Awesome! Tons of things to find and a great xmas spending place. Prices are normal but has great service to make up a little. Bought an Xbox one from them and a sub bass and seemed nice and respectful and gave good advice

Came in on a Wednesday night, store had almost zero customers. Could get no help locating what I came in for. Went out of my way to look lost and employees would still ignore us. Finally found what we came for, and it was clearly marked at $ 79.99. Went to pay and it rang up at $ 100. The cashier had no interest in checking on it, all she could say was «well I’m not allowed to leave» she finally got the attention of one of the five employees doing absolutely nothing at the front door. He does a price check and comes with an attitude of «it’s clearly marked» in an attempt to make me feel stupid. I can read and I know damn well the price was $ 79.99. I just got down buying a $ 2000 tv last month but apparently that $ 20 tonight was worth losing a customer. Can’t remember the last time I have felt like I was a bother to the people who are paid to assist me.

Decided to buy the Nvidia Shield since Nvidia was offering a free remote with purchase and it was 50 bucks off. Unfortunately the Best Buy in Park Meadows ran out of the free remote but still honored the free remote but the catch was they had to put in the order to ship to store. Received an email notification on the day I was supposed to pick up the remote so I contacted the store to get more details of the delay. All they can provide me that it was in transit and check back later. The following day I called again and still gave me the same info. Figure to call hours later to see if the shipment came and they gave the same routine, it’s in «transit». Since they could not provide any further details I’ve asked them to provide some sort of credit to order it online or for them to order it online so I can get some assurance that it is coming. Instead of providing a solution to the problem I was told to just wait with uncertain that it is coming. Lesson learn from buying from them and assuring me that the item will show up. Best Buy you just lost another loyal customer, I will looking to buy more electronics through Amazon and other online retailers thanks to your customer service.

I love this location. It’s never crazy busy. And if I need help someone is always asking if I need any help. Bigger than most of the other Best Buys in Denver.

These associates know their stuff, they helped my daughter and I with a killer deal on a big tv! Not pushy or lazy. They stepped it up and took all our wants into consideration before recommending a tv to us! Top notch

I ordered a present for someone that I live with online, for in store pick up. Day before I go to pick it up I receive an email from Best Buy, that they have cancelled my order! Call customer service and they are absolutely no help, besides telling me that I will not get my funds refunded for up to 10 business days. Horrible customer service, they offered no remedy or solution.

Beautiful store — clean and easy to follow layout. Diego in appliances is fantastic — very knowledgable and incredibly patient with my many questions on dishwashers. Thanks!

Bought a Nikon 7100 for just under $ 900 and a 10−24mm lense for just under $ 900. Total was just over $ 2000 and I paid cash. Returned the items 2 days later after find the same items on amazon for couple hundred less with additional lenses and accessories. I returned the items to best buy to find out they are going to mail me a check in 10 to 14 days. I paid cash
They are going to mail me a check that will take 14 to 20 days before it clears my bank. I look forward to the day when best buy closes it’s doors. I only shop here after looking online, at costco, target, and walmart first. This place is a joke. The prices are a joke. Returns are like having a my colon cleansed. You’re name is the most ironic name in retail.

This is the only best buy I go to all other stores I go to have terrible service, this store always goes over the top in the service department. My computer broke a few months ago and was about 2 weeks out of warranty but they still fixed it for free.

Standing in the cell phone area while there are between four and seven Best Buy people behind the counter at any given time. currently waiting on two people the rest are hanging out and talking. After waiting for 20 minutes I am now leaving. Never received help. What a shame. I wanted to check my upgrade possibilities, I’ll just do that at Sprint

This store does a decent job of servicing the customer except the musical instrument department. Asking questions about amplifiers and speakers got very frustrating with a couple of ladies who were covering the area from the guys taking a break. When you have someone that plays instruments and you want to have questions on new equipment… do not have 2 employees from the same area away.
All the other departments do a fabulous job here at this store.

After having a bad experience with purchasing an appliance at Sears Outlet, my wife decided to check out this Best Buy location (check out my review for Sears Outlet Lone Tree for details). The prices are very competitive compared to Sears Outlet, how the service is outstanding. We not only ended up buying the cooking range as planned, but also bought two more appliances.
The invoice from Best Buy clearly states two address fields — billing and delivery. The delivery went very well — as promised they included the power cable with the delivery and installed the appliance in the unit in no time. My wife had purchased an extra power cord (in case the delivery guys forget learning from Sears experience), however we didn’t have to use it and just returned it the next day.
We have couple more appliances to buy in near future and intend to go back to Best Buy for those.

An update from my 2012 review. I give Best Buy credit for their price match policy, and I’m willing to pay a few more bucks for having what I want in stock. That being said, there is little more to get me back to this store; it is a complete mess.
Staff members are lurking around every corner, all too willing to help-​and that’s where it stops. I’ve never met more people in a retail store who have no knowledge of anything they sell; the customers know more. Which leads one to ask: Why are they there? What do they do all day? How did they get released to the floor? Is Blue the new Orange?
The majority of the displays are a disaster. The appliances look like they had a demolition derby during closing hours. Put your seconds stock elsewhere. The GPS display is trashed, the auto accessory case hasn’t been touched in a decade. The printers are all covered in dust. The door to get to the car stereo installation area is locked. Software is encased in security boxes that are so grimy the World Health Organization or EPA might find new strains here. The cleanest place in the store is the rest room, which is the only reason I recommend visiting this location.
Recently I was in the Electronics department of a nearby WalMart and heard a customer ask a question about LED TVs. I heard the clerk run through all the options and compare/​contrast the models completely accurately. I wanted to walk over and give her a hug.
I have no axe to grind with BB, and I am a top reviewer. These are the facts, and I am all too sad to have to report them.

This Best Buy is the closest to me, and while I’m not there every weekend, we end up there quite a bit looking for home electronics, computer accessories, etc. However it never fails — I always seem to leave this store disappointed.
The past 2 – 3 weeks we’ve been laptop shopping, and in my recent visits to this Best Buy I encountered countless issues. When we decided what we wanted & confirmed on the website that it was in stock at the store, we arrived to see it was nowhere to be found. We didn’t ask anyone since they were pretty busy, but we went to another Best Buy store to demo the laptop.
Fast forward a week and we finally decided to buy. This time I verified online that the laptop I wanted was on site, so we returned to the Park Meadows store. When we arrived we quickly found a sales guy and he confirmed, yes, we have them. Hooray! Then he left for what seemed like forever (maybe 10 – 15 minutes) and returned to tell us that there were 2 in the store according to inventory, but he couldn’t find them. He continued to look, and called in another person to help, who just said «tell them we don’t have them.» Well… that’s what we were told. They cannot find them, sorry. You would think they’d have a better way to track a couple of $ 1200 laptops, but apparently not.
We went to the Centennial Best Buy where we were quickly and courteously helped, and 5 minutes later we were walking out with our laptop.
This was one example, but I could go on. The Park Meadows BB just seems apathetic. You can feel it in the sloppiness of the store and in the general apathy of some of their staff. I will still shop at Best Buy, but I’ll drive over to Centennial or Parker where things seem to run much better.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a miserable customer experience as I had today.
I wanted a Sim card for my phone, Chris asked if he could help and I wanted to know how many GB the phone plan had for the card I had to buy since the card didn’t say. He gave me the number, I asked where it said that on the card and was told «don’t worry about it, that’s what it is», then walked off.
I know these folks are kids, but who the heck trains them? I just put the merchandize down and walked out.

I have been waiting to FINALLY get a good experience at a Best Buy… 1 out of every 27 visits isn’t a very good batting average but this particular time was very good. Danny in mobile electronic helped me with my purchase for the new Harmon Kardon LG Stereo Bluetooth Headset (which I love btw). He greeted me with a enthusiastic hello, followed by being interested both the customer experience and the technology itself. I don’t feel like I’m asking for the world when I visit Best Buy or any store for the matter. A friendly hello, a willingness to help and some (not alot) of knowledge about the products they are selling/​representing. Anyhow, Danny did a fantastic job and I highly recommend seeking him out and he’ll take care of you.

Best Buy hates women, and their employees are as condescending as possible to any female customer (if they bother to acknowledge them at all.)
I’ll flashback to the evening of Black Friday, 2012. I worked close to this store and wandered in after my shift to see if there were any good deals on video games. I found the PS3 section and was checking out Assassin’s Creed, etc. when lo and behold– Dishonored! 50% off, and right after it had been released! I stepped past a few customers and the employee who was helping them, and started to flip through the pile, seeing what else was available. The male employee stopped mid-​conversation, turned to me, and told me that the Nintendo DS and Wii games were on the other side.
I was pretty baffled, since I was obviously not looking for Nintendo games at the moment, but that pretty quickly turned to rage when he had the nerve to ask if I was shopping for my boyfriend. After a few choice words informing him that he was an idiot, I took my game and left, with no intention of returning
It was over a year before I stepped into this store again, and it was only because I was in desperate need of a USB 3.0 to mini USB cable last week. It’s not the hardest or most uncommon cable, but since the shelves in this place looked like they had been ransacked by a post-​apocalyptic looting crew, I couldn’t find anything. When I started to look for an employee, they were either nonexistent or rushed past me and ignored my «excuse me». At last, all the way back in the camera department, I found a group of male employees messing around and asked one of them for assistance. I asked one of them where I could find the USB 3.0 to miniusb cord, and he had no idea what I was talking about. I had brought the old cord that I was replacing and showed it to him, and he started talking about Samsung phone chargers. (I started to try and interject, because huh? What? I– No, that isn’t – )
He tried to have another employee (apparently a new hire) show me where the phone chargers were (I don’t need a phone charger, I said, only to be ignored) and he huffed and threw his badge down on the counter when the employee said that he didn’t know where they were. I kept telling him that I didn’t need a Samsung phone charger, I needed a USB 3.0 to mini USB, they were different things. He didn’t listen to me, kept barreling over me to tell me that it was a Samsung charger, and only shut up when I raised my voice and asked him if I’d stuttered when I said I needed a USB 3.0 TO MINI USB.
An older employee was nearby at the time, as we had arrived at the godforsaken cell phone charger aisle, and my obstinate frat boy employee turned to him and asked, «Do we have Samsung phone chargers?»
I took the cable out, ready to garrote him with it, but the older employee asked to see it instead. After looking at it for a few seconds, he handed it back and told me they don’t carry USB 3.0 cords in their store.
I ended up finding the right cord at Radio Shack.
If you don’t have an emergency, order your things from Amazon. The prices are lower and the customer service is a thousand times better. Also, you don’t get your nerd cred questioned or treated like an idiot because you’re not a man.

OK Best Buy. We went to this location Best Buy coz Hubs wanted to find a replacement wire aka Cable Wire for the External Portable Hard-​Drive we have. YES, they sold the External Hard-​Drive but they do not sell or carry the replacement wires aka Cable Wire. Duh? Hence Hubs was a little unhappy with that situation. *Sad Face* Unfortunately, they don’t have the items we need. *Sigh* At least we managed to BROWSE thru on the items that we may need for the future.
YES its a HUGE Store to browse around. That recent visit was on Saturday November 16^th 2013 after running some errands in this part of Neighborhood. Another qualm perhaps since it was one of the WEEKENDs, MAN Outside, the PARKING is indeed a nightmare and packed to the Brim!
From the staffs, who handled our questions, and showed us on certain electric devices/​equipment, I heard that BEST BUY can match your item if you bring their competitor price. Hmm, is it true? May return when needed.
The lady washroom was kept clean when I got the chance to use it.

I usually have good service and the employees are pretty knowledgeable. There have been a few occasions where they have too many of the wrong type of employee — ie; I need to check-​out and the only employees around are the knowledge base employees — or vice versa.
I will say I have gotten some incredible close-​out prices.

Ohhh this location. While I’m always able to purchase/​pick-​up the goods I’m looking for, the speed of customer service killlllllls me.
Employees are very friendly and more than willing to assist as soon as you step in the store. A greeter is always right there to welcome you and ask what you are coming in for. There are also plenty of employees strolling around, just waiting to assist wherever they can.
The registers are where I always get stuck. I understand that some customer’s requests aren’t as easy as a ring through and done, but when there is only one person working, it makes your visit epic. If you can, try to have the employee assisting you complete the sale, as it’ll be much better than waiting in the normal cashier line.
This past week I have picked up two items from the ‘store pick up’ desk and had no issue the first time. Everything was quickly run through and away I went after just a few minutes. Yesterday, however, took about 20 minutes as there was only one person working and a line of us and of course, an issue.
In general, this is a well-​stocked location but make sure you bring your time and your patience as you will likely need both.
