All the aloha salads are great! Food always super tasty. Sometimes it can take a while to get the food but only when it’s really busy. My favorite is aloha passion salad and their tomato bisque! The club sandwiches are also very good. There are so many varieties of salads I’m sure everyone can find one they love– they even have a soba salad.

Staff here is incredibly friendly. Consistently good service. Consistently all right food. Club Sub was bland, in my opinion, and their salads can get pricey when adding protein. But we tend to visit this spot when in the area and looking for an easy salad option.

A. loha S.ub S.alid And yes. an ASS you will feel laying down $ 12 or so bucks on a half sandwich soup or mini said. The mini half Club sandwich had MICROWAVE bacon, small amount of Kirkland turkey also bulk lettuce(the bag type) The soup was a vegetarian lentil which seemed like watered down caned soup. So pissed that I am wasting my time on this review…

I love the ahi salad which also had strawberries and mango. I also had the Kahuku shrimp. salad but still prefer the ahi.

This would be my weekly spot I usually order the ahi wrap. But today was not a good day. As I was eating the other half of my wrap a dead fly falls out while I’m biting because the wrap was not nicely wrapped to begin with. This totally grossed me or and I basically threw up on my lap.

Came in at 8:30pm on a Tuesday night and no other customer was in there. The girl at the register didn’t ask to take my order because she was too busy counting money even though I was standing in front of her right at the counter trying to make eye contact and this went one for at least 3 minutes. Her co worker noticed she wasnt asking for my order so he asked to get something started for me so I gave him my order. The woman at the register was finally done counting the money so she confirmed my order. I got my order fine after 10 minutes. Minus the 3 stars mainly because there was bad customer service.

Best salads on Oahu! Veggies are super fresh and mango dressing is yum. Ahi salad is my fave, but the seared fish wasn’t as good as it normally is tonight. Pricing is reasonable. Service is friendly and we’ll continue to grab as salads here as much as we can.

I love this Aloha Salad location! Their staff is always super friendly and personable. They are quick and it’s an awesome healthy option in Kailua town. Their salads are really good sized, enough for two servings if you get the large salads. Their ahi salad and their quinoa curry salad are my go-tos. Although I would like to say I’m SO disappointed they removed their Vegetarian sub from the menu. The lady working said that it wasn’t getting enough customers so they replaced it and I’m SO bummed. That sub was SOONO and was my go-to when I wanted something quick and vegetarian in Kailua. PLEASEPLEASE bring back the vegetarian sub for veg lovers everywhere. It was too good to get rid of! Their soups and wraps are also delicious and really good sized portions! Highly recommended! Parking is tough on weekend afternoons, would suggest parking over near Whole Foods if you don’t feel like circling the lot!

We came here for a late lunch after a hike. At first, I was frustrated that they couldn’t make the wraps into subs for the choose 2 deal. I ordered the ahi tuna wrap, which had a note explaining the risks of eating raw or undercooked food. Given the note plus the pictures of the seared ahi tuna, I assumed that this meant the wrap was made with seared ahi. When I got the wrap, it was completely cooked. If I had known the tuna was cooked, I wouldn’t have paid 10 $ for it. The wrap tasted decent, but It would have been much better if it were seared ahi. Everything we ordered was pretty good, but overpriced especially for the amount of food we got. Probably won’t visit again.

I will never learn. Ordered an Ono island ahi salad to go. Dressing on the side. Got home. No dressing. Management really really needs to pay attention to this location. The staff never smiles, never says hello, thank you, goodbye. Orders are hit or miss with accuracy. Now I have to drive to Safeway to get dressing for this salad, because I’m not battling in that crazy parking lot in Kailua again.

Love this place I usually get the curry chicken wrap or a Italian and tomato basil soup and never been disappointed. Aloha keep up the good work and I will keep visiting you. Be aware parking here can be a pain

They need to stick to salads. Got one of their wraps. The paper they use blended with the Flatbread so well that I bit into paper. And to me a wrap is in a flour tortilla not flatbread.

I was so excited to try Aloha Salads and was not satisfied by anything. I went here mainly because I was dying for a good Cesar salad. The lettuce was wilted, the croutons were soggy, and there was way too much cheese. They also did not give enough dressing. Besides the salad we also got their steak wrap, their Italian sub, and their Angus steak and cheese soup. The steak wrap was OK, but had too much lettuce and needed some sort of binder. The Italian sub tasted of nothing but pepperoni and the bread was very smashed. The Angus steak and cheese soup, rather then being creamy and comforting was way too sharp.

Aloha subs, what can I say? Great quick stop sandwich spot. I don’t think I have ever been to Aloha Salads when I wasn’t on my way to the beach. My personal favorite is the Italian or the Turkey sandwich. I have never actually had a salad here. Note to anyone stopping by, parking on the weekends can be very hectic. The store doesn’t have its own lot and is located in a heavily populated parking lot.

Ordered the small«aloha passion»(mixed greens * mangoes * apples * red grapes * cranberries * bleu cheese * candied walnuts passion orange vinaigrette) which was $ 7+tax. They assemble the ingredients in front of you, and put the dressing in its separate container. The lettuce and fruit tasted fresh and delicious! Salads come in 2 sizes(small or large) and with half of a pita bread. Soda fountain, two types of iced tea, and water available(although a delicious juice café is just next door!). Also a convenient location for those staying in Kailua.

The fresh and healthy moniker unfortunately didn’t transfer into the food. I got a six inch turkey sub for the price of a Footlong at subway. Not much selection and their mustard tasted like it was oil based. Delicious, but not healthy. The sandwich tasted like the artisan craft turkey sub you buy on a Delta flight. Now I’m just too emotional and want my 9 dollars back. 2 stars for atmosphere and locally sourced produce.

There are a couple of salads on here that are great and actually worth the $ 10-$ 13. I love the seared ahi salad with strawberries, coconut, avocado, etc. the quinoa salad is good too. Everything seems to be a little overpriced. Ingredients are fresh and many are locally sourced. It’s a quick process of ordering and walking away with your food. I haven’t tried the sandwiches or soups so can’t speak to those.

I love Aloha Salads. The items are always fresh, crispy and tasty. The food is healthy and filling. The bread is delish and their soup is to die for. What else can I say?! Love this place!
