I actually met Krista while at Lily’s nails and decided I liked her so much that I was willing to leave Geico (after 5 years) in order to have a local agent and connection. She knows her stuff, as does the office. I am pleased with this office and highly recommend them.

Two things I have to say about this office:
1) How nice it is (and seemingly more hard to find these days) to get good service. Things like getting to a person (not a phone tree) when I call in. Not only getting to a person, but the SAME person if i want. So i don’t have to start back over every time I call in. Anytime I’ve gone into the office, I’ve been helped right away, by someone who actually knows what they are doing… which brings me to my next point.
2) These people actually know there stuff! It’s so refreshing to deal with people that clearly know what they are talking about. The representatives I’ve worked with are fast, but also thorough. I feel like I get the coverage that is appropriate for me.
Overall, great experiences with this office.
