Yumi when you have no respect for your neighbors the police tend to get involved. Having pool parties multiple evenings at 3am is very discourteous. This is not Mom and Dads house so you have to act like an adult if you’re going to live in the adult world. Good luck on your future endeavors…

I lived here for. A year long enough to have some pros and cons about the apartment. Pros: they leave you alone no one constantly checking up on you and my neighbors are fairly quiet. I got to Live on the newer. Side of the apartment so acting was very contemporary and nice the pool is very clean and the gate was easy to access. Maintenance is done very fast the grass is always cut and landscaping is done routinely Cons The patrol officer there is control hungry he constantly harasses my roommates and I are he curses at us and threatened to call the swat team on us and have my car towed because I was at the pool and he assumed that I did not live there because of my age. And I guess he likes to work overtime because he had he followed me to my apartment and stood in front of my building until he knew which apartment I went into. Management never there. And parking is hell

I ended up not living there and BOY AM I GLAD!!!
I put a deposit on a unit in November and paid a bit extra and ended up with a credit for the first month’s rent. I spoke to Shun who said she would forward the refund request to the manager. They fit farted around on that for two weeks. I filed a BBB complaint. They sent a sugary «I’M SO SORRY THIS HAPPENED» response to me via the BBB and the BBB closed the issue; however, no refund was ever issued and as of 1÷20÷2015, I am still checking my mailbox (I got another apartment). I provided them with my forwarding address in an email AND in the BBB complaint, but now they are claiming that they had no address to send it to. Here it is TWO MONTHS later and still no refund has been issued. So now, I am leaving reviews about how unprofessional the management is so that no one makes the mistake of trying to do business with the people managing this complex. I really feel as though I have dodged a bullet here. I was actually going to move here later when my situation got resolved but I certainly WILL NOT now!
The apartments LOOK great, but they operate in a SLUMLORD type manner. BUYER BEWARE… I HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE AN EMERGENCY!!!
