Jonathan and the entire team at Splendid Events always go above and beyond to ensure our events are executed seamlessly and with no detail left unnoticed. Rancho Mission Viejo has had the pleasure of working with Splendid events for over 5 years now for various occasions ranging from small intimate dinners, larger-​scale community events and several public grand openings garnering over 10,000 people in attendance. No matter the size or scale of the event, Jonathan and his staff always deliver and execute at the highest caliber. Have nothing but positive remarks about the entire Splendid Events team’s professionalism and warm demeanor which only enrich our guests experience. Would never look to anyone else for all of our event needs — they are the best!

Jonathan is amazing!!! His attention to detail is amazing and he won’t let you down. I work in the Hotel industry and I would have to say he is the most amazing Event Planner I have ever seen in action. Thank you for all you did for our wedding Jonathan. You are fabulous!!!

If I could give Jonathan more stars I would. I met with him at the Waterfront Hilton in Huntington Beach and we clicked right away. He was my day of coordinator but was also there to answer questions I had along the way with planning, room setup, hotel reservations, and even questions I asked him about the banquet that he didn’t have answers to he would check with the banquet staff and get back with answers quickly. He always responded to my emails in a timely manner and would call me back within a reasonable amount of time if he missed my call.
The week of the wedding, he coordinated with all my vendors. We did a final walk through to get the room setup just the way I wanted it. He really made it so that I wasn’t even stressed about the venue. One note bout Jonathan is hes an in house coordinator for the Waterfront Hilton and I really liked that. I knew if anything went wrong, he would have the right connections to fix the problem.
On the day of, if there were issues with vendors or someone showed up late we did not know about it. Everything was setup perfectly. Everything I had dropped off the day before was put out according to how I wanted it. During the night, Jonathan was always close by, gave me short updates as to time and whats to happen next which I really appreciated and would check on us periodically to make sure we were happy campers. I even had a mishap when I went to change in my bridal suite and forgot a bag in the ballroom that I needed. I called the hotel to page Jonathan for me. He called me right back and delivered my bag to me.
I would recommend any bride having their reception at the Waterfront or anywhere else to hire Jonathan. He has a fun easy going personality, hes very organized, and will make your event perfect and stress free!

Jonathon coordinated my sister’s wedding this past weekend and we could not have been any happier with his services. He is extremely professional, punctual, worked well with the banquet staff, kept the wedding party in check and executed a flawless wedding. He exceeded our expectations and made for a perfect day. I highly recommend him to any bride and /​or event that wants a top level professional coordinating their special day. He definetely is a «must have» for your memorable event.

No one should ever get married without Jonathon! He just coordinated my wedding and it was amazing. He executed everything flawlessly and did all the stressing for me. He coordinated with all vendors, dealt with the hotel staff, the ballroom setup, guests, family and our entire 16 person wedding party. I don’t know how we could have done it otherwise and there is no way our wedding would have been so smooth and flawless without him. I would definitely reccomend him for any event planning!

I was in the wedding party of my best friend this past weekend. I can honestly say, that of all the weddings I have been to, I have never seen one go as smoothly as hers. Jonathan and his assistant Veronica were amazing. They were on top of everything! The bride had nothing to worry about. He had the entire ballroom set up, worked with all the vendors and made sure everything went out perfectly. They were low key as well which was important. You didn’t know they were there until you needed something. During cocktail hour when we were taking pictures, he made sure to have drinks and appetizers brought over to the bridal party as well. This was an amazing experience and I would recommend him to anyone. The day of the wedding should be a stress free event for the bride and she did not have a worry in the world because Splendid Events took care of it all!

Jonathan from Splendid Events was my wedding coordinator this past weekend and I could not have been happier with how amazing he was to work with. I knew from the moment that I met Jonathan, I wanted to work with him, and I’m so glad that I did! He is the most caring, kind hearted, detail oriented, and calm person I’ve ever met. The team at Splendid Events feels like family. They have done corporate work events for me as well as personal events and every one is always spectacular. They go above and beyond in everything they do — from their attitude, customer service, creativity, etc. Every detail is always thought through. I would recommend them for any level of event — whether it’s a special luncheon or dinner party to wedding reception. They are money well spent.
