My husband and I found a shed he loved on Craigslist for free! But seeing as we have a 5 month old and last minute pickup we couldn’t call anyone to help, except for On point moving!
In less then 12 hours Hawaiian Ryan and his colleague were there! They were super professional, fast and really hard workers! They definitely knew what they were doing. Ryan has a great positive and energetic personality and made this stressful situation a no stress and no mess deal!
It makes me happy to know there are businesses like this doing well! Great customer service! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and will definitely use them again!

On Point Moving is a reliable company and the quotes are accurate with no surprises. Sunday February 21, 2016 Ryan Watwood and his crew helped us with our move. They are the best team for movers. They were very professional and helpful. I will definitely use the company on my next move and will recommend to all my friends and families.

Late start by saying this: I am not giving 4 stars to the movers (Ryan and Sam). If I was just evaluating the movers, they would get 5 stars, hands down. But unfortunately, they were an hour and a half late, because the information they communicated to the owner or dispatcher was not communicated to me. But once they arrived… oooo boy! They were quick, professional, and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and Sam. I’m sure the issue of punctuality is not a constant problem, so please, by all means do not hesitate to hire On Point for your moving. They are (despite their scheduling) the best moving company I have worked with in San Diego thus far.

OnPoint Moving helped us move out of our apartment.
The 2 movers were in such a great mood, especially considering how physically demanding their jobs are!
Ryan was especially enthusiastic and helped make our stressful move more relaxing.
They were able to move all of our stuff in just a few hours, and I was highly impressed at the attention to detail these guys took to keep our furniture protected.
They cloth wrapped all items, then went over it again with a plastic wrap to ensure nothing bad happens during the move.
I would highly recommend this moving company if you are looking an affordable, positive high energy movers, and a great all around experience.

On Point is a wonderful moving company! I believe the people are what makes it so great — I have used them for 2 partial moves a few months apart, and all four of the movers were professional, friendly, fast and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Aside from doing individual Google research on professional moving companies, I utilized a service called «Thumbtack» which sent out an estimate request to various movers who would then respond within 24 hours. On Point Moving was one of the 3 companies who responded, and incidentally they were the Goldilocks choice of the quotes. The reasons why I chose On Point Moving:
— Reasonable price in comparison to others
— Descriptive response indicating additional fees and the expected pay
— 3 hour minimum (others required more)
— They were insured movers
— Read some positive reviews
Chris and Ryan were the 2 movers who were employed to move my stuff. I had essentially 2 bedrooms to move: a real bedroom + living room furniture + kitchenware. I was expecting them at or around 2−3pm; however, Chris called me around 11am saying they were 20 minutes driving distance away and finished their first move early. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Chris and Ryan both seemed very amiable with bright personalities. They were very responsive, professional, and were respectful throughout the move. We agreed on the estimated pay, and I signed the contract. I walked them through the house pointing to everything to move, and then I simply watched them go. Three wardrobe boxes were supplied, which were returned promptly after the move. They moved all of my furniture into their truck and belongings in one hour! Chris was so kind as to give me a chilled bottle of water at one point.
Some things I appreciated:
— The little small talk in between, which showed they were still in a good mood while hauling my things
— I could tell them how exactly I wanted the furniture in my new place, and they were willing to re-​arrange it if it didn’t appear to fit in the initial spot
— They finished in 2.5 hours!
Some things I didn’t appreciate:
— Sometimes I would notice they would accidentally bump furniture against stuff, though it was all inconsequential incidents such as hitting bushes or little corners (it’s your responsibility to pack your belongings well, and there’s a reason why they wrap furniture with blankets and tape)
— No change if you pay with cash
In the end, they had me sign a receipt and fill out a survey. They do not bring cash with them, so expect to pay the full amount without change. It was okay though. To me, the change I had was put towards their tips which was much deserved. I’ve heard shady stories of companies with terrible attitudes who damage or steal your belongings. Chris and Ryan were found to be very trustworthy and open. They worked well together, and brought so much positive energy to the move. :) I strongly recommend using On Point Moving for your next move-​in!

If you hire a different moving company, you are missing out on amazing people. Chris, Ryan, Matt, and Hiram will never add us to their Christmas card list after what we put them through today (4 locations, two stories at both homes, and REALLY heavy furniture), but I’d invite them over to open presents anytime. They are extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and absolutely busted their butts for us today. I can’t say enough great things about them. We’ll be using them when we move again in a year… Hopefully they’ll take our call! Love these guys!

These movers are professional, punctual, efficient and courteous. They maneuvered our tri-​level condo with precision & without damaging our belongings. They’re full of energy & don’t waste time. In fact, I thought I’d have time to finish packing the bookcase upstairs while they loaded up the living room but nope, they were ready before I was! Will definitely hire these guys again for our next move. Competitive rates & they bring their own truck so it beats the hassle of renting your own. Thanks!

Thank you Chris, Troy and Matt for a great move! This was my second time using them. They were actually early arriving I on the other hand ran a few minutes late. They worked hard and as quick as they could. I appreciated the extra help moving some other furniture around. Very professional and great to work with. I will recommend to everyone!

Used On Point to move my mother from Oceanside to Laguna Woods. The guys were fast, efficient, professional, and took care not to damage anything. The move started in the late afternoon and ran really long (she had more stuff than we all thought) and even though they had been running hard all day were still friendly and helpful, making sure the job got done and my mother was happy. They wrapped up at 1:00 AM and were still smiling! Would definitely use them again.

Absolutely amazing! We had Chris and Ryan help us move out of our one bedroom apartment. They not only did the move fast but they were so nice and genuinely enjoyed their job. We had a few items we didn’t want and they took them off our hands and they donate them to help local veterans.
All our stuff was very well protected. I highly highly recommend this company to anyone moving and will be telling my friends!

I hired this company after calling around to a few others. They called me when they were on their way which was great. They unloaded a POD (in the rain) and did not complain about it. They were professional and very careful about walls and corners. The owner is reasonable with pricing an was training a new guy. He was calm under pressure and probably a great boss! Thank you guys so much!!!

I had been scheduled to be moved by SD Movers (see my review on their page) and they never showed up. SD Movers had On Point Moving call me to tell me that they weren’t coming and On Point asked if I wanted their help. Of course, I was in a pinch and needed to get moved that day so I had to do it. They worked really fast and very hard. We got the job done in about 2 ½ hours. It cost a bit more than the other guys but they hauled ass and did a great job.

Best moving company I’ve ever seen. They work as fast as humanly possible funny and courteous. They rap all your belongings up very professional and safe. If you’re thinking of the moving company this is the company you need to use.

My mother needed to move things from two different locations (a storage unit and house) in San Diego to an apartment that was up two flights of stairs and down two long hallways, needless to say I knew we would need help. We called them a week prior and they were able to fit us in on a Saturday which is always busy with people moving. Clayton was very professional and did not slow down the whole time. Their price is great for the amount of time it took moving all her stuff. They have a big moving truck and made the move so much easier. I highly recommend and will use them the next time I need them.

My fiancé and I had a task to complete. A storage unit had to be cleared of all her old treasures. We were hunting for a reputable local company, someone who would not try to cheat us.
On Point was exactly who we were looking for. Initially we found them posted on Craigslist. We verified them through Unilocal.
We had worked with Andrew and his additional crew of 2. We wish we could remember their names, but sadly they escape us. They were a great crew to work with.
They worked fast and as efficient as possible with the load of stuff we had to move. In 4 hours they had moved a 8×8×15 storage unit full of items in Ramona to Lakeside.
Highly suggested to anyone who has a large move to do.

Last minute move and called on these guys (Clayton, Herman, & Greg). Being active duty, I’m used to Military Movers moving my household goods very quickly… but damn, these guys were quicker! Not only were they quick but worked efficiently together and packed up my 2 bedroom condo and full garage in 3 hours!!! They actually have a one time gas payment of $ 50.00 that kinda threw me off a bit but the quality of work… man, was so worth it! Highly recommend Book them now!
