If I can put no star or negative star, I will definitely do so. Estimate for a garage door motor set for $ 435, it comes out an outdated motor with chain. Come on, we all have motor with belt. No one gonna pay for $ 435 for a year 2005 model… Complained to the owner, he said that’s nothing they can do as we did not specific request a newest model…

Called to change a mail box since we lost our key turns out the mail lady had it. The guy got to our home at the same time as the mail lady and charged us a «service call» of $ 59. I get it they came to our home and we didn’t need the service anymore but charge us $ 60 when you were going to charge $ 69 to change it is crap. Not a good way to run a business. We used them in the past but will never use them again. This situation left a bad taste in our mouth. I would have paid something but $ 60 is ridiculous.

Very high priced !!! $ 629 to rekey two residential house dead bolts, install two exterior door knobs, and repair one interior door knob. I had last used them ten years prior and then they had competitive pricing.

Shady people. Took forever to come unlock my car. On the phone the man said it was only going to be 45, then when the locksmith finally shows up he says it’s going to be 85, then when he unlocks my car the price once again jumped to 130. Don’t trust this company, period.
