Specialties
I am a traveling tutor and specialize in Math. I love all levels of Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, and also do Science tutoring. I help students who need to boost SAT Math.
I travel mainly within the Metro Honolulu area but can also service Kailua and Kaneohe Town.
I mainly help middle and high school students but I have also had great success with elementary students, as well as adults returning to college.
Lastly I also help home school students in need of some extra guidance to keep them on track.
History
Established in 1989.
Friends and relatives came to me for help while I was still in high school. It find it so (soul!) fulfilling that I have continued being a tutor ever since.

I started tutoring others while in high school. I have a special love for math and found that I was able to explain difficult concepts in ways that were much easier to understand for my students. I am patient and understanding and many students say that I make them feel at ease.
In all my experience, I find that the students who showed the greatest success were those who always kept trying. They weren’t satisfied with where they were and kept pushing forward. It is OK to struggle, because struggling leads to growth. I feel that one of my strengths is the ability to show my students that with effort they can accomplish what they set their minds to.
