Were the «full» «Luxury» services there; worthy of 10s of 1000s of dollars in staffs’ Holiday bonuses, plus their healthy salaries? They’d open your door (She had a doorMan). They’d make calls for you (She had a Concierge). They’d bring your vehicle to and fro (She had a Vallet’). When asking Owners, if say, they had two identical buildings, but, only 1 with these Luxury” Svc. what % more for theses amenities, would Residents pay? It’s still unanswered. In 2003, AlP gave birth to «Fuller» True Residential Luxury Svc, in addition to «all» the Union already did there. AlP, poised to be their staff and residents’ support, leveraging any building’s productivity, reputation and brand, offer their on-​site and on-​call personal organizing and move management services, all of which are detailed on their website and in the real lives of clients’ homes, offices, and storage.

Business Owner

Lisa Kay Williams (Kay) is an accomplished business woman. Her work has been featured on TLC and she’s an invited guest on Oprah, Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil shows. She is caring, sanguine, innovative, and witty.

Born in Passaic, NJ, to an Entrepreneuring family in Real Estate, Engineering, Education, and Coaching, Kay attended Berkeley College and Philadelphia University, for Interior Design and Business.

She’s been the design center Administrator for The Orion, the tallest luxury high rise apartment building in Manhattan and VP of Marketing for Coldwell Banker’s AIP comprehensive relocation management; and organization of businesses and homes.

Kay maintains a network of exceptional personal organizational consultants, executive and senior move managers. She coordinates all phases of transitions using her extensive skills and resources.
