DivineCare’s founder and director, Alicia Holder, has a degree in Gerontology from San Diego State University. With a strong emphasis on Alzheimer’s and dementia, the DivineCare premier care management team hold degrees in related fields and have provided the San Diego community with a combined 30+ years of health related and home care services. They have held positions with the Alzheimer’s Association, on hospital Skilled Nursing Units as: activity directors, directors of care management, as well as, administrative support to healthcare staffing companies, training facilitators for caregivers, placement coordinators, independent care managers for seniors and mentally challenged adults, and have founded special projects for seniors such as the «Senior Holiday Giving Tree.»
