Established in 2004.

On the House Lending will be Celebrating its 10^th year in business this year (September 2015).

The principles of the company (Eric Ault: Broker and Nathaniel Carlson: Sales Director) come from 15+ years of Banking experience. Both on the Wholesale and Retail levels.

Having played major roles in the Start-​up of various successful Mortgage Lenders, it became time to realize the dream of business ownership for themselves.

The years have been great to company and it’s Clientele. Our relentless focus on Fairness, Transparency, Education of Clients, etc. On the House Lending is one of a very few companies able to remain in business through the tough times seen in housing over the years.

Meet the Business Owner

Eric A.

Business Owner

Eric Ault has spent over 15 years in the home lending industry. His career began as a loan officer assisting homeowners and potential homeowners in finding that perfect loan. After years of experience and many loans completed, he moved into a position as a regional manager with a major mortgage banking institution. His interaction with operational personnel throughout his career has helped to shape his knowledge and ability to successfully and painlessly maneuver a loan through the approval and funding process.

He believes that customer service is the driving force within our industry that will always «make or break» a company.
