I made an appointment for 1PM on a Tuesday. I arrived on time and wasn’t
taken until 1:25. I had a very slow leak. There was a ½″ screw
In the tire tread, about an inch from the sidewall. I was told that it was unlawful
to patch as it was too close to the sidewall. Considering that the tip of the
screw barely penetrated the tire, I felt
this was a poor diagnosis. I ended up buying a $ 5 plug kit at Pep Boys and the
tire has been fine since.
I will bring the tire to STS when I go home and get their opinion on patching
it as the preferred method.

We found out that we had a nail in our tire shortly before we had to leave for the airport (51 miles away). The man at the desk got us in and repaired quickly! He was so kind!

Overhearing front desk guy make derogatory remarks about an Indian customer who stepped outside
Free shuttle was only one way and needed to catch a cab for return
Never got a call to let me know car was ready, so after 5 HRS waiting for an oil change, rotation, balance & alignment, I took a cab back to check on it… they had FORGOTTEN to call me
Oil usage still showed I only had 30% left because they FORGOT to change it
I feel bad that I didn’t have cash with me to tip the shuttle driver in the morning, as he was very nice. I’m stuck going there for the 3 yr maintenance plan that I purchased with a full set of tires a few months ago however, I will definitely go back to Tires Plus for all future oil changes, etc.

Dennis at this location was extremely helpful after we found a screw in our tire on the way to Orlando. He took care of our needs quickly and got us back on the road in 40 minutes! I would highly recommend the guys at Tire Kingdom!

Came by on a Saturday for a rattling noise in my car. The main guy (maybe the owner?) was very friendly and saw me immediately without an appointment. They identified the noise and did a fast and inexpensive fix. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and my car is back to normal!
