I recently dropped and shattered the screen of my iPhone. Fortunately, I found Phone Medic Hawaii. I’d give an A+ to Phone Medic Hawaii for (1) quick repair services (seriously, just drop it off and come back in an hour — no leaving it over night, or all day!); (2) the integrity and kindness of the owner, Kenny; (3) the convenient location and hours; and the (4) cost of services ($ 169, as opposed to the $ 750 AT&T tried to charge). Somehow, Kenny made an otherwise unpleasant occurence a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I just got a brand new Samsung Note 5 a month ago and I cracked the camera lens. How?! I have no idea, but before I filed a insurance claim and pay a $ 150 deductible I looked up some phone repair services and they all stated that they do not offer that kind of service, or were incapable of doing it. I called Phone Medics and although he did not have the parts required he stated that he can do it. So. I ordered the parts and one week later phone medics got to work on it. My phone was ready in about 3 hours and it was like new! …But then a few hours later I pulled out my phone to take a pic, and saw residue/​particles of broken glass inside the lens which distorted focus and the pictures itself. I brought it back to phone medics and they got to work. A few hours later it was ready and this time he reassured me that he cleaned up the lens and it work just like new! …Again! If you need any repairs on your phone give them a call. This place is legit!

— our iPad fell into the pool and we heard this was the guy to see if we could salvage it, he was honest with how unlikely it would be to fix it and even though he could’ve made the money, he recommended we just go and replace it instead of wasting $ 175 trying to see if it would work again.

I’m so grateful for the reviews that led me to take my Samsung Galaxy S3 to Kenny the phone medic. My phone had a broken charging port and within a half hour Kenny had it fixed and I was back in business. I was having a tough night and dealing with a broken phone was the last thing I wanted to do. I walked out of there feeling So much better! They were fair, knowledgable, and just really very kind people. If honesty and integrity in business are important to you, then I would Highly suggest bring your device to Kenny. This was hands down the best I’ve been treated, as a customer anywhere, in a Very long time. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Mahalo for all you are and do!

Dropped my iPhone 6 and the screen cracked. I was devastated, but was able to find Phone Medic Hawai’i on Unilocal.This was after having a long conversation with my phone service provider on the insurance I have been paying the entire year I’ve had my phone. .. to no avail. It was cheaper to have the phone fixed at either Apple or somewhere local. Checked with Apple, it was a lot more than I anticipated ($ 200 or more). I opted for somewhere local, Unilocaled and did a little research, and stumbled upon (thankfully) Phone Medic Hawai’i. I dropped my phone off at their Mo’ili’ili location (2^nd floor above Frost City beside Ahi Assassins) and was told it’d be an hour. Got a call 45 minutes later and voila, my phone screen looked brand new! I asked about a recommendation regarding future drops that might crack the screen again, and the owner suggested getting a tempered glass screen protector, which he carried. Overall price was about $ 177, plus $ 20 for the screen protector. He took the $ 190 cash I had and said no need the rest. Really nice guy, quality work and services, fast, and efficient, not to mention, lifesaver. I highly recommend Phone Medic Hawai’i. 5 stars.

I cracked my phone and went to see kenny at phone medic, best choice i made! Great customer service, and he fixed my lg g3 phone screen fast, and his hours were perfect for me since i work all day. Thanks again kenny, from now on this is where im going to get my stuff fixed

My phone was cracked and not working functionally. I assumed that I’d have to get a replacement. On a Saturday, I dropped my phone off at 1:00 pm and I picked it up at 2:30 pm. Friendly and efficient service along with a great price. Thank goodness my phone was working good as new after I picked it up… amazing. Thank you phone medic!

I left my note 3 out in the rain. I was devastated when it wouldn’t work properly. Thinking that I would have to fork out 700 $ for a new phone since I canceled my insurance, I searched and found this place. I am so glad I did. For a very reasonable price they cleaned out my phone and she works as good as new!!! I would recommend this place to anyone before you think you have to buy a new device.

While visiting my kids at U of H, I dropped and cracked my iPhone 5 screen. I was in a panic since the phone screen was not responding to touch. My son told me to Unilocal for a good place. Kenny had the best reviews. Now I know why. I walked in at 7pm and he called me to get phone at 8:30. He was working on 10 or 20 phones already. He repaired it better than my prior repair. The price was right and the service was GREAT.

Wow, I am impressed! I’d bought a rainproof heavy duty case for my new ipad, but then couldnt get the damn thing off. The front cover and ‘rubber bumper’ were easy to remove, but the rear piece made of heavy duty plastic was the problem. Should’ve researched this brand ipad case more, since an Amazon search showed tons of others with same complaint as me.
I even used a hacksaw to cut through a few spots along the edge of the plastic case-​back, hoping this would help, but still no luck. Not knowing who else to try, I took it to here, expecting to watch some guy carefully cut it off or maybe try to unlatch it using some weird looking tool.
Lo and behold, he was able to twist it some mysterious way or sprinkle some pixie dust on it or something, because by the next time I looked over at him, he was handing my ipad back, case-​back removed! I began reaching for my wallet, expecting to have to fork over $ 20 or more for his expert work. To my amazement, the dude said that there’d be no charge!
I cant remember when the last time was that I was that impressed for work that wound up costing me nothing.

As advertised; comparably priced, friendly, and fast. I brought my daughter’s iphone 5 in to have the cracked screen replaced last evening. I was warmly greeted, my order was efficiently processed and the phone was ready less than an hour and a half later. This is a great business to patronize.

My phone is my life, literally. Having a touch screen + being shattered = unhappy fingers.
I came in earlier today and my phone was fixed within an hour. I told him I had to go back to the windward side, and he told me he would get it done as soon as he could, and he did just that. My phone looks like it’s brand new, and even better than how it did before! Excellent service! Mahalo! I will come here in the future, and refer others to get their phone/​electronics repaired here.

First time I took my phone there year or so ago and they had it fixed in not even an hour! Really quick and affordable .
This time I couldn’t remember the name of this awesome place so I Unilocaled iPhone repair and Kenny had awesome reviews so hoping it was the same place I took my phone there to change the cracked glass. And behold it was the glass protector lol ! He wouldn’t take anything for it. And yes same place same great service ! Definitely remembering this place .BEST place Kenny is awesome I recommend him to anyone !

Kenny was awesome to deal with. He was super fast but more importantly, super kind. You know how it can be to deal with someone after you’ve both had a long day and your screen shatters b/​c you aren’t careful? Well, this was NOT the case at all. He fixed it in an hour as promised at a very reasonable price and said to come back if there are any issues. Excellent excellent customer service and so appreciated. Best place to get your phone fixed! Kenny is a really nice guy. The place is upstairs, right by the rasta shop. You can wait while he fixes your phone, or head downstairs and grab some frost city shave ice!

Kenny truly cares for his customer service. My original screen fixed by Kenny broke and since i got my phone fixed off island, he was willing to reimburse my money. He definitely has provided me with the best customer service and i plan on going back to him when on island! mahalos Kenny!

My trusty Samsung Galaxy S2 wouldn’t charge properly and cringed at the thought of having to buy a new phone. Thanks to Kenny at Phone Medic, the relic was saved! Very professional and worth the cost.

This place can save you money! Had some problems with my iPhone, battery would not keep charge and my screen was cracked beyond belief that the phone would still work. Thought I was gonna just have to wait until I could afford a new one. Came across Hawaii Phone Medic on S King St. Low and behold, my phone looks brand new with new glass and the battery was replaced setting me free from carrying around this charge cord with me everywhere. Money well spent (wasn’t that much) and I’m sure to get another year or two out of this phone. Thanks Hawaii Phone Medic!

Just wanted to write again because continued excellent service deserves recognition. Cracked iPad screen, check. Took it in to Kenny, check. Done in ONE DAY!, check!!!
I can’t guarantee that he’ll be able to fix your problem THAT quickly, but for me, the turn around time was incredible. Thanks again Kenny! I have recommended this place to all my friends!
