Hawaii 5 – 0 Vacation Rentals LLC is a division of Hawaii 5 – 0 Properties, Inc. and Jack Tyrrell and Company LLC. Dr. Kathleen Kagawa is a former State of Hawaii Real Estate Commissioner and has vast experience in the hotel and travel industries. Her company, Hawaii 5 – 0 Properties, is proudly celebrating it 21^st year of business. Jack Tyrrell, the owner of Jack Tyrrell & Company Inc, is a certified public accountant (CPA), and was ranked as one of the Top Real Estate agents in Honolulu.

Together Jack Tyrrell and Kathleen Kagawa realized the need for a professional vacation rental management program that truly put the property owners first. They created a company «For Owners, By Owners», meaning that they treat each of our property owners the same way they would want to be treated. From their collaboration, Hawaii 5 – 0 Vacation Rentals LLC was created.
