I wish the communication was better with the parents when changes of classes are done. Too rocky and no willingness from the director to guide, comfort parents or children with the new changes. Teachers are doing a great job. I love the outside area that is with shade protection.

Our daughter is 2 ½ she started here shortly after she turned two. She has been in day care since she was one. We have tried Childtime, which was awful. She was bitten bu another child and they didn’t call us for almost FIVEHOURS! After that we tried two in-home daycare facilities, that she hated! SHELOVESTHISSCHOOL! She screams with joy when we pull up, she has so much fun! The staff is loving and attentive. They tell me all about her day when i pick her up. Their hours are perfect for our busy schedules. Her vocabulary and potty training skills have improved tremendously. We could not be happier with this facility. My Husband and I go to work with no concerns at all. We have tons of crafts to bring home and a super happy healthy well socialized child! Great place! We recommend it highly!

This school is run like a business, and done poorly. The children are not the first priority, there are not safety measures in place. It is not a place any family or child should go after what happened to us and other families. There were so many red flags with rise in crime in the area, mom’s purses being stolen out of cars(windows broken) while children were being picked up, random men entering the building, no check out process(enforced) for children being picked up, cash tuition being stolen from inside the school(after personally giving it to the director) and on and on. These issues all happened with in a few weeks and we asked for a parent meeting. We wanted to have a keypad lock on the front door like many other pre-schools. We also offered to pay for security cameras. We(a group of 8 parents) were told we could NOT inform other parents about a meeting and the flyers were removed, we were lied to about the owner(name and involvement in the school decisions), teachers were threatened not to speak to us and we were treated disrespectfully. I was told to «go to Beverly Hills if we are so concerned, or just stay home». We all pulled our children out immediately and moved them to different schools in Long Beach. I hope this review saves someone else from having to experience this. All of the parents tried to help in a positive way and in return we were treated horribly. It scares me to know if they treat us that badly how our children are being cared for. They always sent the kids home with hard candy and junk food and put them in time out for practically everything. There are more than double the amount of children in this daycare/pre-school than any other place in Long Beach. This is not a healthy learning environment for children and I hope that someone looks into the management, files more complaints and there are changes made with the administration/staff and security for the sake of the children and other families.

Great staff. Some preschools feel so militant. They provide a nice balance of structure and boundaries with play and fun. An lunch is included in tuition!!! They give you 1 free week for vacation. That was nice around Christmas.
