Buyers beware,
They don’t use a regular iPhone screen. I was happy at first because they seem to have the best prices around. However, shortly after getting my phone fixed the screen cracked again. I was a little concerned because the crack happened two days after getting it fixed and I hadn’t been anywhere with the phone. Well long story short I went to the Apple Store in Memorial City and was informed that this was one of the cheap screens that you can order from bulk suppliers for $ 15. The price is right, but I really wish I would have paid the extra $ 20-​$ 40 and gotten quality work done.
In addition, now when I’m on the phone my screen doesn’t go black anymore. This creates a problem because my face keeps hitting the mute button without realizing whoever I’m on the phone with can’t hear me. I guess this is a side effect of having the cheap screen on.
The whole reason I went here is because the reviews looked good. All of the reviews are most definitely paid for reviews though. It’s a shame someone would run this scam business.

After searching several different sites online. This was the best rate I found on an iPhone 6. My device was fixed very quickly about 20 minutes. Dario was professional and prompt. I highly recommend their services!

I gotta say this is the place to go if you have any phone problems. They treat you with respect and the prices and more than fair. I’ve cracked my phone many times and I always come here. I never write reviews but I thought this place deserves one! Thanks

John Fixed my Samsung s6 edge here, came in on a Friday special ordered the part by saturday had my phone repaired within 1 hour that same Saturday. Screen looks and works perfect again!

Took a laptop in that I was quoted $ 90 to fix by another repair. They quoted $ 70 and charged $ 50. Great customer service. They had to order a part but called when it was ready. Only 4 days for pick up and running fine.

I’m very satisfied. I have met the owner twice and he is very helpful and nice. Come here for all your cell phone and laptop repair needs. He fixed my cousins phone that was very cracked really fast.

Great experience at Wizmobile! Had an issue with my screen after it was replaced and they fixed it without fee or hassle. After cracking my iphone, there is no way I would burn an apple care plus or fight traffic/​crowds to the apple store when these guys are around the corner for the same price.

DON’T GO THERE!!! I would give them 0 stars if I cold. They «fixed «my wife’s iphone 5s 3 weeks ago and the screen fell off. Yes that’s right it just fell off of the phone. When we attempted to push it back in it got a small crack. I took it back today, and they said they wouldn’t do anything. They would repair it again and I would have to pay. I spent $ 150 to get it fixed and they don’t care that their shoddy workmanship resulted in my issue. I am actually in total disbelief that a company that I have spent about $ 400 in the last year at would just say too bad when they did something that caused my phone to be broken. I would recommend that no one uses them EVER!

The poorest customer service ever. I own my own business and if I acted like that with my customer, I would be out of business. Had an appointment this morning at 10:30 a.m. at the Hwy. 6 location. Rep loses the keys and tech can’t get in. Yesterday tech promised to send the 4S screen over from Memorial City — That didn’t happen either. Called and Called «Memorial City» location. Finally the locksmith comes to the Hwy 6 location, then I’m told the phones at Memorial City are not working. Really — this is how you run a business???

Extremely knowledgable and great service! I spilt water all over my macbook and took it to the Apple store. At the genius bar, they basically told me to replace the parts of the macbook would basically be the same cost of buying a new one!!! So outrageous. I decided to go to Wizmobile to get a second opinion and boy was I glad I did. They not only fixed my macbook, but also called me personally to tell me it was ready for pickup. The cost of fixing at Wizmobile was so so so much more cheaper than at the Apple store. I would definitley recommend people to come to get their gadgets fixed!

I needed my iPhone 4S repaired due to the glass being damaged. Everywhere I’ve called the prices seemed to range from 95 – 130. I came across this place through a friend’s recommendation. The biggest factor was that they not only replaced it for $ 80, they also offered 6 months warranty (which other places didn’t offer or it was only for 30 days). They got me up and out within 30 – 40 minutes.
The staff was quite knowledgeable and courteous. I discovered that they also fix/​repair laptops and game systems as well. I brought back a ps3 and they gave me a discount since I was in already in their system. I also recently came back about 2 weeks ago to have my friend’s iPhone checked out (she had left it in a pair of jeans and thrown in the washer machine). They just needed to replace the microphone assembly and speaker and did not even charge me for the water damage treatment that they had to do anyway.
I have already recommended many friends to them, and to no avail, were treated well w/​excellent customer service. I’d definitely recommend them — and now they’re a lot closer since they have a Memorial City Mall location!

I recommend Wizmobile to anyone who needs the glass replaced on their iPhone 4. I dropped my phone and the glass cracked. Bruce helped me and was able to fix my phone in about an hour. Fantastic service!
