Pearle, Inc. began operations in January 2013 with headquarters in Houston, Texas. With practicality and the environment in mind, we developed the Pearle Première Plate™, an eco-friendly single use compartment plate made from bagasse, a bi-product of sugarcane processing. The Pearle Première Plate™ makes foods fit for hard/soft tortillas, hotdog buns, corn-dogs, sausages, sub-sandwiches, chicken wings, chicken tenders, brisket, nachos and cheese, and other side dishes less messy and easier to handle!

Business Owner
President, Erskine Black Jr. has more than six years of experience in Auditing and Public Accounting with exposure to several industries ranging from Healthcare, Construction, Non-Profit, Trucking, Distribution, Manufacturing, Insurance and Food Service. Erskine also spent almost two years as a Financial Controller for a company within the oil and gas industry with more than $ 250 million in revenues.
