Probably the most incompetent and unknowledgeable staff I’ve ever seen in a department store

This is definitely one of the better locations I’ve been too. Not sure if it’s because they get a lot of traffic/​people that come in, but their selection of clothing is on point!
If you are lucky to come here by yourself
(No kids with you… Hehehe)… There’s tons and tons of Clearance bargains you can take advantage of. You just have to have the time to look through everything.
This location is definitely worth going to.

Just came back from Old Navy at Park Meadows Mall. $ 2.97 for shorts and tank tops. You cannot beat that price. I love this Old Navy. All Employees are so friendly and professional, you can ask them any questions anytime. I often go to This Old Navy and usually find what I want. Ended up spending $ 50 and you get a few items!!!

Even though the commercials from the yesteryears were creepy, I still shop here once in awhile. However, if you join their email club, you get a 20% off coupon which is really nice! I like this location especially because the people here are friendly and outgoing. Selection is good too and their sales make a quick outfit easy to to pick up. Even with a long line, none of the people at their registers looked flustered. A+ for quick and painless transactions!

You definitely get what you pay for here, but an extra star for service and selection at this store.
This is a great stop for growing kids (though beware the quality may not even last an entire school year– I won’t buy jeans here). Or for those times where you hate everything in your closet, and need something new but can’t really afford to go shopping (Ladies, I know you feel me on this!). I also find it great to peruse the clearance racks for everyone in the family just so we can all get something new though it may not last very long. Having said that, I will admit to having a few pieces from here that I’ve worn with some frequency and haven’t noticed the same wear and tear of the past; so perhaps they’re upping their quality, just a little.
Great to find pieces to stretch a wardrobe and incorporate seasonal variety on a budget. The variety of this store is vast and they always seem to have tons of colors and sizes available; and helpful staff if you need them to look for something in the back. The store is clean, parking is reasonable, and there’s some other great budget shopping in the same strip.

I really like this place. We shop a Banana Republic a lot more. Old Navy has some great sales at the time. I am waiting on that promotion where they give you a plastic bag and whatever you can put into, there is a 15% –20% usually.
They need to hire a few more cashiers at times though. Trying to find someone on the sales floor is sometimes difficult. The t-​shirts are great, they usually have a lot of things in sale.
To make up though for employees hard to find, the customer service when yo you check out though makes it worth if — they are great!

Old Navy has prices that cannot be beat! I have gotten t-​shirts and henley’s for $ 5-​$ 10. Yesterday I bought a couple of v-​neck sweaters for $ 10 each! If you are on a budget and can’t afford Gap or Banana Republic or other stores like that, Old Navy is a good alternative. The only draw back is the quality. You get what you pay for. The clothes do not last long. They are made of cheap, thin material. Having said that, at those prices, you can expect to replace clothing once a year.

Old Navy is definitely one of my fav’s. I mean, you can’t get good quality flip flops 2 for $ 5 anywhere else. And their winter sales are amazing, and if you’re lucky they’ll run a Groupon around the holidays which really helps cut down holiday shopping costs! The only thing I don’t like about this location is that there is not a maternity section, but they have it online.

Old Navy has a great selection of summer clothing and great deals. I was able to get 2 pairs of sandals for $ 5. The store was very neatly organized and checkout was quick and friendly.

Huge, clean and fully stocked.
Had a huge sale while I was there and although the line was very long it was easy. The people at the counter were super nice and interacted with the rest of the crowd in the lines.
