Terrific cleaning service and very well priced. We have had our apartment in Huntington Beach cleaned twice now and the company has been spectacular with working with us in terms of availability and of course the service. Most recently we had Annette and she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the job she did. I will definitely be asking for her again and I would refer her to anyone in need of a house cleaning.

OMGosh, what a wonderful service! The house cleaner they sent over to my house this morning, whose name is Elizabeth Bland, is AMAZING! So meticulous, so clean, and so customer service oriented. I definitely recommend this company as a great house cleaning service, and be sure to ask for Elizabeth. What a nice, thorough, very clean person!

I can’t even comment on the cleaning because I was rejected one today from *Charles* and I will be emailing in as well since apparently this was the manager. I asked Charles a few questions and immediately he thought I was going to call in and complain when he was all over and rejected the cleaning. He actually had the audacity to hang up on me. I did nothing wrong and don’t appreciate being treated this way so I called back to try to clear things up and schedule a cleaning because hey I give second chances. I worked in customer service for many years and would NEVER ever do this to someone. They do their cleanings based on one cleaner coming and on time. Well I unfortunately have had experiences with cleaners *milking* time to stay longer and make more money. I brought this up and asked how they deal with that. But apparently that was a no go. I feel like I was treated like a dirt bag.

They said they would have 2 people there for 3 hours (I was cleaning my mom’s condo after she moved). I arrived and there was one person there and he said the other person was running late. I called and they informed me that it would be $ 210 for 2 people for 3 hours or 1 person for 6 hours. The person there was almost finished after 1.5 hours. The other person never arrived and they still charged me $ 210. I HAD TO CALL AND COMPLAIN TO GET 50% OF MY FEE BACK.
And, the cleaning was no better than my housekeeper. It was just ok.
Look around at other options is my advise.
AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD CREDIT HALF MY FEE BACK THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN!!! UNBELIEVABLE… NEVER USE THEM!

I’ve been using them for over a year now for my apartment and can’t complain.

I scheduled for a «move out» between tenents and my slob of a brother could have cleaned the place better.

The other reviewers are correct… this company cannot manage the simplest schedule. I wanted to book every other week for cleaning. I confirmed my next appointment THREE TIMES, but 12 hours before they were suppose to come, I received an email saying they were coming on a different day.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? And then the company said I was over reacting when I cancelled and made sure my credit card wouldn’t be charge
And when you call this company, you get an answering service who doesn’t even answer the phone with the company’s name. The answering service ASKS THE CUSTOMER what company they are trying to reach. So unprofessional! If you are going to use an answering service, then at least train them to answer with your company’s name!
You CANNOT trust this company… they do not deserve your busines!

One of the homes we rent out in Laguna Hills was left in very poor condition. It wasn’t just dirty it was REALLY dirty. Rosa and Vanessa did an amazing job. It was no small task and it took them far less time that I had expected and everything was completely spotless, including a few special requests that aren’t normally on their list. I will not hesitate to use Golden Shine again, or recommend them to friends. Thank you!

Been using this service for almost three years and always satisfied with their results. They schedule based on my needs, always on time with courteous service.
Only once the hardwood floors were streaked so I called the service and they sent someone to come back to meet my satisfaction.
I’ve paid more for housekeeping years ago using the same person before finding Golden Shine. Now they are my housekeepers. Highly recommended!

They did a great job on cleaning my townhouse after I moved out. I would recommend them.

Lindsay is honestly the best. She went past the call of duty and I would recommend her for everything!!! She was super friendly and clean :) I recommend her because she is very hard working. Love her personality and how she cleans. Thank you Lindsay.

This company is way too inconsistent. The first cleaner was really young, took way too long to clean and did a seriously poor job. The replacement after my complaint was great but she didn’t stay with the company… Her replacement was great but didn’t stay with the company. I was a customer for over a year and the inconsistency continued. The worst part ia when I complained thereafter about poor service and lack of cleaning on certain items and I only received a canned response about the cleaner stating they did the job. I even pleaded for a quality control inspection on the multiple occasions of poor service to prove my point. Golden shine offered no remedy adjusts stating that the cleaner said otherwise. The final straw was the missing $ 400 in change I kept in containers under my bed. When I asked for an investigation the response was simply that the cleaner said she didn’t take it. I didn’t expect much but I hoped for a statement that golden shine would at least make a report of the incident and monitor for other occurrences. When I suggested that be the resolution, golden shine simply stated that the cleaner said she didn’t do it… What thief do you know that would claim they’ve done something that could jeopardize their job? RIdiculous, I will never use this company again and caution everyone else. I guess I should’ve followed their few good employees earlier on and just left them. I thought bonded and insured meant something. I wish I had been unethical and took the good cleaved up on their offers to work directly for me. The manager or owner, Charles, was useless in offering any remedy.

I just have to say that the Golden Shine Cleaning Agency has done wonderful work again! We love Luz, but we had a new cleaner this week. Maria did a great job on our house and was completed with her work in record time. Thank you, yet again, Golden Shine!

I’ve been with golden shine for a few years and I know I can always rely on Chris to come through on his word. The pricing is fair and the service is a steal!
I must say, though, that we just had our house cleaned by Lindsay Langlois yesterday and she did the best job BY FAR out of all the times we’ve had our house cleaned by GS and the best house cleaner I’ve ever has clean my house in 15 years. She’s so good that if she left GS, despite the tenure we’ve established, that I’d follow her sooooo GS, be smart! Keep this woman! Her attention to detail, professionalism, and representing her employer are all traits I respect and appreciate. GS is lucky to have such a loyal employee! How impressive!

I used golden shine agency for a house cleaning. I called them to set up the appointment and get a price quote. Diana arrived on time and honored the price quote. The cleaning took about 3 hours and afterwards, I was very happy with the services provided.
I will be using their services again when needed. Diana was very courteous and thorough in her cleaning. I also received a call the day after asking me if the cleanliness met my expectations (a nice touch).
FYI: I would say my house was medium dirty (on a scale of 1 – 10, 1 being clean and 10 being filthy, around a 5 – 6). After the cleaning, it was a 1.

I’ve tried to use Golden Shine on two separate occasions and both have been a failure. On both occasions the cleaners didn’t show, and on the second attempt that I made to have them come and clean the house, the cleaners didn’t even bother to call even after I made repeated attempts to contact them.
They have delivered what is literally the worst service I’ve ever received from a company, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I recently had a daughter and at the end of my pregnancy, and since she has been born I just haven’t been up to cleaning. I found Golden Shine online and was a little hesitant but they have been AMAZING. Today Rosa came and my house is sparkling! It is so nice to be able to spend time with my little girl instead of cleaning the house. THANK YOU ROSA!!!
Edited to add that everyone that has come has been so sweet and nice. You really feel comfortable having them in your home and that is so important.
