I’m usually not a big fan of a video game arcade type places, but I actually enjoyed visiting this location of fun factory. It is dark in there, but doesn’t feel slimy like other locations. Over all it felt very clean. They have games for kids of all ages and I don’t remember seeing any violent stuff. It was quite a treat for my kids to go there. The staff was quite nice too. The honor roll program is interesting too.

This place is perfect for smaller kids! Not too huge, many toddler friendly games and rides, friendly staff! I like that it is not so overwhelming like Dave and Busters. It is a nice fun place to play!

My 20-​month-​old daughter recently discovered Fun Factory and it is now her favorite place in the mall! We can’t go to Kahala Mall without a trip to Fun Factory– we go at least once a week!
We’ve only tried a couple of the games since my daughter is still too little for a lot of them, but she loves the basketball and the water shooting the ducks game! The last time we were there, we also checked out the prizes that you can trade your tickets in for and I must say that I was impressed with the selection available!
I’m sure it can get pretty crowded at this location, especially at peak hour for families with kids but since we go during the day on weekdays, it’s never very crowded!

One of the smallest Fun factories on the island, the selection of games is decent. I once won a bunch of things from the claw machines, and the staff was friendly.

another place that looked a lot bigger when i was a kid but it’s one of the last ones standing, right?
it’s small, but good enough for what we use it for. there’s like 2 rides for young kids so we’re in and out… quicker than the ride finishes since my son hates it.
worth a shot though? haha. good thing i’m not crazy about germs anymore… although it’s mostly rich people germs since it’s kahala so that’s okay right? haha just kidding… or am i?
it gets very crowded when there’s tournaments of some sort? do kids still play pokemon/​digimon/​yugioh? or is it like a modern day version? well, whatever it is, it’s crowded enough to pose a semi-​fire hazard.

One star for customer service. Came in after Starbucks with a friend to check my card balance. An older worker probably in his 40s and some young guy were working. They saw us but didn’t acknowledge us or ask what we needed help with. We helped ourselves to the machine. About 15 min later the older man pretty much yelled at my friend for still having his coffee cup in the store. We are grown men, and having the cup in the store was an accident, it’s not like we were running around like 7year olds! For someone his age, he could have approached us politely. I tried to contact headquarters, but no response. Def not making a return.

My daughter loves this fun factory! They seemed to have gotten some really awesome prizes recently! We had over 250 tickets to redeem from two cards! She redeemed for a Princess Disney notebook and also a Sofia the First pink bracelet. It looked like they got a bunch of coloring books for boys and girls, many new items! She was a very happy camper last night!!! :D

Clean. Affordable. Staff is friendly and attentive. Games are generous with the tickets. Perfect spot to wait for your table at Kuru Kuru or for your movie to start. Air Hockey is our favorite game. The only thing missing is Skeeball.

i used to go to fun factory when i was a kid. i remember all the ticket i used to collect just to get a candy or small toy that i would play with it for day or two.
Now they are so many advance toys like ipad mini or samsung galaxy tap… what? what a lucky kids…
these are items that you could possible to win,
the reason we give 3 star is that we wanted to play few dollars of game to give it a try but worker told me it’s no longer play by coins, they require us to buy the card and minimum of $ 5 in the card to get the game starting.
They had a vip price where it’s 10% cheaper but to get that you have to play a lot.
i just wanted to play little and don’t want to carry any card after i’m done. i wish they bring back the old system where you just get coins and use it that way.

I used to work here with Ken, Andy, Ronnie, and Joe. I miss this gang more cause I worked with them but fun factory here is still awesome!
They took away a lot of the big kids games probably because they wanted to get rid of the big kid crowd that would come in and use vulgar language in front of the young ones.

Ever since our daughter was 1 years old she’s been a FF-​aholic.
We would plop her on the carousel ride in the front and walk around in circles holding on to her. Now that she’s 4, she no longer needs Mommy and Daddy to hold on to her. In fact, she’s become so gutsy on that ride we have to tell her to stop putting her legs and feet up on the horses ears and leaning back while holding the pole. WTH?
Our daughter now loves to play the other games and even their roller coaster simulation ride. Daddy has even won a Nintendo DS from the Stacker game. That game is sooooo addicting! I’m still hoping to win an iPad one day!
This FF location is probably the cleanest FF on the island. I always see their workers cleaning the games, rides and tile floors out in the front. They are also very friendly and have even given a free carousel ride to our daughter once in awhile when they are out front.

Not quite the game place for the small ones but many parents take their keiki under 4 years in the morning to Fun Factory! Gets quite busy in the afternoon when school gets out! Not found of the many kids that hangout after school sitting at the games like the are benches talking story with their friends keeping others who actually want to play the games from being able to do so!!! The Animal card game has become an obsessive game for many! Parents will spend what must be at least $ 50 on credits so their children can sit at the game for more then an hour playing it not stopping to give others a chance to play too!!!

This is the regular pit stop at Kahala mall every time I bring my daughter grocery shopping with me. I always forget to check in here because I either too busy playing the games with my daughter (feel like a kid again!) or taking pictures of her playing games or on the rides. Fun experiences always!
This Kahala Fun Factory is clean, never crowded and always fun!
The boys that work here are always so attentive, friendly and helpful with the prizes area! The prizes are awesome too! Great selection to choose from!
I will be visiting this place in the near future!

FUN! Spent 15 dollars and played many games. I think the big fish game gives the most tickets for the price you pay? Got about 500 tickets. My cousin and i Waited for kuru kuru sushi while we played at fun factory.

My daughter LOVES the carousel ride … it is a fun place to treat your little ones when in the mall — I usually put $ 10 on my card and everytime we are in the mall we stop for a ride and a game or two… secret is to go early during the weekdays when it is not busy !!

Great place in Kahala mall. OK, 1 extra star because I won my first Angry Bird here. over all, it’s like Jungle fun and Dave and Busters. You need a card to play. Pricey but a good way to get away from the shopping stress!!!
