Fantastic service! I called to print programs for an event all the way from California. I emailed my document to them and within a couple of hours, I received a call back with a quote. My order was fulfilled and completed within 2 days. If you’re looking to print documents, I recommend this place: Super affordable and quick and efficient.

I use this place all the time for my business! They are very affordable. Copy hut saves me a lot of time, considering I usually print out about 500 double sided copies for each order. I just email my order in and pick it up the next day.

Copy Hut does a great job describing their location and services on their website. It’s basically a hole in a wall shopping center near University and Beretania before you hit Burger King and Jiffy Lube.

The Story:
I about had it with Fedex Kinko’s.
Marketing is the core of having a strong business. I needed a double-​sided flyer to describe class schedules and prices. I had previously to used Kinko’s for my printing needs… however, the corporate management at Fedex-Kinko’s lacked customer service and shortcut quality that often gave mediocre results in printing and cutting. Their website to order online is glitchy and the staff can be quite curt or rude.
I had it with their service when I tried to speak with a staff member describing what I wanted and all he said in response is: «We’re really busy with other customers. You’re just going to have to re-​format it yourself, sorry.»
No more sacrificing quality for the sake of 24 hour convenience!
Someone had mentioned a place called «Copy Hut» (cute name, I thought to myself), so imagine my curiosity when I saw the 5-​star Unilocal!reviews and their professional website.
I sent a detailed e-​mail to Copy Hut pass their work hours and got a phone call from the owner – David – at about 9:30am the next day.
David was helpful in multiple ways:
1. He explained to me what the process would be in making double-​sided flyers.
2. He worked with me and toyed around possible measurements.
3. He educated me about what types of paper to use.
4. He offered different prices and he was honest about his quotes/​estimates.
5. He called me multiple times to confirm that my order was correct and it was what I truly wanted.
6. He emailed me the final product in case I wanted to re-​print at Copy Hut.
The Finished Product:
1. My order was completed the following morning. I received a call from one of the staff.
2. It was wrapped neatly in a tight plastic/​protective wrap (Kinko’s should learn from this).
3. The print quality was sharp.
4. The paper quality had a nice gloss and thicker/​professional feel.
5. The cutting/​layout was *spot* on.
The cost: $ 38 for 126+ professionally made flyers.
Overall, Copy Hut did an awesome job.

What can I say all the reviews are right, this place is awesome. Had a job that needed to be rushed, copy hut helped me with my own design and had the order done faster than they estimated. Dave the owner, seems to really care that his customers are happy regardless of the order size. Not really sure if they’re the absolute cheapest, as I didn’t bother calling every single print business on the island, but they were cheaper than most, and their customer service is worth the extra few bucks if you do find cheaper.

This place is the best copy service in Hawaii!
I use copy hut all the time for my professional needs. Often I have them print 1,000 of booklets at a time. They always have the best prices of any other copy service, they always have my products ready before the quoted time and their customer service is top notch!

David at Copy Hut was great! He was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating for the (rushed) print job I needed. He truly cares about his customers and made sure that my prints came out exactly how I wanted them. Copy hut also has very competitive pricing and I highly recommend it!

I had my wedding invitations, favor notes and thank you cards printed here. The detailing on each came out to EXACTLY what I was looking for. I had a friend design my invitations and I wanted a royal blue color, when I sent the file for printing, David looked them over and noticed the color looked more purple then blue he resent them before printing for correction; which in the end saved me time and $.

I had reservations about this place at first. It seemed too small to be a printing business. I have NEVER been so wrong in my life. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by a girl named, Tasha. She asked what I needed and gave a variety of options on how to get the most bang for my buck. I needed hundreds of copies to be made the same day and to my surprise, it was completed in minutes. I also found out that they printed banners as well. I have been back several times to use their printing services for parties, tickets, and banners. I have recommended Copy Hut to my family and friends and they always do a great job. I live on the west side of Oahu, but I will gladly drive into town to get my printing needs done at Copy Hut.

I had ordered 150 Save the Dates through Costco, and 3 WEEKS LATER, I still had not received them. After calling Costco and UPS, apparently, they were lost somewhere between Baltimore, MD and San Pablo, California… whomp.
So much for planning ahead.
We needed to get these out NOW!
David took the time to reformat my pdf, edit my jpg to to a 4×6 size, had them printed on cardstock, cut and ready to go in less than 24 hours!!!
And they cost me less than ½ of what Costco charged.
I did eventually receive the Costco order and they were TERRIBLE. The photo was pixilated and blurry, and the wording was cut off. So garbage. Obviously, no personal service there, they just ran it though a machine and sent it out.
Thank you so much for all your help David! We love what you did and can’t wait for our friends and family to get them in the mail. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m now a regular Copy Hut customer and I have to say that I really appreciate their honesty when you ask for a quote.
Because my job requires me to price out numerous print shops for our projects, I called Copy Hut at random one day and talked to Dave about the signs I wanted to print at such short notice. He told me he was willing to help me even if I didn’t select Copy Hut to do the job. After making a few more calls elsewhere, Copy Hut gave me the best deal and customer service at the end of the day.
Their shop is a little hard to find on Beretania St. It’s right after the road splits into King and Beretania after University Ave. I must admit that I was skeptical about the quality of their products (based on the appearance on the outside), but I was blown away by how professional the signs came out. Dave gave me so many options to produce beautiful signs within my budget and I’m so glad I spent a few more dollars to get the signs laminated.
I have to say that I saved a lot of money and time with Copy Hut. They’re now my go-​to print shop for all my marketing needs.

Alright Unilocalers! You guys recommended Copy Hut so I’m doing a print job with them – don’t let me down! :)
Gotta say – it’s all been waaay super easy:
1. They’ve got a 10% off offer for first time customers – yay!
2. All I had to do was call to talk about details and get a quick & easy cost estimate. Nice, friendly person on the phone (Tiarra) and efficient. Loved that!
3. Provided credit card info and emailed the file; didn’t even have to change my pajamas.
4. Now I just wait a few business days.
Okay, I’ll admit: I’m a little nervous. What if it looks yucky? Icky? Like crap? I will feel so stupid… But, nah – it’ll be awesome. Right? :)
