Fresh Start Carpet Cleaning

I contacted fresh start to clean my sectional and an area rug. Set up the time to show up based on our work schedule but they did not show up on time in fact I had to text them to find out where they were and if they were still coming. They were at another job and did not let us know they would be two hours late. The couch and rug turned out very clean just would have preferred them to let us know they would be late vs me having to contact them.

We just moved into a new house and the carpets looked like they had never been professionally cleans. The carpet in the walk-​in closet seemed as if it would have to be replaced entirely, since it showed signs of very heady traffic. Fresh Start came in and was about to completely clean and refresh to carpets throughout the house, even in the closet. It the long run, this has same us a lot of money, because we won’t need to but new flooring immediately. They were fast and did an outstanding and professional job. The carpets look almost brand new. I plan to use them again in the future.

Based on Unilocal reviews I had Fresh Start clean my carpets today and I’m very happy I did! Adolfo is great… good communication and follow up.
We have two big dogs who shed alot and are getting older and have more“accidents” than I care to think about.
They were right on time and did a nice job. Got all the stains out of the high traffic areas and the stars even look good.

We called for service Jan. 2, 2016 for service Jan 4, 2016. Adolfo showed up on time! Explained issues for me to be aware off. I wanted to try out a new carpet cleaning company after I grew disappointed with some aspects of the previous company who i had used for over 2 yrs so after reading many of the 5 star reviews on Unilocal I went with fresh start carpet cleaners… they showed up on time for our appointment and the service I requested was very reasonably priced… my carpet is old and needs replacing so my expectations of the results weren’t high but despite how old it is after their service I was very impressed by how good they got it too look!!! I would highly recommend them!

They did an amazing job! I got quotes for my house bc my puppy had missed her pad and has the «excitement leaks» so my carpet needed help. My nose is so sensitive I couldn’t take it. I was planning on having my carpet done twice (once in beginning of week n again Friday) (yes I’m ocd lol) and after they did their enzyme treatment (way more in depth than other companies I’ve tried) I was so satisfied w how fresh my carpet and house was again, I didn’t have to do the second cleaning! On time, informative, thorough, and honest about possibilities and expectations. I’ll be telling all my friends and family.

Al, at Fresh Start, did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and tile entry floor. The carpet had pet stains from our senior citizen, four-​legged, family member. He thoroughly explained the chances of removing the stains. He was able to get all of the stains out, which was a pleasant surprise. The high traffic areas were also in bad shape. When he finished our 15 year old carpet looked like new again.
We also had Al clean our entry tile. The light colored grout had become filthy. He was able to return it to its original color. Al is pleasant and professional. He gave us an estimate before coming to our home. He did not try to sell us anything extra.
The only issue that we had is the scent of the cleaner. It was a very strong mint scent. This may have been due to the pet stains. I did not ask him why it was mint. A week later I can still smell it and I am not a fan of this scent. My husband cannot smell it anymore. Regardless, we will definitely use Fresh Start from now on and we highly recommend this company.

I asked them for a quote to clean my rental house, which had very dirty carpet with pet urine all over. They took black-​light pictures and showed me that it would be impossible to clean the carpets 100%. They were able to replace most of the carpet and even painted the house for a very good price. I recommend this company.

Alfonso and his team were absolutely great! They came in on time, ready to work and did a great job with our carpet. All 3 rooms, loft and stairs look immaculate and even better than when we moved in. We will definitely hire them again and recommend them to others needing some carpet cleaning done.

My carpets are 15yrs old with stains. Now they look new and have no stains. Adolfo and his team are very professional and respectful of your home. I would recommend them to everyone. Adolfo is so polite and helpful ! First of all they did a great job on shampooing my carpets for the holidays. They are the only company that rakes the carpet to help it stand up and dry sooner. Adolfo is very careful of your home, and respectful.
Then, my brat of a dog got trapped for less than half an hour in a spare bedroom and literally tore the carpet up at the doorway ! So they came and fixed it beautifully ! I was so stressed out about being ready for holiday company, and they were fast and courteous. I would recommend them for shampooing or repairs. The smell after the cleaning is amazing!
