Thrills On Wheels

Would highly recommend. Wonderful customer service. For a birthday party its a great idea and very cost affective. Who doesn’t like video games… specially when they come to you. You cant go wrong!

This is a mobile rental place. They are a big bus with all the game systems you could think of inside. He has about 4 arcade games and one claw machine that gives away free candy. Its owned by one man he does a really good job entertaining the kids by letting them play there for long time. He does have a radio inside to hear music and he let you bring your own food to eat. We hired him for 11 year olds and are son loved it. You get to rent him for 4 to 6 hours and for a good price. I totally recommend to use this one for any boy or girl for parties that are into video gaming.

For starters, they got to the party 2.5 hours late. Yes, that long. Although he claimed he was in an accident, there was no visible damage and a fender bender would not take that long. So basically he lied. A couple of the arcade games were broken and he pretended he didn’t know and fiddled around with them but they still never worked. There were a few gaming systems in the back but some of the buttons on a few didn’t work. Don’t waste your money here.

I was so excited to plan my son’s 9^th birthday! I was looking for a great company to really «wow» my guests. Then, I sadly was sucked into this FRAUD of a company. I wish Unilocal had NEGATIVE STAR ratings. On the website, I saw a great orange game bus that was clean, looked like there was AC, thousands of games, etc. — But what I got was a home-​made, run down, no air conditioning, dirty, falling apart bus, and yes my fellow Unilocalers — it arrived via TOW TRUCK! (See photos)
If the price was MORE for a better bus, why not say that? Not ONLY did it arrive on a TOW TRUCK, it was about 45 minutes late! Omg, the I was so embarrassed. I hate being lied to. He Owner told me that the battery on the «game bus» died a day prior to his Sunday events — yeah okay. This man was really lying to consumers and really traveling like this. I really hate to be lied to. Why conduct sketchy business like this? He also forced fed all the children candy, said he would stay longer; there was no AC, and the video chairs where some of my guests were falling off of, was being drilled on by a portable drill!!! Who does this?
Also, Jacob, the owner said he would refund me a portion of what I paid (this never happened) — he also lied to me said he mailed payment, said he would meet me after an event one weekend — I haven’t heard from Jacob, as he has disappeared.
Horrible way to conduct business.

Amazing! The game bus is awesome. My son wanted this for his 6 th birthday and it did not disappoint. Well have him back again for my son to be 4 year olds birthday. There were a few hiccups as one of the buses had a mechanical issue, but he completely made it right. So glad I chose this company as they are very accommodating and family friendly! Thank you

Our daughter had the best BIRTHDAY ever. She turned 13 and had friends and cousins over. Everyone was hapoy. Thank you for making our daughter’s 13^th birthday AWESOME!

I appreciate your searching for a solution and eventually finding a resolution at the end of the night. I think I was originally put off, because I feel you just sat in the bus with your hands up in the air, rather than coming out and explaining to the neighbors what was going on and communicating to us the situation, so we wouldn’t have to jump to conclusions. Communication is key in these types of situations. I understand you are explaining it now and it’s much appreciated. And now I have a better understanding of what you were doing when you were gone and how you were being proactive to find a solution. On a bright note, this situation brought all the neighbors together, so it was a really nice bonding experience. Good luck to you and your business. From what I’ve read on the other reviews you provide a great service.

Thrills on Wheels was great! They helped make the kids’ first game truck experience a fun and memorable one. From the minute I contacted Thrills on Wheels, Jake was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you!!!

This was hands down the BEST and easiest party I have ever thrown. My son’s 9^th birthday couldn’t have been better. Jacob was the nicest person ever to work with. He was professional and kind from our first email until he left our driveway. And he was SO great with the kids. Another mom commented to me that any time she saw a child trying to figure someone out it was like Jacob appeared automatically to help. The games we amazing! There were the new school big screens with every game you could want in the back of the bus then the entire front of the bus was old school arcade games. So even the grown ups could play Pac man! The claw machine was a huge hit. Every child had a ring pop and then some. I can’t recommend the bus or Jacob enough. It was just awesome!

I found ‘Thrills On Wheels’ a few years ago and used them for my son’s birthday party. Talk about a smash hit! Everyone STILL raves about the party and it was 3 years ago. I’ve recently begun running my school’s annual carnival and I called on Jake and his crew… and of course, it was a runaway hit. The bus arrives on time. It is clean! It is up to date with all of the latest games! But more importantly, the customer service is top notch. Jake responds quickly to emails and phone calls. You can’t beat that. Anytime I have any event that needs video games, I will hands down use ‘Thrills On Wheels’. I advise you to do the same.

It was such a hit at my son’s 10^th Birthday party! Everyone had a great time kids and adults. Everyone kept talking about how much fun they had. I definitely recommend these guys! They’re friendly and professional.

I wish I can give Thrills on Wheels a million stars but unfortunately I can only do 5 stars. I first got it on May 17^th for my daughter’s first birthday and it was a total hit with the kids even the adults and really affordable! What game truck has an arcade?! None of them !! But this one has it all! I had another party this past weekend and decided to get him since everyone loved it, and I’m thinking abut getting it again for Halloween. So don’t think about it twice call or email Jacob and reserve Thrills on wheels for your party. Trust me you won’t regret it!!!

This bus is amazing! Everyone had a great time! And Jake is awesome thank you for a super fun night and will definitely book you again very soon! It’s amazing how many games you can play and brought back so many childhood memories.

No words can express how we as an adult and the kids feel about a Thrills on a Wheels! My son had his 13^th bday party last April 2014 and everyone including the adults had an awesome great time. Even up to this day, no one can stop talking about how much fun that was! This is definitely by far way better than any game truck out there! I’m definitely going to have Thrills on Wheels back again at my next party! I highly recommend them!

Hired them for my son’s 8^th bday party and it was absolutely amazing! They arrived on time and were extremely friendly and accommodating with the kids.

So here is how it came to be:
I was called to hit up this party, as I arrived, I saw this MTA bus parked in the front … So I said to myself, «Damn, I didn’t know buses ran through here?». As I got closer, I noticed some SICK ASS DECALS on the side and saw a neon bar on the inside … First thing I thought was, «HELL YAH, BANG BUS ON STEROIDS!». But as I came closer, I saw kids inside, and saw them wilding out! As I approached this thing, I then realized, this was no regular old school BUS …
They had all the new age systems hooked up to some sick LCD screens!
The also had some old school video game machines .
:
–Lethal Enforcers (for those of you who want to be a cop for a day, and blast some bad guys)
–Metal Slug X (For the ones who like the hack and slash)
–This one machine that has all the old school games like frogger, contra ect (For all the oldies out there)
–An old school baseball game
–Sega Soccer (This brought back memories of when I used to run to the arcade and play my paisa homies for a bag of hot cheetos … of course I would win because I was GEEK wid it)
–Some truck driving game that had this BIG OL steering wheel!
–This time crisis game that was one player and had a machine gun …
All in all, all the games have UNLIMMITED PLAY!!! MEANING UNLIMITED LIVES!!! Do you know how hard, as a kid, it was to beat any video game without your parents having a heart attack knowing you took money from their wallet???
This place is dope, not only are the video games on POINT … but the dude who was helping me out (Kenny or Kenneth) was VERY polite and had a great deal of knowledge in regards to the video games… The but was also properly vented with large fans (Actually nice and cold, and also very clean!) There is a lounge area in the back where the new age systems are … The inside trips me out, i felt as if I was in an actual arcade …
To anyone ADULT or CHILD reading this! … If you want to make your neighborhood and or even friends MADDDDD JELLLLLYYYY … I say rent this thing out!!!
If I could recommend one thing to the owner tho … Think about having music BUMPING in that thing … I know its loud already … But it would be … the ULTIMATE PARTY BUS!!! It shoots bang bus out of the water already (In some ways) … But for the most part … Music always feeds the soul. and if you had some sort of food thing with this … Like a bacon wrapped hot dog cart, or a mini slider cooker on the side … DANKKK!!! I would never leave this place …
Overall … AMAZING experience and I would recommend this to ANYONE looking to rent it out … It brought back flashbacks to when I was a kid and had no care in the world! other than how far I could get in metal slug …
