This was my first home, first escrow, first everything! As someone who had no clue how this processed worked and what to expect I came into the inspection being apprehensive about what the outcome would be. Glenn came out to the property on time and well prepared during crazy rain storms that were sweeping through San Diego. He definitely did not let the rain keep him from completing all aspects of his inspection. Glenn was professional and thorough, he made us feel a little more at ease with the process. Upon his completion he was very detailed in his findings and what issues we should have corrected by the current owner. We had Glenn inspect a property in Escondido before buying. He was very professional with the scheduling and the long list of questions I had. On the inspection date, he arrived 10 mins early and was extremely thorough. He was patient and explained a lot of things about the house to us. The report was completed in about a day with pictures. We did ask for better pictures because they turned out really small in the report. Overall, we’d highly recommend him!
