John and Jamee are awesome! We were first-​time homebuyers and very naïve to the real estate world. We had tons of questions and very little knowledge. The service they gave us was some of the best my husband and I have ever experienced. We primarily interacted with Jamee, but John was just as amazing and totally invaluable with his experiences in home construction. Jamee was knowledgeable and extremely patient. She held our hand through every step of the process: looking at homes, placing offers, closing escrow, and even answering questions after we moved in. It was all very seamless. She helped us get a home we are really happy with in a neighborhood we really wanted. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. Had the pleasure to met Jamee, she was so amazing getting us settle with our first home 2012. Trying to find and purchase while I was living in another country traveling back and forth to settle in Orange County is was not easy but we had a realtor who we could trust and would understand our unique situation, that could make it happen.
With her guidance and expertise we were able to buy in Rancho Santa Margarita we are really happy, she managed to walk us through each step of the process allowing us to feel comfortable, we would like to recommend her to anyone she is very professional.
