Never hire these people, very unprofessional and extremely rude, no English at all, poor communication skills, damage all my things, whole day asking for tips, really bad humans. I call to the office and asked about receipt since the foreman never gave it to me, what else I can say, look at the other reviews, by the way I forgot to mention, they suggested some money to write a good review for them. Watch out and avoid them

Hired these movers to move all our furniture from our home to our apartment. They were very helpful and great with all the furniture. They were very efficient and moved everything as quickly as possible. They also wrapped everything really well. Would definitely recommend them.

Totally awesome guys. Booking process was a breeze, office was friendly but the only reason its 5 stars is because of the movers. Moved my 2 bedroom in 7 hours which was pretty good time considering i had a garage as well. No damage to my furniture, everything was wrapped with plastic and blankets. Thank goodness didnt have to pack my clothes they had hangar boxes which was pretty useful. My movers hustled pretty fast in the cold morning weather and didnt stop when it got hot that afternoon, freaking LA weather. They also assembled my furniture and made sure nothing was damaged. Coupon was a bit of a nice savings too.

Took 6 hours to move (and they only moved the big stuff) — I had a 2bd room
apt and two very young guys showed up… one was clearly new the other had to keep stopping to give instructions -/​-​because they took SOOOOO long, I didn’t have time to closely inspect the items. Turns out some chipping off my bed frame, dresser, dining table — just not worth the $ 600 I spent cuz in 6 hours everything could have been moved. (yes, double the time of the coupon. If I wanted an extra guy helping, it was another $ 80 per hour)

Hired to load POD moving container for a 3 bdrm house. Requested crew of 3 for a 3 – 4 hrs of work — took over 7 hrs. Poor language skills in communicating with the customer and even poorer communication between the crew and their understanding of the differences between bags, boxes and dressers caused us to have to unload and re-​pack part of the POD while the crew were at lunch, essentially wasting about an hour and a half of labor.
The crew started _​VERY_​slow, but sped up the last couple hours towards the end of the day — probably hoping to get home. While moving out a sofa and a dresser, two walls were damaged that required $ 180 to repair. Submitted pictures to the owner of the company and was offered $ 75 to change my mid-​star
review — no offer to make the repairs themselves.
Also discovered whiule reviewing the final paid bill two weeks later that the $ 50 I paid as a deposit to secure the services was not deducted off my bill. Their manager stated that the deduction «.is mentioned nowhere on your final bill, as only the final amount of of payment is stated there». What? If this is true, then you quoted me an incorrect estimate as the rate per hour and time spent/​materials were exactly as quoted BEFORE I made the deposit payment. My mistake here… I paid cash to save $ 10% stoopid me ;-(.
I would look elsewhere — just too many potential problems from a «Professional» business.

One of the only companies that actually has a one star review here and there. Cant trust these moving companies nowadays because of all them are fake reviews. I booked them because they had fair and affordable pricing. License and company info was on point as well. Office was friendly and didnt try to use pushy sales tactics. Movers came on time, did all of the assembly and disassembly even helped me pack too. I actually went and trusted them with my electronics and since im a computer geek, my stuff is super expensive lol. They moved my 2 bedroom apartment and i already booked them to move my girlfriends stuff to. Very nice movers

These movers went above and beyooond their pay grade. First off the company was very affordable and is actually licensed, unlike some «popular» moving company whose name wont be stated. I really liked the confirmation and online receipts and pre sent contract in the email which i have not seen any moving company do so these movers were the first. Office was very friendly and nice. The woman on the phone Jane if im not mistaken answered all my questions. The movers arrived on time, went over the contract and got right to what they always do, moving! Very friendly gentlemen im glad they dont employ kids or scrawny guys. They protected everything and all in all my 3 bedroom house was moved in a reasonable amount of time considering we had 3 drop offs too. Go All Round Professional, see you next year, unfortunately.

On a short notice, they responded and I am very appreciative of that. We needed movers within 3 days (literally needed them or else we would have been charged extra rent days) and these guys came through. Scheduling was flexible.
I can’t say everything went perfectly however. They did arrive about an hour and ten minutes late, which put a bit of pressure on me, as my apartment complex had only given me a small window in which to move out. Still they arrived eventually and parked at the appropriate place. They moved everything we asked of them and were nice, friendly guys. I must say however, they took about 4.5 hours or so to move major items from a 2 bedroom condo into another apartment that was literally down the street. While they did take care to protect items from any significant damage, I just didn’t feel a strong sense of urgency in them as they moved each object. It’s not as though we had them move our personal possessions such as clothes etc. Only heavy items such as dressers, bed frames, couch etc. were requested. I honestly think they should have been able to do the job within the 3 hour minimum but hey, I’m not a mover, what do I know? Still, the hourly rate was quite good compared to some other companies on Unilocal (about half of what we were quoted by one company who shall remain nameless). I might consider using them again in the future, but I hope they are faster next time.

The owner of the company, Andrew has tried to reach out to me several times on Unilocal and through email to apologize for the lack of customer service and has stated that he will talk to his staff about improving their service over the phone and through email. I really appreciate this effort and would think about giving this company a try in the future because of the owner’s dedication to customer satisfaction.

I just moved within Los Angeles. Andre and Andre came right on time and were very quick in managing all the boxes efficiently and carefully. They did a good job, were quick and very professional. I’d recommend them even if a bit on the pricier side.

I’m not even going to waste my time responding to the numerous derogatory fabrications made below by the owner of this company. I will simply say that they are wholly untrue, and I will not dignify this company’s habitual need to blame the customer by responding to obvious lies. But what’s downright sad is that Andrew’s response is a clear and unfiltered reflection of his company’s (and his own) total lack of professionalism, which has now come out of the woodwork by his own admission, and is in plain sight for everyone here to witness.
And, yes, I still tipped each of the movers because it was right thing to do despite their numerous shortcomings. The owner of this company, on the other hand, knows nothing of doing right by his customers and chooses instead to repeatedly and shamelessly blame the customer for faults that occurred because of his staff’s incompetence. It shows a severe lack of personal integrity and a narrow business sense.
Therefore, I strongly urge anyone reading this review to firstly consider whether they could tolerate paying money to a company which prioritizes insulting the customer over providing quality service, and then laying blame on others when the fault is clearly their own.

Both Chris and Andrew were great and made our move very easy. They showed up before time (8am) which is unheard of moving companies and did not stop for any breaks. They worked non stop from 8am to 2pm and helped finish my move on time. We are happy with this moving company and will definitely recommend them to our friends and colleagues.

We called the movers yesterday and they were able to send 4 guys over the next day. Vlad, Roman1, Roman 2, and Alex were on time and wet super efficient, professional, and very quick workers! Our trailer was a hot mess, let me tell you, but they were able to organize and unload our trailer without damaging any of my delicate items.
After they were done they cleaned up, offered to assemble our beds and furniture, and then even got a chance to learn about their family and interesting lives.
We highly recommend ARPM for all your moving needs! Especially the 4 guys that helped us.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR MOVERS LOOK NO FURTHER!
I cannot express my gratitude enough for these guys. I found them through thumbtack and the manager Andrew gave me a reasonable quote, made sure all of my questions were answered and planned my move for the next day at the last minute!
His team showed up, immediately got to work and were very organized. They packed, moved and unpacked a 2 – 3 bedroom loft in 11 hours which is incredible. Besides one ten minute break, the guys were working all day at super speed and very carefully. (unlike some movers who seem to be taking their time and going on bathroom breaks every ten minutes).
All of our things were shrink wrapped and protected and nothing was damaged in the process. It really feels good to be paying someone who you know did an excellent job.
Again, some of the other moving companies with 5 star reviews still tack on hidden fees, etc. These guys are the real deal!

A+++ SERVICE from beginning to end… CHEAPER than another funiture mover competition out there.
I paid $ 229 (I said it n I did not stutter) cash for 3 hours including without being charge for driving their truck.
2 tall men… Alex & Andre did the heavy lifting with delicacy.
I spoke to companies like Era Moving, JT relocation and B Moved. NO WAY. Overpriced + charge for driving fee.
I saved over $ 60+ easily with All Around Professional.
I’ll totally recommend them than any other places.
Note:
Same results as far as moving but with CHEAPER prices compared other competitors.

Found them on Thumbtack and they had great reviews there and provided excellent pre-​sale communication. This level of service extended throughout my move.
They showed up more or less on time (just a few minutes past the one hour window) with three movers.
My move was complex, requiring 3 stops, stairs, and heavy as hell furniture.
That wasn’t a problem. Over the next 7 hours they moved couches, appliances, and several dozen boxes of my belongings with zero property damage, zero scratches, and nothing broken, even the glassware I packed poorly into huge boxes.
They even took apart my Ikea bed and put it together in better condition than it started. THAT is service!
Thanks to Vlad and his buddies Alex and Roman for making the move out of San Pedro (aka The Devils Butthole) to Lomita that much more tolerable!
A+ would move again.
