Holiday Inn Express North Palm Beach-Oceanview

Very nice location. So close to the beach you can walk there. We booked through
. So we got a good rate. But we were stuck in the older building. Rooms were a little old and outdated. You can hear the people next door just talking right through the walls. And there was a lot of door slamming and running up and down the halls. People control your children. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Amanda at the front desk was more then helpful. So remember ask for the newer building

Great location, clean rooms, but the way the hotel was run was weird. They advertised a heated pool, and told me that it was heated but it was cold. Later I found out the heater didn’t work since dec 1^st. On dec 30 I asked the pool guy, he said the heater didn’t work but no one knew why. Later they said they were going to replace it jab 2^nd but we already checked out.
The outside security doors were left unlocked the first three days and nights. Our first night there we had a different ro than our last five nights. Instead of offering move our luggage we had to check out at eleven, put our luggage in the car, then recheck in at two pm. Like I said a weird place.

I hate to be the first to review this property on Unilocal with only two stars. Let me first say that I am basing my review off of their executive suite/​oceanview/​1 king bed. So this should be their BEST room (and that’s what I asked for). I an a platium elite member with IHG and used my military discount and the room came to about $ 173 a night. That was about twice the cost of a standard regular room (just fyi).
Ok, in regards to the «oceanview,» that’s literally what you’re getting. Just a few glimpses of the ocean, and NO beach. Just keep that in mind. They only have a few rooms maybe that will have the oceanview. And I’m ok with the not so perfect view (I’ve posted a pic from the balcony). Now for the bathroom, the executive suite bathroom was fairly small, small tub, and in my opinion nothing making it better then just a standard room. NOW for the king bed… My goodness that thing was horrible! I’m in the military, I sleep on the cold ground, 3-​foot wide cots, etc and this king bed might be top 5 worse surfaces I’ve slept on. Now I could manage with it, but to have my wife complain about it all night was just more then I asked for!
Again my review for 2 stars is based on our room. If we stayed in a regular room I could see this property being 3 – 4 stars. Customer services was great, pool was nice and quiet, breakfast was good, and location to beach was no more then 5 minutes.
I can’t see management doing much with the bathroom in the executive suite, but that bed HAS TO GO! …like last week!

Great location, as Juno beach is across the street. The rooms are clean, all have balconies. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast, well, I’m vegan, so there is little to really eat. But there is some items, and the coffee is much better then normal hotel coffee. There are many restaurants around within walking distance.

Very nice hotel. Very clean inside. Great house keeping. Pool was very nice. Nice breakfast. Beautiful location.

Just returned from weekend stay… clean rooms and nice service. 400 steps to beach is an exaggeration (maybe as the crow flies). We took car less than 5 minutes and free parking. Breakfast in morning is included. very basic but sadly no fresh fruit. Coffee was good. For the price and how clean rooms were we will be back again.

Great Hotel! I can see the ocean from my room and it’s great service. The room is clean and there is nothing to complain about. There is a outdoor pool and continental breakfast which is great! So overall I enjoyed my stay here in North Palm Beach! Love that it’s so close to the beach and the four day stay here for four days was only 400. Pretty good :)

Had an extended stay here while doing some work. Good location, close to everything and about a block from beach path. I would stay here again.
