BA House Cleaning

BA House cleaners were very responsive and easy to schedule. Their move out deal was well worth it! The cleaning job was very thorough and Anita even followed up with me the day after to make sure I was happy with the work they did.

Very expensive compared to the (lack of) job they do… For $ 225 I was promised a move out cleaning: fridge, stove, oven, baseboards, glass, windows, mop, vacuum, clean cupboards and drawers. With two ladies working for two hours, they were so concerned with going home and doing it fast that they failed to see: baseboards that were not wiped, stove top was not cleaned (it looked like they just ran a wet cloth over it!) floor by the back door wasn’t even mopped! My husband cleaned the fridge himself (we both were cleaning same time as these ladies, doing what we were paying them to do, because we are nice people and know its a daunting task) and even with our help they failed to fully complete their end of the job. Everything was a rush for them. I was told they would work for 2.5 hours. They left in two hours. Now this was a small two bedroom, one bath apartment. I used to have a cleaning lady come every week and she did an exemplary job in two hours, so I know what can be accomplished in that timeframe… too bad she moved.
My husband and I went to home depot and spent $ 65 on more oven cleaner, stovetop cleaner, scrubs, sponge, bucket and sprays to finish what they didn’t do. Sheesh. Do yourself a favor: hire a few friends to help you clean. At least they will do a good job and care about the effort, and your money is going to a better place.

OMG!!! My jaw dropped as soon as I walked in my house. I’m a clean freak and it takes a lot for me to hire someone to clean my house. Since I’m going on my surgery tomorrow, I gave Anita a call to seek if she can squeeze me in their schedule. I am so glad she did, I’m one happy customer. Love her ladies… Already. Had a great and easy experience with BA Housecleaners. Easy online appointment booking & fair price for a one time cleaning. The workers actually came early & did a fantastic job with our home. My wife & I were extremely happy with the job they did. Highly recommended!

They are not worth the high price. I was moving into a house and I wanted it cleaned top to bottom before I moved in. I had to micro-​manage the two-​women crew because they were disorganized and didn’t clean well. I specifically told them to clean the inside of all appliances when they arrived and they neglected to do it. I had to ask them to do it when they were trying to leave. They didn’t want to clean the wall sconces and I had to ask them to clean the bath tub to which they replied that they «looked clean» so they didn’t think they had to clean them. The amount of time I had to spend following them around to make sure they were actually cleaning wasn’t worth the money I paid them. I could have and did a better job myself. The whole point of hiring them was to save me time that I desperately needed during my hectic move. Would never hire them again!

Used their services for a move out cleaning since our move was hectic. There was no way I wanted to spend 8 hours cleaning the place from top to bottom.
The ladies showed up half an hour early and got right to work. They scrubbed that bathrooms, the kitchen and did the floors and baseboards and windows etc. I should have hired them when we did a move in! They left the house two or so hours later and it was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it be.
Left them a nice tip after since they made my life much easier!
Also I would like to point out that they do online scheduling. I scheduled this cleaning the day before we had to be out of the place and was surprised with the quick response and quick service.
Would totally recommend.

I am so happy with the job that BA House Cleaning did. I have lived in a small one bedroom apartment for over four years. While I do keep up with the basic stuff, I admit the place was definitely in need of a deep, thorough and professional cleaning. I was able to get a quote on their website instantly and book a cleaning while at work. They showed up on time and did a great job in less time than I thought. There prices are not cheap but worth the great job they do and the convenience of booking online, great customer service via email and phone. I came home to a sparkling clean house. I will definitely be using them again!

Booking was so easy because it’s done online and they provide a quote prior to confirming appointment. I had a question regarding whether they received my deposit which they answered quickly. I got reminders of the upcoming appointment which were helpful. And, when everything was done, I was able to pay for the service online! I’ve used BA House cleaning a few times and they are punctual and arrive when they say they are going to arrive. They send out email confirmations and respond quickly. My tenants can be very picky and they have all been very pleased with the service. Thank you.

I just signed up for on appt online using their website, and I’m impressed. It was so easy — the website is designed well, and took various payments smoothly. Anita even emailed me to make sure I was going through the appt process with no problems. What a great customer experience so far! Can’t wait to see how they clean my home! The booking also required a $ 50 deposit (at least for my house) and I’m using a $ 199 Unilocal deal voucher that I bought in Sept 2014. Just wanted others to know the ease of their website and appt setting!

I’m all about 2^nd chances and unfortunately these people didn’t do the job I paid them to do. After I complained the second time, I was promised a call and Anita the owner never called me. They left dirty dishes in my cupboard, furniture was very dusty, bathrooms where more like «wiped down» vs cleaned and my wood furniture wasn’t cleaned with the stuff «I provided». Granted! I left a sink full of dishes and I guess I’m supposed to pay «xtra» for that. But they had 2 people in my house and the excuse was that there were too many dishes. I mean — really! The first time was better because I was actually in the house. 2^nd time– was even worse. Please don’t waste your time or money with these people.

I called BA house cleaning for a move in– cleaning about two weeks ago. I found them online and I called I scheduled an appointment. The next day about 30 minutes after they were supposed to be there, when I called the woman on the phone said there was no appointment for me. Even though I had personally spoken to her yesterday she said there was no appointment. So I called another cleaning service and was on my way to having my whole house cleaned for 80 dollars. Not the 300 that BA house cleaning was gonna charge. Anyway some ladies showed up that I thought were ladies from the second service I had called after BA house cleaning. After them cleaning for an hour I found out it was BA house cleaning. The secondt team of cleaners came while BA was there and I had to pay them 80 dollars still because I am a good person and they drove a long way. Anyway now I have this nightmare of 80 dollars down the drain and still having to pay BA house cleaning 300 dollars. (scam)
So i called Anita and at the bare minimum she took the 80 dollars I paid the second service off. (it should of been free you guys showed up and basically pirated my house and made it so i had to pay you). Very uncomfortable and bad situation. The worst part is my house was’t even that clean after. My carpets were a mess still and my basement which had no furniture or anything to focus on accept cleaning, was also not cleaned. I said too clean to bedrooms when getting a quote on the house. One bedroom of which had boxes I wanted them to break down and take outside which never happened they are still there. That room was not touched. My room was barely touched and the basement is so dirty I have to hire another service today that I am paying 150 $ for. I am not rich I made 14 dollars an hour so for me this is a big deal. I have literally lost sleep because of this experience and the money wasted. Please save yourself the time and stress and don’t use this service. I paid for a basement, kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room. And I got a kitchen cleaned and part of the living room. Very embarrassing for a service like this. The ladies who came were nice and I am sure they meant well but now I am about to be 450 dollars in the drain because of this nightmare service. Anita I hope you needed that money more I did (which is doubtful). If you have any human being in you will refund all my money or at the bare minimum half. You half no idea of the stress you have caused me and the money you have cost. Save yourself a trip and hire a couple of cheap mades who appreciate good work. I never have used Unilocal in my life i made it just so i could write this review. So that should show you how much i wanted to to let you all know, this service is bad. At least in my situation.

Responsive, and responsible! Proactive and professional!
I called them from across the country, hoping for next-​day cleaning. Our previous tenants had been well-​meaning but a bunch of party guys.
BA House Cleaning deployed a team of very smart, fast-​working cleaners who dealt with tripped circuit breakers, washing and putting out our bed and bath linens, general mess, and much more. They kept in close touch with us and did a great job, even providing «after» pictures.
I asked for high-​touch, highly flexible expertise, said that I’d be willing to pay for more to get more. They did that, and they did not take advantage of me either — an item on their estimate that could not be completed was deducted from the final invoice, without my needing to request this.
Frankly, I’m delighted and very grateful that I found this business with great reviews on Unilocal — so here’s my paying it forward. :-)

I was looking for a regular cleaning service after our move to our new place — once a month cleaning service. I went with BA house cleaning on a whim, because the day I booked I was sick and didn’t feel like talking on the phone, and they were one of the few companies that I could book online with.
The process to book online or by email is always smooth and courteous. I have had 4 – 5 cleanings now and the girls are always within the time frame, polite, work quickly and do a good job. I like seeing the same girls on a regular basis, as I feel better leaving them unattended for a few hours.
I’m really pleased with this service and confident that I will be using them for a long time!

BA House Cleaning did an excellent job on our rental unit. They cleaned top to bottom and bathroom/​kitchen are spotless. Highly recommended and we will hire them again to clean our next vacant rental.

They are awesome! Valerie and Armita (?) are very detail-​oriented and friendly as well. They have already cleaned everywhere upstairs and my shower looks brand new and bathroom smells good.
They even wiped the vent on the bottom of my microwave and Valerie moved my rug in the living room to vacuum and wipe the hardwood floor. They are cleaning everything including wiping pictures on the wall and sweeping hay on the floor from my rabbits even when I said that I would take care of that since they shouldn’t be cleaning my pets’ stuff.
Amazing and will use BA House Cleaning services again for my cleaning needs. Thank you so much!

I had been very excited to have found a company who offered a Unilocal Deal AND had such great reviews. I wanted to apply the Unilocal Deal towards «move-​out cleaning» costs but after purchasing the deal I learned that the company has exceptions as to when the Unilocal Deal may be applied. As no changes have been made to the way the Deal is described, I do recommend that anyone who wants to purchase the Unilocal Deal should first contact the business for clarification to reduce the stress and disappointment factor. I know I won’t be «trigger happy» when making a purchase next time.
I give this experience three stars because the one lady the company sent to do a «move out cleaning» worked very hard to do all she did. I gave the worker a tip for her hard work even though I saw that the downstairs baseboards were virtually untouched. When asked for feedback, I mentioned the dirty baseboards and they did offer to go back and do them but I had a tight deadline and had already taken care of it myself.
The reason for a Unilocal Deal, I’m thinking, is to introduce customers to your business. I had explained that I was moving less than five miles but there was no exception to be made on the (unwritten) policy. Upon my request, Unilocal quickly refunded my purchase.

We hired them to do a complete move out cleaning including carpet cleaning and everything went so smoothly. Scheduling with BA House Cleaning was very easy; they’re very accommodating! They did the whole cleaning of us all in one day and on a pretty short notice too!
