It is a fact, when we just open, we were prepared to offer a very complete Diner Menu and every Plate in there is made in order to have you completely satisfied and happy to come back to us.
However, our customers just love our «Every day Specials», with options for example like «Camarones al Mojo de Ajo (Shrimps on Garlic Sauce) with Rice, Beans, Tortillas and one small soda for only $ 5.99. And that it’s only an example; all of them are the same Traditional, Classical and Tasteful.
On the other hand, this is a Family Owned and Operated Restaurant, so you eat the same food that my Wife, my Sons, my Grandsons and I eat day after day.
It is a challenge, we are not believing that it is only to open a place for business and that’s it, we have respect for the persons whom make us the honor to choose Carlitos’s Diner to take their meals and, day after day, at every moment, we try to help them the way they deserve; so they come back tomorrow or the day after.
History
Established in 2013.
The only one reason is this: I really enjoy when I have a business of my own, you can dream, you take the challenge and give everything you may have to make it successful, the bigger the opponent the more joy when you win, this is not the first time and on the past, when ones I sold Carnitas, or when it was Pozole, or Sopes and Quesadillas, it was always my dream to have a Restaurant.
