Hello, My name is Jeremy Powell, I am a Native to Las Vegas and currently reside here… I am the Owner/​Operator of Indoor Air Solutions. I grew up dealing with allergys and asthma and tried just about everything from filters to portable air cleaners etc. I chose to start this business to help people and familys make there home a safe haven. I can relate to our clients needs and there ailments. I care about my clients and I treat every home as if it was my own. I enjoy what i do because i get a chance to meet and help new people everyday by making there home or office a healthier enviroment.

security concerns, actual duct cleaning was well done but do not leave unattended. Prescription sleeping and pain meds went missing from bathroom during the visit. Spouse will now suffer w/​o enough meds after root canal.

Jeremy was very nice and polite. As far as the service, we are very disappointed. We were under the impression that we would receive duct vacuuming with the hepa system shown in the pictures. We received a «blow and go» service were the dust was blown through the ducts and into the air handlers (one inside our house). I have since read that I should have checked credentials and also asked about the equipment being used and will do that in the future. I am concerned that my house is more dusty and dirty than it was prior to the «cleaning». I would recommend that customers do research and discuss cleaning methods prior to allowing this service.

Jeremy responded very quickly to my inquiry through Unilocal.We discussed the HVAC history of the home and he explained in detail how the process would work. Even though we had a few scheduling challenges (my schedule, not his), Jeremy worked with me and we were able to find a date and time that worked for both of us. He kept me informed each step of the process, cleaned the ducts, cleaned and sanitized all of the registers, cleaned my ceiling fans, and even vacuumed when he was finished! I really appreciate not having to deal with up selling; straight flat rate pricing. Wow – some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Excellent job, very satisfied and will use Indoor Air Solutions again.

We bought our first home and Jeremy came and cleaned our whole air duct system. He did a great job! He also told us that once we get all the painting done he will come back and check the system for us and to clean our dryer vent too. He is very nice and personable. Always returns calls or answers right away when you call. I highly recommend this company. Nice to have a company that cares about customer service and does a great job. Thank you Jeremy. Jeremy cleaned my HVAC ducts in my first home purchase and he was excellent. He responded to my phone call quickly and answered all of my questions. On the day of the scheduled appointment, he contacted me ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would arrived and he kept his promise. The cleaning took about two hours and my ducts look fantastic. I could feel the improvement in the air quality after he was done (my home was built in the 50’s and definitely needed the cleaning). He also did not make any mess while he worked and left my house spotless. After the appointment, he made sure to write down the details of what he found while working and recommendations. He also told me to contact him with any questions and he would do a free follow up if I have any concerns in the future. All in all, a pleasure to work with and highly recommend!

We’ve used Jeremy twice to clean our vents and he is AWESOME!!! My friend was renting a house and didn’t really have much say in the air conditioning units or filters the owner wanted to use. Her allergies are pretty bad and she would get sick when she first turned her AC on in the summer. We found Jeremy and he was able to come out and clean out the vents before it was time to turn on the AC and it made a huge difference! He worked around all of her furniture and was sure to put down drop cloths to catch any debris. Fast forward a year and my friend bought a 25 year old home and wanted to get all the previous owner’s dust out before moving in. I called Jeremy and he was able to schedule us in before she moved in and he went through each and every room cleaning the vents and changing the air filters. We were also planning on painting and he came back after the work was done to make sure no paint had been sucked up into the vents. He also took the time to explain the thermostats (they were different than the old house) and recommended that my friend have someone come out to look at the AC units just to make sure they were working properly. Jeremy is really good at keeping you updated on what he’s doing and is always able to be reached on the phone to schedule appointments. We have already recommended Jeremy and Indoor Air Solutions to multiple friends and family. We will be loyal customers forever! Thanks, Jeremy! :)

So I’m not the person to usually write reviews (AT ALL) but I had to for Indoor Air Solutions. Made an appointment, which was quick and easy. Jeremy showed up and saw my situation, I am currently replacing all my AC units and his response was something I didn’t expect. He told me to wait with the cleaning until after the new units are installed as that would have the best effect for air quality especially since I am just in the process of remodeling as well. Even with no services rendered, I would rate this a solid 5 stars as most people would have just wanted to get the job in and walk away. Jeremy has found a customer for as long as I will stay in Las Vegas.

What an absolute pleasure to work with Jeremy. He was as professional as you can get and did an amazing job. He was polite, friendly, informative, and listened/​checked up on our concerns. He explained what he saw in the vents, that there were no signs of pets or smokers in the past, and that we are in good shape for at least 5 years. One huge thing he found while removing a cover from our vent was that who ever placed the vent last, had put it up wrong and the air was flowing towards the wall and not into the room. I trusted that he was right and this was confirmed when we put on our air conditioning for the season. Our room is cooling down in an hour rather than the 3 – 4 it used to.
We would highly recommend Jeremy and his Indoor Air Solutions!

I was crushed, devastated, and stressed willing my thermostat to read less than 89. Surely my AC didn’t wait to die when the weather decides to reach a 100! I turned to my trusty Unilocal app to find somewhere quick fast and in a hurry. I can see why they have such good ratings and reviews. The first guy I spoke with answered though being at home and went out of his way to make sure he contacted someone to take care of me as well as sending me a text message assuring everything would be handled by the owner who would be contacting me immediately. Dani called within minutes and was also eager to help. They had someone out first thing the next morning and the problem was fixed promptly and at a reasonable price. They also checked the entire system to be sure there would be no surprises. I will be keeping their number for sure. While I hope I won’t need it again soon, I will be in good hands if I do.

Jeremy responded quickly to my Unilocal inquiry, we discussed what was needed, he quoted a reasonable price, we agreed and made an appointment for the following week. He and his crew arrived promptly, and went right to work. He gave us regular updates of the work and pointed out problem areas (air leaks to attic and outside) that needed handyman repair.
Overall, his work was excellent — definitely FIVE stars.
If you need your ducts cleaned — and what house doesn’t? — then Jeremy is your guy.
Follow-​up was excellent. Sent me some pictures of a couple of problem areas (air leakage from the attic), where I needed handyman repairs.
Also reiterated his offer to do a «no-​charge» return chec.
Definitely, a great customer service company. 5-​Stars plus!

Called Indoor Air to come do an air duct cleaning. Spoke with Jeremy the owner. He was good at staying in contact before the appointment. He arrived on time. We discussed all of options and concerns. Then he got to work. He vacuumed out the ducts, removed and cleaned all the registers, and dusted my ceiling fans– awesome. He was done within 2 hours. During the process he made sure to let me know what he was doing. I added on cleaning out the dryer vent as well. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. I appreciated that he didn’t pressure me to get extra services. Only what I asked for. The total price was definitely a bargain in my opinion.
