This company has been in business since March 2011. Mr. Foster began working for the brokerage owners doing the marketing & negotiations on their personal listings. He then started to grow his business and acquiring new customers at a rapid pace.

The main goal of this company is to deliver an unforgettable real estate experience and client’s that feel like they have had the best representation and guidance throughout their home purchase or sale.

Martin continues to take continuing education courses through the realtor association to improve his current skills and acquire new ones.

Throughout 2011 & 2012 he successfully negotiated very difficult short sales with the largest banks in the country. He has built a strong team to support him.

His main focus is to work with sellers in the northwest suburbs on selling their home. State of the art marketing, negotiation, and follow up are used to sell homes for the most amount of money possible.
