Brooks was nothing short of an absolute godsend! While we never actually met in person because we live in Northern California, we hired Brooks to sell my grandmother’s home. Brooks and his team of realtors set the bar for professionalism with regards to selling real estate. He has personally helped me with finding properties and he has helped me find tenants for my rentals as well. I have referred him several buyers and sellers who have had nothing but the best to say about him. He’s as 24⁄7 as you can get. I have texted him questions on a Saturday night about viewing some homes on a Sunday and he responds ASAP. I’m sure I was bugging him but he never made me feel that he didn’t have the time to answer my questions. This is why I feel very confident about referring him my clients.
