Unexpected plumbing issue at Home and no better plumper to call than Next Level Plumbers very professional did an exceptional Job on my leaking Faucet also replaced my Garbage Disposal that was on the verge of going out. Great advice from Plumper Carlos who did not lie about anything and was honest and price was not outrageous I would recommend Next Level plumbing over any other plumbers any day.

Called and got Carlos for a quote for a plumbing install and repair. He was able to arrive within the hour. Came to assess what work will be needed and seemed very professional and experienced. Install of the Bidet Sprayer and tub spigot went well, no leaks! His work was very clean and even tested for a possible water pressure addressed issue. Thank you for the great thorough and efficient work! Will definitely keep your company in mind for all our plumbing needs.

On December 4^th I had a gas leak and the gas company shut our gas off. The plumber we have used for years was unable to come out until Monday. After calling a number of plumbers in the area I found two that could do the job the next day. One wanted to charge me $ 450 for a simple job that the gas company was willing to do, but they didn’t have the right size valve on their truck. I asked about his pricing and I was told $ 100 of the $ 450 was for an emergency call. My next call was to «Next Level Plumbing». Their professionalism was by far over the top, from making the appointment to having Sergio come out for the repair. They charged me $ 175 and no up charge for the emegency call. I have replaced my old plumbers business card with Next Levels. They are my new plumping company in the Desert and in Temecula. Thank you for your awesome service.

This review is past due. We live in Orange County, but we rented a house over the summer in Palm Desert for a week. While we were there the water heater went out. The owners sent out Next Level plumbing to fix it. We were very impressed by their customer service and professionalism through out the whole service call. We were very happy the owners of the home deal with a great company like Next level. Use this company for all your plumbing needs!

I had an issue where my sewer in my house was backing up into the showers and toilets. I usually use a different plumber but they were not available so I called Next Level. they were great, showed up the same day and charge me less than my other plumbing company would have. I highly recommend them and they will be my new plumber of choice
