Dryer Fires LV, Dryer Vent Cleaning Safety & Inspection was established here in Las Vegas, Nevada by K.D. Beasley/​owner of MCS, Master Clean Services Las Vegas. With more than 16 years of experience in the cleaning industry here in Las Vegas, It dawned on me one day while my head was in a dryer that people really do not understand how seriously dirty their dryer and dryer ducts can get. The transition connections between the dryer and wall was either plastic or foil in almost every home I visited scrunched up dangerously against the gas pipe or wall with only inches between it and the dryer. Not to mention the masses of lint dangling out of the dryer exhaust. I decided to expand my cleaning service knowledge to the public with a company that represented safety for your home and place of business and give it a compelling name like Dryer Fires Las Vegas to reveal the true «Hidden Dangers» that hide within our dryer vent and dryer when we do not keep a regular maintenance cleaning.

I Have Been in business with my family for more than 16 years here in Las Vegas and I learned the industry of Cleaning from hard work, many years of schooling and real life contact with my customers. I am originally from Granada Hills, Ca., but most of my life was in between Los Angeles and Las Vegas until I got married in 1998 and decided to make Las Vegas, NV. my final home. My wife and I started the business together, then had one beautiful little boy and the rest was history. I Love my family and my work and have been giving many great years of cleaning service back to Las Vegas ever since.

Boy, does this guy work hard! Spent 6 hours straight cleaning all of the vents in my 1888 sq ft house. Additionally he cleaned out the dryer vent all the way to the outside, the A/​C condenser outside which had a lot of debris and he wrapped the condenser so that debris could not get back in. This house was rented for 12 years before I purchased it so I knew this had to be done. He takes before and after pictures of each vent for you to see. Of course this is a messy process especially if you haven’t had this done for years but he cleans up thoroughly after himself. I thought the price was a bit high but I feel like my allergies are so much better since I had this done. I guess you get what you pay for!

I called David on a Saturday and he was available on Monday to come and inspect/​clean our dryer. He arrived promptly and worked miracles! Our «newer» LG dryer was constantly needing several cycles and despite my attempt at cleaning it. I was not getting the job done. I, of course, was not checking the vent on the roof like David did. Case solved and back in laundry bliss. David came back the next day and cleaned all of the vents in the house. Again he was prompt, friendly, fast, and efficient. I would highly recommend his services.

He did a very good job cleaning my ducts. He was a little late because of traffic, but he called me to let me know he would be a few minutes late.
Just a helpful hint, if you are sensitive to smells, do not get the sanitizing spray. It bothered me, and didn’t go away. I called him, and he came and ionized the air duct for a few hours. The smell is pretty much gone.

Need your dryer vents cleaned? David is your guy! I really appreciate the time he took to make sure the job was done right. He measured the wind speed coming out of the dryer and photographed the vent to show me his great job. Do your dryer a favor and get this done every year. Thanks David.

We just bought our home that was built in 1957. Since we moved in I was suffering from Dailey migraines. We contacted Dryer Fire and David came out and thoroughly cleaned our vents and sanitized them. As soon as he was done we noticed a huge difference in air quality. David was the best from beginning to end! We needed duct cleaning after doing renovations at one of our job sites and he was punctual, professional, highly communicative, and had the best prices for the extent of services he provided. We’ll be using him in the future and I recommend him to both private residences and commercial companies. When you are dealing with a dozen vendors and contractors everyday, it’s nice to find one that makes it easy.

Look no further! Don’t waste you time and money on the rest because David is the best. He was on time, professional, and got right to work. I called him the day before thinking it would be a few days for an appointment but he was here the next morning ready to go. He explained everything he was doing which helped me to understand the importance and safety of a clean lint duct and vent. He took pictures of before and after service.

David did a great job. He was on time communicated with me, wasn’t a pushy salesman and got the job done fast. I actually paid less than what he quoted over the phone. Really nice guy too. Don’t bother calling anyone else, I did and they were either rude or not insured to get on the roof lol. And I saw an ad for a cheaper price but when I called them they quoted more. Amazing, I barely know where to start.
I asked David to come and clean out our clogged dryer vent. You would not even believe the stuff that came out — 2 years worth of hair and dead cell skins from the previous owner — ick! David took the time to show me everything he was doing. His prices were extremely straightforward with no funny business.
As a new homeowner coming from a condo in the Northeast, I am sorely lacking in the basic home maintenance knowledge department. David took the extra time to teach me about the condenser, the air intake system and HVAC system — he had an endless amount of patience for my many questions. I ended up booking more cleaning services with him — he’s so dang friendly and strikes me as a good, honest businessman. It’s clear he also knows his business.
Lastly, he doesn’t advertise it, but he also does professional carpet cleaning so I asked him to do that for us too!
All in all, it was a great experience for completely reasonable prices with a guy that is trustworthy, smart and hardworking — that’s service gold!

In a state of panic we called Dryer Fires LV after finding our dryer smoking. They made an appointment to come out the following morning. Not only did they do incredible work but they showed me what was happening every step of the way. The owner even added us to a service list so we couldn’t forget to keep our dryer free of the hazardous lint. He recommended we instal a lint alert to assist us in maintaining a safe lint level. I was more than impressed with the service we received. They were great with our dog, showed up on time, were very informative, and prevent our house from burning down. We were lucky! I would recommend these guys to anyone who asked!

We purchase a new dryer after we thought our old dryer had died on us… little did we know that it wasnt the dryer after all.
My husband found Dryer Fires LV through Unilocal and called and he came out the next day. David called and asked if he could be a bit early since he was in my area earlier than he expected and showed up and got right to work. He took the time to listen to my version of the problem and never once made me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about, he even took the time to walk me through the process and show me progress as he cleaned out the dryer duct vent.
David explained that the dryer duct vent was so clogged with debris that it was almost impossible for a dyer to work and could of caused a fire had we of kept using it. So thankful that he explained things to me so that we can prevent this issue from happening again!!!
During our chat I learned that he is so much more than the dryer guy! He also has other handyman talents and we will definitely be using him again!
