Ryan Grant has been working in the mortgage industry for over 13 years and is now a Branch Manager/​Mortgage Consultant at the Irvine, CA branch of Benchmark Mortgage. Ryan and his team pride themselves on always being available for their clients. As a Benchmark Mortgage employee, Ryan has a wide range of mortgage choices, excellent rates and flexible financing terms. He enjoys working with his clients on future real estate planning and strategic asset management, in order to ensure they capitalize on any and all real estate investment opportunities.

As first time home buyers, my husband and I were overwhelmed with the mortgage process. Our realtor had suggested her lender and after meeting with him, we were not pleased. My husband called The Ryan Grant Team and they immediately were so helpful and met with him to discuss the pre-​approval and lending process. When we did find a home we wanted to make an offer on, we called The Ryan Grant Team and Ryan took the time to talk with us, showed us our options and helped us feel comfortable with beginning the process. Because buying a house is such a huge, financial decision, we were very satisfied with the options Ryan laid out for us. We proceeded to make the offer and after being accepted from the sellers, we have had such a great experience with The Ryan Grant Team. We met with Ryan and his staff the next day to discuss the process and the specifics. We had excellent communication with them throughout as they answered every phone call and email promptly. Every member of the team is very professional and worked hard throughout the escrow. We received updates every step of the way with easy to understand videos about the next steps. Our realtor was also very impressed with The Ryan Grant Team and was very pleased with our decision to work with him as well. This is the second time my husband and I have had the opportunity to work with the Ryan Grant Team (initial home purchase and then a refinance). Both experiences were great. His team is extremely responsive and keeps in constant contact throughout the entire process. They answered my never-​ending questions via email long after normal business hours and went out of their way to accommodate our challenges of living on an island with no cell service while our new purchase was on the mainland. They were able to find and coordinate with a notary on the island and not have to make the trip off-​island just for signing. His staff even drove an hour each way to pick up the documents from the helicopter. I can’t imagine any other lenders doing that. I would highly recommend working with the Ryan Grant Team!

My husband and I recently purchased a home in Orange County and we were blown away by the service and professionalism of Ryan and his team. Ryan often reached out to us personally, even though he has a huge team who could have assisted us.
We were also extremely impressed with the quick videos he sent during the process so we would know what to expect next. This is something I’ve never seen before, and we have bought and sold several homes over the past 15 years.
We have always been lost and confused and Ryan made it super simple to understand, taking away our anxieties.
We also loved that Ryan took the time to meet with us ahead of time to ensure we understood all options available to us. My husband is extremely savvy when it comes to real estate financing, but Ryan surprised us with an option we hadn’t considered.
The best part of the whole experience were the personal touches throughout. We never felt like just another client. Plus we received a bottle of champagne at closing AND a gift basket delivered to our new home.
Ryan also sent a follow up video promising to check in with us if he ever sees an opportunity for us regarding refinancing.

The Ryan Grant Team helped my family and I to become homeowners. At first I thought it was going to be a stressful process. However, the Ryan Grant Team took care of us and explained everything that was going to happen to make sure we were in the loop. I felt like I was VIP everytime we went to meet with them. We would walk in and see our name on posted up on a greeting poster which showed me they really took time and effort for thr little things. They would greet us, ask if we needed anything to drink, and even give us a menu that had food items that they could get for us and this was before we started getting down to business. Initially we shopped around for our mortgage which you should to get educated. In the end we went with the person who knew what was going on, responded in a timely manner and continued to stay one step ahead of our expectations. That was exactly what Ryan Grant and his team did. They are organized, explained all aspects about our loan and made themselves available no matter the time day or night. About 6 months after we bought our home Ryan emailed to say we could refi with the lower rates. I love the fact that our loan is constantly being monitored so that we never miss out on a low interest rate or what’s going on in the market. I highly recommend Ryan Grant and his team. Wow, what a process. Ryan and team helped us through the process of getting a VA loan. There are so many things needed to make it work but they helped us all the way through to the end. Up to this point I had always done my loans through a friend. Since he is no longer in the business we were referred to Ryan by our agent. His team is who she recommends to her clients and she has used personally.
They took care of us all the way through. I loved that I could get the team on the phone at any time during the process to answer questions, guide us and even for help on the escrow process. We will be not only working with them in the future, I have already recommended them to others!

This is long over due. I bought a vacation home in northern California in 2013. I used Ryan as a broker as recommended by my realtor. This was a very SMALL deal. But, he handled it like a professional. He was on point, polite, prompt to return calls, I didn’t have to remind him about anything.
Bottom line: if you looking for a professional to handle your home loan and you want a good deal then look no further. I will use him again and I would highly recommend him.

Ryan and his team helped us so much! At one point I went to chase to compare ‘apples to apples’ and was told all kinds of promising numbers and quotes. We almost went with them but Ryan kindly and gently reached out and encouraged us to look a little further into the promises Chase was making. Turns out o was comparing ‘apples to oranges’ and not all the promises were as sweet as they sounded. We ended up going back with Ryan and are so happy we did! Ryan and his team– Darcy and Amit especially, held our hand through the process. They answered our calls and all our questions. They even sent us a beautiful gift package for our baby (I’m pregnant).
Buying a home can be so overwhelming– especially for your first time– having Ryan and his team made it all much more manageable. We are so very greatful for their help and support. Plus Ryan will continue to watch our loan and the market and let us know when we can save more money:)
