All Points Locksmith Company

I purchased a repossessed home at the auction last week and
didn’t have keys for the house. I called All Points and received the third degree on why I didn’t get keys. The attitude was un-​called for and disappointing. My company will not do business this this company, nor recommend them.
UPDATE: I am 100% in support of asking security questions and I would expect anyone to just open a home without proof. The line of questioning was insulting and questioned my integrity. I had all of the proof of ownership, but the company representative continued to imply that I was not being forthright. «I know that when a home is purchased at the auction, they provide the keys.» Well — I have purchased three homes from
and have never received the keys.

I had purchased a smart key on line for my Ford Edge. I had a very disappointing experience with locksmith plus the day before. I would not suggest that you call them.
All points took care of everything programming both keys for me for a VERY reasonable price. I will use them in the future.

I had my business keys on my desk today, and then a customer came into my businesses and then left. It was when I wanted to close up shop that I realized the keys were gone. I couldn’t leave and didn’t have back up keys. So I went here to buy a lock and keys. The lady here, Connie, was very sweet and nice in helping me with ny situation. She explained to me everything, and I mean everything on how to properly take out the lock of my business door, replace it, and correctly adjust it. She is amazing. She only charged me $ 10 for the new lock when she could have charged me for teaching me or going down herself in doing it. She taught me something new and I am grateful for that. If you ever have any problems with your lock, come here. Great service, quick and easy, and just outstanding. I will definitely recommend this to everyone and use them again when I need to.

I recently had about as good an experience you can have when you need a lock removed. I was in Kennewick from out of town and planned on spending the day riding my bicycle on the trail by the river. When I got to the parking area to begin my ride, I realized I’d misplaced my key to the padlock securing my bicycle to the rack. I called All Points Locksmith and they said they could remove the lock and gave me their correct address. The owner was ready for me when I arrived, my lock was removed and I was on my way.
Incidentally Unilocal has the wrong address. All Points Locksmith is located at 4601 W. Clearwater.

Great service! Was locked out of the car in Kennewick and someone from All Points Locksmith came in ten minutes. Within a few minutes, they got into our car and we were able to retrieve our keys. Did not wait long at all. Plus, they were extremely friendly. Great rates, fast service. Highly recommend!

Now, I just wanna say, that if you did not actually get serviced by a company, you should not write some fancy review about them. I totally see the last persons side, I would be also be angry and would probably not use them if I were her. HOWEVER, All Points absolutely does not deserve the horrid review! Their service was just incredible and everyone makes mistakes… I saw that review before I called them, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Thank goodness I did.
I feel totally safe, I pretty much slammed the lady with questions about the security of them just unlocking anyone’s car, and she seems very trusting and like she knew exactly what she was doing. They have great security measures, and they even inspect the car where they open it up to make sure there was no damage done.
Also, the price was quite nifty, I could not complain, $ 15 cheaper than Mounts and they were a whole, heck of a lot faster. ALONG with that, Mounts charges another $ 10 for «Afterhours» (6pm) but I called them at 5:30pm and he shut it down immediately, saying that because the driver wont be there til after 6pm I will have to pay the fee. HAH. No.

I want to let everyone know, if you need a locksmith in Kennewick, call All Points Locksmith. We went to Mounts earlier & they said they couldn’t help us, but All Points came out to the house and made new keys for my sons car in no time! Mike was very knowledgeable and extremely nice :)
