History

Established in 1998.

I started this business as a part-​time side project, while I was working at a full-​time job doing IT support at a big Chicago-​area bank. In 2010, my job was outsourced to India. At that time, I started working at my business full-​time.

Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of working with many small business owners, as well as many home computer users, who were in need of help with their computers and technology. I’ve done everything from fixing broken laptop screens, to major technology upgrades for entire offices.

I have been working with computers since I took a computer class during my senior year of high school in 1976. After high school, I attended Northern Illinois University, where I majored in Computer Science and minored in Business Administration. I earned both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science.

After college, I went to work in the corporate world. During my 25 years in corporate IT, I was involved in many large and extremely critical projects involving systems that thousands of people accessed on a daily basis. As a result of my experience, I have learned the skills needed to handle critical business systems without causing disruptions to the business.
