Excelent service! Quick and thorough, on time and friendly. I have had several cleaning ladies come regularly over the past several years so I know what to look for, spots that might have been missed, where it is easy for a less discriminating eye to overlook. I am a bit OCD and I do keep a tidy house and constantly spot clean. So my home is fairly clean to begin with and I look for cleaners who will go the extra mile… and they did! Today was their first visit, so far so good. I will re-​post in a few months to confirm this evaluation. Thanks More Hands!

I will spare you all on my long account of what happened today and list of service failures. Today was the final straw. It was the 2^nd time they did not show up. I called and and spoke with Rob. It was excuse after excuse as to why they failed to come by despite an email confirmation the week before that they were coming. I just got fed up. I let Rob know that, after over a year of doing business with them, I wanted to discontinue my service. I was answered with «OK.» I couldn’t believe what I had just heard. I’m sure the CEO/​Owner of the company would not be happy to hear that after their own service failures, the employee did not even attempt to save the customer. Unbelievable.

I’ve been a customer for 4 or 5 years now and am very happy with More Hands. Once I had them clean all the wood blinds in my house and wasn’t completely satisfied, but I let them know and they came back and even refunded most or all of the cost (it was a long time ago so I can’t quite remember if it was a full refund.) I also love the fact that everything is online so I don’t have to talk to a person unless I want to.

We have three dogs & a newborn… But the mess is no match for MoreHands Central! They do a great job with everything & I appreciate the little touches like displaying throw pillows and bedding better than I ever can. Also I really like the online scheduling.

Morehands has been responsible for my housekeeping for more than a decade and every time one of their Teams complete their regularly scheduled appointment, I am dazzled by how meticulous my condominium looks. They bring all their supplies, change the sheets, and every surface gleams with cleanliness, even the picture frames and mirrors. I have never been disappointed and admire the impeccable honesty the workers have exhibited. I give this fine home-​grown company my highest rating!

We have been using MoreHands for quite a few years…6 years total I think. We have LOVED Team 3 (Elsa and Maria) and after a short time we felt they were part of our family! I worked from home for quite a few of these years but still opted to have someone help us with the cleaning and such. The ladies were always on time, never once late! And I always loved seeing them. Bright and cheery and took pride in the work they did. After they leave I always feel a sense of relief and relaxation. Everything always smells so nice and with few exceptions over the years, they never missed anything when it came to cleaning (we have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths). I HIGHLY recommend MoreHands and if you can work it out to get Team 3, you’ll be glad you did! In the absence of the ladies a few times over the years we had a couple other ladies to fill in and they were also very good. But we almost always had Elsa and Maria and were always thrilled to see them!

Our family has been using Morehands Maid Service for several years and they have never let us down. The team is always friendly, punctual and do an outstanding job cleaning our two story home. What impresses us the most is that the team consistently goes above and beyond what you might consider to be basic housekeeping services. Some examples are: dusting the tops of picture frames in a hallway, folding the guest bath hand towels in a unique way, arranging throw pillows in a fresh way, and even hand washing our kitchen floors. Update: the team reached out and expressed a lot of care and concern. I appreciate their sincerity — it goes a long way — and ultimately the team did a great job with the apartment. We’re human and sometimes we make mistakes, but the good part is that folks owned up to it and were genuine and did good work. I give them 4 stars for that alone.

After receiving a nearly $ 350 charge for service of my 2 BR, I was appalled. They did not care that I was outraged at the charge. I went on to find a company who cleans my home regularly for ¼ of the price and that actually wants my business.

If i could give them zero stars, i would. I was charged $ 155 to clean the 800 sq ft apartment i was moving out of… two people spent roughly 45 minutes sweeping and mopping… and not even a good job of those minimal cleaning requirements… i just got the deposit back from that landlord… The property charged me $ 100 MORE Dillard before the place was not clean. I complained to more hands and they refunded me $ 40…SO, I pai paid $ 215 to NOT have by apartment cleaned… i will tell everyone i know tippy avoid this place like the plague… USELESS

This was my first time using this service and I must say that I am very pleased! They came right on time. They were nice, fast and efficient! They cleaned my bathroom and got all the mildew out of all the crevices! The company itself is very nice with communication, always answering calls, questions and e-​mails. They cleaned my house in less than 2 hours and were very accommodating and respectful. I will use them again and recommend this service!

their services were worth it and this service, we will keep
Ok, enough with the poetry. It was quite expensive in my opinion ($ 172 for a 2bd/​2bth) and they charged extra for the pet, even though I work from home and kept my dog in my office while they were there. But, they did a great job. We have tried just about every product in the cleaning aisle on our bathtubs and could not get them as clean as Morehands did. Whatever chemical they are using, I need some. We will definitely use them again when we need a thorough clean.

Used them for a couple of years and the quality varied wildly with the teams sent out.
One team bent every drain stopper (sinks) in each bathroom, one team skipped hard to see places so we did not find out until a few days later, one team was fantastic and we requested them until they both quit.
Management has gone downhill as far as helpfulness and the second time I got «stood up» for a cleaning because after I called and (did not have the time or inclination to do it online, and the manager does not like that. Yes he told me to go online) I switched to another company and am happy I did.
Sad I waited so long to switch, but once you get accustomed to a service provider it takes a lot to change even after repeated poor experiences.

I am extremely picky and have gone through four different house cleaning services. No one is up to my standards. Morehands is the best I’ve tried. The house does get cleaned, most of the time. There have been a few times that things have been forgotten, but no one is perfect all the time. (Not even me. LOL!)
The things that bother me the most are: 1) The bed pillows are never placed in the order we want them when we sleep. It should be easy to see where they are when the maids arrive and put them back in the same way, but they don’t. 2) I have to put my bathroom essentials in a drawer before they come or they will be rearranged by the maids. This irritates me no end! I don’t rearrange their home, why do they think they need to rearrange mine? If I put my moisturizer in a specific place it is because I want it there! 3) They don’t sweep under the furniture.
As I mentioned earlier, they are better than the alternatives. I’ll keep them.
