I just got locked out of my house after installing new locks!!! Call these guys… Tell them I’m literally locked out w/​nothing. Had to stop a stranger who was nice enough to make a call to them. They wouldn’t even come because I didn’t have a credit card on my person, nor a phone for them to contact me. IDIOTS, it’s locked in the house… More worried about getting paid first, than actually providing a service which I guaranteed I’d pay either by cash or credit card. People don’t get locked out because they remembered their key, cell phone, credit card, etc!!! Or haven’t your Company thought of that scenario!!! Thank God the other company came ASAP!!! That’s customer service!!!

24⁄7 Locksmith did a great job and saved me much needed cash right before Christmas.
Keyed a couple of doors to work on the same keys which were completely lost!
Adjusted everything so that the locks worked smoothly!
They also came out and rescheduled to accommodate my forgetfulness!

I’ve been frustrated the last week because the lock to my laundry room door was jammed. It’s my entrance from the garage into my house. The knob was jammed from the outside. I work doubles so I assumed most things would be closed. I found this company on Unilocal!They came in half an hour fixed my door in 5 mins! Very convenient! They charge $ 35 to come out. I had to replace the knob (the brand I have is more expensive) and get it rekeyed so it cost $ 145 total a little expensive but worth it not be aggravated and to have it fixed at 10:00 at night!

I called for a quick lock change of 6 door locks for my rental. Needed it done right away. 24⁄7 Supertech Locksmith service made a same day appointment and I was surprised when they were able to come so quick! Great service tech. Scheduled appointment between 4pm and 6pm but arrived at 6:30pm…30 min late. He was very apologetic and worked quickly to make up for it.
I was quoted $ 35 for service call and $ 19 per lock times 6 locks. $ 149 total. An extra charge for the Mailbox lock was $ 69, for a grand total quoted $ 218.00 + 8% tax = $ 235.44 He offered me a 10% discount for being late ($ 23.00). $ 235.44-$ 23=$ 212.44. I was actually charged $ 210.00 instead of $ 212, and he made me an extra key right on his truck and didn’t charge me for it. I got more than the 10% off promised. Honest and friendly. I would recommend these guys!

I called 24⁄7 Supertech when I needed to re-​key the commercial property I manage. I called 24hr in advance to set up an appointment, and they were able to accommodate my schedule. I needed them to re-​key two doors and set up a master system for the 4 units. They were prompt, showed up on time, and left me happy and satisfied.
This was my first experience with a locksmith, and this experience made my worries disappear. I am very happy with the service, and I will definitely call them again if I need a locksmith.

Hired these guys to come to my home right after I purchased it. They tightened and lubricated locks and made adjustments due to settling so everything was nice and safe at all exterior doors. They also installed a dead bolt lock for me. I appreciated their willingness to schedule me at the day and time I needed .
