Elegant space. At night it’s Nobu and there is a dress code. Breakfast is all you can eat hot food in warming trays plus an omelet station. The eggs, sausage, and bacon taste very much like what Denny’s serves. Eggs were hot. Bacon was crunchy and greasy. Sausage had a good snap to it. Not as good as when I buy Applewood smoked bacon and Farmer John sausage from Costco. The croissant was excellent though. Crunchy exterior with a smooth buttery interior. Cinnamon rolls had the soft pastry part right but was lacking sweetness and rich cinnamon flavor. Canned peaches and pears were very good. Loved the sweetness. Fresh watermelon was sweet and fresh. Orange and guava juice was very good. Service here was excellent. I like this place better than Denny’s or Coco’s but it’s not as tasty as at my house.

Convenience is king, right? The morning I checked out, I decided that my schedule didn’t include time to stop anywhere else en route to the rental car spot so opted to eat in the restaurant in the hotel. With a coupon, I enjoyed a made to order omelette(with liquid, not shell eggs), some thin cut, low-end bacon, some small roasted potatoes, small cinnamon rolls and a mix of fresh and canned fruit. Service was good and didn’t wait too long for coffee refills. Not great but overall serviceable for my needs. Pancakes were pretty bad, particularly as they were not served with real maple syrup.

How can it be better than coming down from your room to a hot breakfast buffet? As part of our package at the Waikiki Parc, a complimentary breakfast buffet is included. The buffet is served from 6 — 11am in the Nobu restaurant, yes Nobu, in the hotel lobby. You check in with the host or hostess and you’re seated at one of the tables or booths. Beverage choices include coffee, team and juices, including guava and passion fruit. Your waitress will have your beverage on your table before you return with your food. The buffet includes scramble eggs, bacon, sausage or Portuguese sausage or ham, potatoes(hash brown or red potatoes) or fried rice, and pancakes or waffles in warming trays. There’s also hot oatmeal and miso soup with condiments, breads, muffins and pastries, salads, and fresh pineapple and papaya. The workers are monitoring the food trays to ensure they are never empty. The wait staff is friendly and efficient in refilling your drinks and clearing your plates. During my stay, I had a great breakfast at the Parc a.m. from the food to the friendly staff. Get the breakfast package with your room and get a great start to your day at Parc a.m. Also, you can get a cup coffee or tea to go at the check-in area too!

Don’t understand why this gets a bad rap. Dining in Nobu’s dining room? Having a breakfast buffet that offers fresh pineapple and papaya slices, Nalo greens salad, and cereal at one serving station, a variety of danishes, pastries, bread for toasting at another, and Japanese, American, and local hot foods at the main buffet table; the selection includes build-your-own miso soup, Japanese style rice with marinated radishes and dried seaweed, rotation of breakfast potatoes and fried rice, scrambled eggs, bacon, and alternating sausage links and Portuguese sausage slices The courteous wait staff offers you a choice of juices and hot or cold beverages(I ordered orange or guava juice and iced water). If you are rushing for a tour or planning a picnic, they offer takeout boxes for you to pack your meal. The staff us friendly and efficient in refilling your drinks, clearing plates, and replenishing the buffet tables. Will hoping the bring back that corn beef hash from the old days. Only question is whether NOT tipping is the norm in Japan and China. And for mainlanders, shame on you.

Small selection, the food was ok, the service was great, the price was reasonable, but best of all was the kids ate for free and we got 25% off; maybe because we’re staying here at Waikiki Parc? It’s a breakfast buffet…

Went here today for breakfast with my mom. We wanted to try something new. So we walked over and landed at Parc a.m. It’s basically breakfast served at Nobu. I’m not too sure if it’s the same cook or not though… The breakfast is a buffet and I must say I was quite disappointed. The selection was slim and nothing really stood out to be great except the blueberry scone. The miso soup was way too salty and the food wasn’t warm(i.e. eggs, potatoes, etc.) The only fruits that were available were pineapples and papaya with a few sprinkles of strawberries(which I managed to pick them all out) and maybe some blueberries? Pineapple juice or orange juice is included in the, I think $ 16 buffet, but I really wanted guava. After all, this is Hawaii, right?

Parc AM has amazing service and very good food! We stayed at the Waikiki Parc Hotel for the four days following xmas this year. Our package included breakfast — so we wandered down every morning around 7am. I have ridiculous food restrictions right now and this restaurant and its staff were very courteous and helpful. After the first morning the staff knew who we were and had our drink preferences down. When I woke up my first morning after returning home from vacation I was craving the fresh pineapple juice! My husband had the Chef’s special, French Toast, and several of the breakfast specials that aren’t on the menu. His fave was the Eggs Benedict Special. I had the Tropical Breakfast which is a nice fruit plate with Papaya, Pineapple, and Citrus. It was tasty — even four days in a row:) Food — Four Stars Service — Five Stars (NOTE: Not all of Parc’s packages include this breakfast — check your reservation for specifics)
