What bunch of scumbags. Click-​bombing my AdWords campaign from their offices in Honolulu, Alaska and Colorado.

This advertising seems great but its not… To agree to 700 a month to only be billed 1000… When noticing the problem ironically no one could help me. The next bill was even more and more… Their customer service and billing is nonexistent… Now they sent my 11 thousand dollar bill to a creditor. I actually met someone working for them that said it happens all the time. Thank you Berry Company your a scam …

Who can you trust, I almost didn’t go with The Berry Company because of these reviews. Glad I decided to form own opinion, why would I be in business if I didn’t trust my gut. Reviews said no go, gut said go with them. They have helped me come up with a marketing strategy, not just trying to sell me the next big thing. Very pleased with my salesperson and his manager. My advise is to form your own opinion!

Update: Since my last post, I’ve contacted The Berry Company at the number that was mentioned in the response to my review and also have not gotten helped yet. can’t say that I’m surprised (unfortunately). Help!

THEY ARE CROOKS! I am a BUSINESS OWNER AND WAS manipulated to use them for our business, they ended up DRIVING A 20,000.00 ad bill for 6 months and now demands us to pay that!!! NO EXPLANATION NO ANSWERS! its funny all the people that worked and the ones i had dealt with are surprisingly no longer working with them!!! ITs amazing because the person who pitched this business ad was a client of mines, and she would BRAG to me how she got louis vuitton purses for making the highest sales in the BERRY COMPANY! Way to go take hard earning business owners money and use that to BRIBE WORKERS at the BERRY COMPANY to cheat more business owners and companies! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED of YOURSELF! WHY cant we give them negative 100 stars?!

Is there a reason y there are 2 Unilocal review boxes? It seems to me that the berry company has something to hide. I have to agree with several of the other reviewers that if I could I would give them zero stars. The berry company has misled us and feels that they deserve every penny from the fraudulent contract that was signed! Please beware of there fast talking sales people because you will NOT receive what is promised!!! Stay away from the very company unless you have extra time on your hands to battle them!!!

Is it possible to give this company 0 stars? These guys are shady. Business owners beware. You can get someone to hmbuild you a website for hlf the price and even after unpaid for my website I still didn’t own the domain name. These guys are pathetic the only more pathetic thing is us fools who fell for it.

Tiffany was my first account representative and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew about my business before hand so had some very good recommendations on how to drive more business. We worked together for about a year and she got promoted. She introduced me to my new rep, Robert and we’ve been working together for about 4 months now. They gave me a great opportunity to try a new program they were going to offer. It was great and I enjoyed working with my rep for that program as well. At the end of the trial period, they did not try and get me to sign up, did not put any pressure on me at all. I was grateful for the opportunity as that helped my business as well. Budgeting for advertising for small business is challenging but they were able to work with my budget and continue to support my business. Thanks Berry Company!

The print yellow pages is a dying business; Berry’s background. They are attempting to adapt to this new world. They are miserable at it. They are difficult to work with and seem clueless often. Everyone in this business like Yodel etc is riding Google’s coattails and trying to figure out search engine marketing and SEO. It is a HUGE waste of marketing dollars. They produce little or no revenue and the expense cant be justified. Our advise: learn Google ad words and do it your self. A huge waste of money.

I just got off the phone with the billing and sales department in Lexington KY. These people have to be nice as this is all they have. I could not believe how dumb these people are. I had to ask the same question 6 times. The question required a yes or no answer. They all seemed real nice, but dumb. I really hate working with dumb people. Save nice for parties and church.

I would have given them NO STARS! Don’t trust what they say. They are very deceiving. They don’t deliver what they say they can. To our fellow business owners don’t use them. It has been a few months trying to get them to clear our account and they are still billing us for something that we are not receiving from them.

We didn’t like the costly Ad offerings at the time when we were opening our doors. It was just out of our league. We politely declined every attempt the company made to get us to advertise on YP. A month later we received a negative review/​comment for being professionals not wanting to use there services… the guy manager hasn’t even been to our place of business or used our services. Thanks a lot mr vindictive manager.

I have to say a company that does not care for anyone but themselves.
I have been having an on going problem with this company since June 2011.
They have not only lied to me but stole, yes stole! They went into my very own business web site and stole my own pictures and words that we had written. I do believe this is illegal. I have to call once a week and go over and over the same problem and run around with almost everyone in this company. no i do not want to say anything bad about the staff that support me, they are great! Instead of bringing business to me they have taken it away. I feel emotionally drained.
Think twice about doing business with these people!!!

We were a referral from another local business and still we had a poor experience. This company is more interested in selling ad space in overpriced yellow pages. Mostly they made a program that they claimed had transparency and verifiable results but in the end it was a failure. Of course, there is always fine print which states that they are not responsible for anything. We tried to discuss, compromise and negotiate this situation with them but to no avail. The relationship ended poorly and we could not recommend this company to anyone. The Berry Company is a mainland company they works with Hawaiian Telcom in Hawaii. This is NOT a reputable company.
