I lived here for 15 months with my son, and although I had some issues with some neighbors overall I loved this place! management was great! the premises were clean and secure! i wish I would have stayed longer but I had to move out of the city! totally recommend it!

We only toured 3660, but that little tour raised a huge red flag. The leasing agent who showed us around was very sweet, the apartment we viewed was beautiful, really nice sizes and amenities. My husband and I are moving down on December 4^th and after viewing apartments all day 3660 was a serious contender. That was until we found out how INFLEXIBLE their management is. We are closing on our house on December 4^th and moving down the next day, so our move in date is pretty set in stone as it is literally under contract. The one bedroom we were interested in was becoming available 3 weeks prior. Doesn’t seem like a big deal right? Well it was, the leasing agent checked with the manager and they would have refused to let us move in three weeks later and let an apartment sit empty for that short amount of time. Are you kidding me? How do they find enough tenants who happen to have the perfect move in date or are that flexible? They didn’t even offer meeting us half way with the move in date, they offered no alternatives… It was a huge red flag for us, if they were willing to let us walk away over three weeks difference on the move in date, I don’t even want know that they are like dealing with over other issues…

I’ve lived here since January 2014 and I’ve had a fantastic experience. Biggest thing for me is safety — I have never felt unsafe here. There is dual security on the parking garage gate, meaning that if someone follows you in, they have to know the code to get back out. The complex is in a very safe part of town but having that extra layer of security puts me that much more at ease. Apartments themselves and facilities are very good quality and hardly ever have problems — if there is a hiccup mgmt and maintenance are on it in a snap. I’ve bugged the front staff multiple times with a variety of requests, and even when they are busy they are incredibly helpful and responsive.
The complex is also in a great spot in town — plenty of places to walk to for lunch/​dinner (and especially convenient if you work in Greenway Plaza). Über rides to Midtown/​Washington are less than $ 10 and the museum district and med center are all less than 15 min away.

I lived here for 2 years and never had any big issues. I love the staff that was there, they recently changed in the front besides the GM and AGM and they are lovely. I do not know what he means about Izea being mean he was always the best with us. I had 2 units in the building. The only negative I can say is the building is a little thin or my upstairs neighbors were just extremely loud. The pool was great, during the summer the main pool has a lot of young people and the second is more relaxed what I liked since my husband and I are in our 20s-​30s. I had a son while living there and the staff was always SO friendly with my son I felt welcomed.

Have lived here a while and not had any problems. Love the actual apartment itself and also the pool area. Maintenance has been very responsive when I submit a request. Rent maybe a tad high but do not think this is unique to this complex. In the loop is just getting even more expensive. I like the gym, really convenient and much better than other apartments I’ve lived at. Only big negative I have is that a few of the residents with dogs are too lazy to pick up the dogs mess which makes taking your dog out pretty grose and unsanitary… If the management could solve that I would have zero complaints

Beware. The general manager is never there and the assistant manager Izea is running the show. 6 months after I lived there he calls me and tells me that I owed him for electricity. He said that I have been paying for someone’s else’s electricity this whole time (about 170 to 180 a month) for a one bedroom and one bath. He said that I owed him $ 300.00. I gave it to him and a few days later, he wanted $ 480.00 (he bargained with me to about $ 280) and the a few days later he wanted more money. I had to move out as soon as possible due to him calling me at work and harrassing me. He does not obey the laws of tenants and landlords and he makes up his own rules. Even though I was month to month and I gave him the keys to the apartment that I had paid rent on he now want 3 months rent from me and he is trying to ruin my credit. Just please be careful, this is a young guy that is on a power trip and if he decides that he does not like you he will come after you with ridiculous water bills and electric and utility bills. I am sure that the Morgan co. has not idea what this guy is doing over there. Someone needs to audit him and they will see how things just don’t make sense over there.

I just moved out after living here for two years. The building looks a lot nicer online than it does in person. It’s in a decent part of town, but unless you work at the Greenway Plaza, it’s not really close to anything. The rooms are decent, and the amenities are fine, but the service is TERRIBLE. Gym equipment will break and not get fixed for weeks or months (while I was there tredmills broke down, and the TVs on pretty muche very machine were out of order for months at a time). When you put in a maintenance request there’s basically a 50 – 50 chance that they actually show up to do it without you having to call a second time.
While the building is in a nice part of town, there was way more crime in the building than I expected. Cars were broken in to in the parking garage on a regular basis, our next door neighbors had someone try to kick in their door to burglarize their apartment, and in a big building with long corridors, there were times when it just flat out didn’t feel safe.
Rent is expensive– way more expensive than it should be; our first year they gave us a decent rate, which in hindsight wasn’t as reasonable as we thought (we moved from an area where rent was much higher in general), but then jacked the rent up $ 200 a month going in to our second year. Having just gone through the move out process, they are now trying to stick us with a bill for $ 800 in damages for basic wear and tear stuff. I can’t be finished with this place fast enough– for anyone moving in from out of town, there are much more reasonable options out there. Take your time, do some research, but if you choose 36 Sixty, be aware that it looks a lot nicer on the surface than it truly is.
