In 2010 dr. Pasquale did my breast augmentation. He was very thorough in his consultation, yet simple for someone like me who was a first-​time patient to plastic surgery. We spoke about what kind of implant would be suitable for my body type. I was reassured with my choice for him to be my doctor when he suggested that I keep my size natural for my frame and he didn’t allow me to do anything crazy or too big. We chose saline implants that went through my arm-​pits. My scar is barely visible because Dr. Pasquale used my natural folds to hide my incision. His staff was very kind, and helpful before, and immediately after my breast-​augmentation procedure. They sent me home with a information packet not only for my physical healing, but also my mental healing process which guided me step by step on how I should deal with my sudden body changes, which was a comfort to me. During my healing process I was shocked at how fast I healed. My pain level, was uncomfortable, yet not too intense, and within days I was back to my normal routine just had to do things more carefully. My breast size was a small-​A before implants, and now they are a 32D. I am pleased with his suggestion that we agreed upon for my size. His staff followed up with me and reminded me of my check-​up appointments and each one was easy and they always made me feel like I was in great-​hands. It’s been 6 years now, and my implants are still amazing! I have 6 children, 3 after the implants Dr. Pasquale did for me. I’ve breastfed each of my 3 babies post implants with no problems. Fast-​forward to 2016 and I’ve went back to see Dr. Pasquale for my lip-​filler augmentation. As expected, Dr. Pasquale, and his staff was a joy to see and to work with. He has a different location which is just beautiful and spacious. They offer 2 different fillers for lips and doctor advised me to go with restylane. Procedure was quick and from a scale of 0 – 10 for pain, needle insertion was a 3, no stinging feeling I attributed that to the frozen pack they made me hold to my lips 10 mins prior to lip fillers :) I’ve had a consultation for a rhinoplasty which I want him to do for me. I’ve pondered this for 10 years now and am finally brave enough to go through with this and I feel safe knowing Dr. Pasquale will be my doctor. My husband respects my choice for Dr. Pasquale because he feels like he is down-​to-​earth and not a snob. His integrity and testimony of his work speaks for itself. I am a living testimony of his work. They also share a common ground of serving in the U.S. military so he feels proud to patronize his establishment. It’s been 1 day, post-​op of my restylane fillers. I have slight swelling, but nothing like Farrah (from teen-​mom) lol my pain level is 0. Last night though before bed it was a bit uncomfortable, which Dr. Pasquale informed me that it would be, and was most swollen then. I woke up with less swelling. I honestly wish they stayed this big-​looking :) I have to check up with him in a week or so. Overall, my experience with Dr. Pasquale has been exciting, easy, and everything that I hoped for, and I am very glad that he is my doctor and pleased with his gorgeous staff and their kind attitudes.

Grace is an incredible esthetician and her facials are equally pampering and effective. I almost always doze off each time I see her and my skin looks absolutely perfect when she’s done with her skills! I get a customized treatment each time and my better half loves the men’s facial. Her prices are SO reasonable!!! She’s definitely one of the Best in esthetics in Honolulu!

I enjoyed my signature facial with Grace this week, wish it was a longer experience. I would recommend this place, hope to experience the hydro facial.

I was late for my appointment and was told to wait. 45 minutes later Aesthetician shows up and tells me she cannot perform the Micro dermabrasion today and I have to come back because her next appointment is about to show up I asked for a refund and she says they don’t issue a refund. She’s rather arrogant for a service provider and that’s very professional! I even asked the receptionist if she knows I was there after waiting for about ½ an hour and she said yes she is coming!!! Very disappointed. 1 star for elegant space you would think they wd have the class that matches the place.

Always a lovely experience with quality service. The type of place you want to gift for the season bc you know the present will be amazing.

TLDR: my first facial was a great experience and my skin tonight is beautiful!
I saw a groupon for facials and I’m having my quarter-​life crisis (when you hit 25 and start worrying about all the anti-​aging stuff you should’ve been doing your whole life among worrying about being too naïve to be a grown up). And I’ve recently had Pityriasis Rosea (a non-​contagious skin virus) where I broke out in hives and it left rough dry patches on my jawline. I called the spa to ask which groupon would be best for my skin and the nice man suggested just scheduling then Grace would take a look and decide for me.
If you’re being dropped off — go around the Naru tower to the back, enter the lobby, take a left– there’s an elevator with only one floor option, that takes you up to the reception desk. Grace analyzed my skin and suggested the new hydrafacial machine that has great results on everyone. She offered me the groupon micodermabrasion with the hydrafacial step for a little more. It all included décolletage, shoulders and upper arms, and arm and hand massage too! There was cleansing, a mask, then the hydrafacial part was like a strong wet vacuum on my face. Finished with moisturizer, eye cream and SPF 50 and I was out the door.
I went sans-​foundation to a hair appointment after, and I kept staring at my skin! It’s shiny but in a glass-​like way — I do have an oily t-​zone that I hate, but this shine wasn’t gross, it’s healthy like I’m glowing — Like I’ve mastered «Strobing» to the T. Grace was very good about looking at my skin and personalizing the treatment just for me, she explained everything she did and was very soothing! I’m sure over the next few days, my makeup will lie better and I’ll be back in no time!

I use Groupon for my underarm and Bikini line this time. She is really nice. And it was quickly and not so pain。 also the result is great. And the price is really good as well. Amazing experience. Gonna see her in 5 weeks.

Grace was awesome! I had a Brazilian wax done by her and she was just great. Her spa was super clean and she herself was very professional. She made me feel so comfortable while doing my Brazilian. I recommended her to friends and family. Go try her, you won’t regret it. :) definitely coming back.

I purchased the Groupon for the Signature Facial and will absolutely go again even without the discount. Grace is wonderful! She is so kind, works at a nice pace and makes you feel completely comfortable. The location is pure deluxe and you can tell you’re getting high quality. I opted to upgrade to the Hydro Facial, which was also wonderful. My skin feels great and I can’t wait to get another! I appreciate that she explains the products, but isn’t pushy about sales. Grace was fantastic! Not only did she leave my face silky smooth and glowing the next day, but she was unbelievably accommodating when I showed up for my facial four hours late (and on a Friday afternoon at that!)! See the thing is that my husband purchased this facial for me on groupon and set up the appointment, but about thirty minutes before the appointment, our rental car’s back tire popped, and without a spare and a torrential downpour… well, we were late.
I’m so lucky the appointment was with such a sweet and understanding person like Grace, and that she was able to fit me in. She made me feel relaxed and gave some great tips/​reminders on how to take care of my skin during my vacation (SPF and stay hydrated!)

Loved my experience at this spa! My first facial and it was wonderful. It came with massage too — I was in heaven. I got the signature facial. Would definitely recommend it! The venue was soooo beautiful too! I could spend all day there!

If you are looking for a new place to take care of your facial needs, definitely give this a try. I found this in Groupon and decided to buy after reading the good reviews. Grace is knowledgeable and her place is very clean. Getting an appointment is easy and convenient. Even with just the 1 session I can definitely see the improvement on my skin. I’m so satisfied with the result that I decided to buy 3 sessions package of the Chemical Peel. I’m happy to find this place.

Since moving to Hawaii almost 2 years ago, I’ve kept a look out for a new place to go for skin care facials. It takes a while to start all over and take the step towards building trust with new esthetic practitioners. I’ve been handling my skin on my own prior, yet recently I decided that my face could use the extra love again that I was used to. Usually I like to get light peels and in-​spa moisturizing treatments but like I said, it had been almost 2 years.
I was hunting around on Groupon when I found a smoking deal for a package of 3 treatments at New Esthetics. I decided to give it a try because the deal was so affordable. Booking the appointment was easy, I did it online and found a day and time that worked.
The place isn’t hard to find, right on Ala Moana Blvd, literally a few steps from Ala Moana Center on the Piikoi side. Inside the Nuanu Tower you’ll find an elevator marked «Infinity Life Center».
The entire office is very sleek, clean and yet comfortable. Grace took me to her facial and treatment room and we talked about my skin needs. We finally decided on a light peel and Hydrafacial exfoliation (the Hydrafacial was a $ 30 upgrade that I chose to do). Everything she did was very relaxing. All of her products felt and smelled really good. The light massaging and positive energy radiating from Grace made it so easy to be there. She answered any questions I had and was always pleasant, respectful and sweet. I felt safe trusting her with my face.
The best and most important part: the results were great! My face has a glow that has lasted. I got my treatment 3 days ago and I’m looking super smooth and velvety. My skin feels clean and fresh. I definitely feel like I’ve found my new home for my skin. I can’t wait to go back for my next 2 visits. Soon I’d like to try all 6 steps of the Hydrofacial, I think the results are going to be pretty amazing.
On a side note, if you bring your child they will wait in the lobby so be sure that you’re kid is a well behaved one and can relax with a book. That’s what my 10 year old son did with a book from home. Normally, it’s probably not a space for children.

The building is very easy to find She walked me though each step making sure I was completely comfortable. I was steamed, scrubbed, buffed and polished; my skin glowed… and still is! Grace answered all my skin concerns and gave me real solutions without promises of perfection.

My first facial experience on the island! I learned about New Esthetics right here on Unilocal.The business was promoting a free Express Facial just for today, so I signed my husband and I up immediately. I believe this was a great way to learn about the business without spending a fortune for a first visit, especially for newcomers to Hawaii like us looking to find places we will soon call our favorites. A sneak peek!
The 20-​min service was very relaxing and educational. The first step was to remove your top and place a towel over your chest when laying down on the chair. Then the next steps: steam, cleanse, exfoliate, check skin with special light, serum and moisturizer. She even included the décolletage area in the facial process and a nice head & hand massage.
What made it an even more pleasurable experience was the Owner & Esthetician, Grace. She was very informative along the way and someone I really wanted to get to know! She has 10 years of experience in the industry and just opened her very own business just a month ago. Wow! Congrats to Grace. She’s going to be very successful here. The location was easy to find, there’s private parking, and the room itself, a very modern sleek space, is located in the same building as Herbologie Studio. She was there to greet us at the main entrance.
My family and I will definitely be back for more services!

New Esthetics Spa
I was lucky enough to have a friend get a different kind of prize for me. Correct is the answer if you have guessed that I have Never gotten a facial or even gone to a spa before now. But I was treated to not just one but two facial treatments– New Esthetics Signature Facial + Deluxe European Facial. Lucky me — huh? No– this isn’t something I would normally do or consider but it really was a wonderful experience.
When I started writing this– there were 2 posts already up for this spa. It would be easy to reiterate that yes– Grace the woman that helped me is really great and nice and that it was wonderful, but it would not do the review or the business justice. Short version– yes go see her and you will feel wonderful after seeing her.
My first visit was wonderful– from the start of booking to the finished fresh face I had.
I tried to book on a Tuesday lunch time– and there was a conflict– so I was able to easily re-​book for the last appointment on Wed. Easy to make arrangements as the website is easy to use for booking. It is by appointments.
I have been in the Kaakako neighborhood a few times lately and had passed the Herbology sign before so knowing it was near the UFC gym makes it easy as an ‘about where am I going point.’ There are a few other health related studio offices in the building.
I’m greeted by the woman at the Herbology desk — warm and friendly.
Grace brings me to the studio and my impression is that it is relaxing already– clean and comforting.
She asks me to sit and asks what must be required questions — ‘do I have any medical conditions that she needs to know about? Am I allergic to anything? …’ Good to know she is concerned about clients.
Grace plays instrumental music and says I’m free to close my eyes and that other clients fall asleep which makes me laugh. There is a light she uses to see clearly so I know I can’t sleep even as how relaxing it is.
She uses very mild smelling lotions and products– I was worried before I went that I would smell strong chemicals. My brother makes a joke that he is blind in the nose– but my father and I both can smell unique smells quickly and accurately even in low doses– so if there were strong smells I know I would be irritated but all of the creams smelled light and pleasant.
She has a facial steamer which does blow hot steam– Grace must have seen me wince with my eyes closed that she quickly moved the steamer away asking– is it too hot? She was very concerned about my experience.
She had warm towels ready to wrap my face– she said she needed to get something ready and asked if she can massage my shoulders– sure– almost as soon as she starts she asks is this too much pressure and said she asked because my shoulders are really tight. I know — I know– I really need to stretch and get more massages… when I have even more time.
Grace had put really light feeling clothes/​patches over my eyes that were moist and slightly scented. That helped me both feel cooler– relaxed and definitely cut down on the amount of light I could see when she used her bright light to see up close.
She had for me a lotion that she put on both my hands and a towel to hold over my tummy which made me feel even calmer since I really didn’t know how to sit for that long being nervous– made a world of difference for me at least.
After everything was finished– she said I could stand up and look in the mirror– WOW I lost 100 pounds and look 20 years younger– no not quite but I did look and feel totally relaxed and my skin had a natural glow that was so soft. I asked– and I didn’t want to sound rude but I had a feeling like something was still on my eyes– immediately Grace got 2 warm towels to let me wipe my eyes clear. After I felt better — she explained that it was chamomile which is a calming herb, she didn’t argue or make fun of me not knowing what it was but quickly helped– without questioning me. That was wonderful.
When I get home– both my 3 year old and 5 year old could not get enough of touching my face that it was so soft feeling to them. They just loved it and said when they grow up they want to go tooooooo.
My next visit was equally as good– except this time I was not as nervous so I enjoyed it even more.
I highly recommend going to see her.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience here! I treated her to the signature facial for $ 95 and she loved it. I went for the deluxe European facial and felt 10 years younger! Yes, men can get facials, too. Grace has a magical touch and knows her stuff. The session was very relaxing and I left feeling rejuvenated.
