felt any pain. He took his time making sure that my bite was perfect before he sent me out the door. I am very satisfied with Dr. Dani and will be back!
