Although our primary realtor was Belinda (Sean’s mom), Sean was such a huge help when we bought and sold our first property. While searching for a place to call home, he went out of his way to show us the units we were interested in on his side of the island + gave us very practical advice. When we found «the one» and the time came to make an offer, he thoroughly explained what the paperwork entailed — the fun part. It was great to have him, because my husband and I were so young, inexperienced and barely understood anything on those documents. Sean summarized it well and made it so easy for us we actually enjoyed signing!
Nearly two years later, we grew tired of our place and he was there to assist us again in the selling process. He managed every one of our open houses until it sold. It might seem like a simple task, but what made it challenging was the fact that we still had to live there until it was in escrow. We’re nowhere near being slobs, but throughout the week sometimes our unit would get a little messy, especially because we had a toddler. It was also like living out of a suitcase. Every Sunday before open house, he came early to set up and made sure our unit was good to go. At the end, he always checked in with us by giving us a report on how it went, the amount of people that attended and let us know about potential buyers. We had about five open house showings — a couple of which he had to handle himself (without us there) because my husband had military obligations and I worked every weekend. So glad we could trust him! The market was kind of shifting and for a few weeks we got zero offers. Sean reassured and kept us hopeful. He knew what he was talking about. I was honestly a little frightened that it would just sit on the market for months/​people would think something was wrong with it, then BAM! …an offer a little over list price. just. like. he. said (would happen).
We really couldn’t have done it without Sean. He is such an amazing real estate agent. He’s very knowledgeable in the business and it’s impressive, knowing that he’s not that much older than us. His easy going and friendly demeanor makes working with him very pleasant. We’re looking forward to doing business again with him in the near future!

Not only did he list, and have 3 full price offers the very first showing … He knew how to fix the areas I needed help with ! He fixed it himself! Now how many realtors will do that? He was awesome! It was a very fun and rewarding experience!
What he lacks in age he has in expertise!!!

Sean is an awesome realtor and really takes the time to ensure you get exactly what you want. Great knowledge of the local area too. HIGHLY recommended!
