Established in 2000.

With over 30 years of combined experience successfully implementing programs in Hawaii schools, we felt that we could still do more to help…

That’s why we founded the Learning Hale Instructional Center.

All children deserve the ability to read and perform well in school.

Year after year, we noticed that many students lacked the necessary skills needed to be successful in their academics and extracurricular pursuits.

Our belief is that with the right tools, all students can achieve greatness. However, there is no silver bullet.

This is why we incorporate methodologies from a cadre of award winning publishers, each specializing in a specific area of reading or math. Students are run through a battery of assessments to determine the most appropriate interventions to meet their specific needs.

We effectively and efficiently increase our students’ academic performance, self-​esteem, and attitude towards learning.
